The lady that checked me in was sweet and nice. I booked a parking rate that should have been included with my room. So imagine my surprise when I get to the hotel and my room is almost $20 more than what was booked and that did not include my animal security deposit of $50. The women who checked me in had no clue why my rate was higher, she also had no clue of what rate I was speaking of when I told her what it said online and she was not interested in finding out or fixing it. The room and hotel itself is very nice and it was very convenient to the business I was there to handle. The dog park could be just a tad bit bigger but I’m glad they had it. One of the reasons I booked the Hampton is for the dream beds and I’m not sure if they no longer offer those but this location didn’t have a dream bed it was in fact a nightmare. The pillows were good and plentiful though. There was no wine or beer in the taps so that was bummer. The breakfast was mediocre potato, sausage and fake eggs… I think there was waffle station but I’m not positive after looking at those eggs I didn’t eat anything. The coffee bar was really good though. I had several cups. The next day I checked out my room early so I can get back on the road and I left a $200 dress in the closet by accident. I called the hotel and spoke with the lady at the front desk explained the situation she put me on hold and came back and said she spoke with housekeeping and nothing was found in the room. I was devastated. I said it was there someone took it and kept it for themselves. I made two mistakes here one I forgot my dress and two I expected the hotel staff to be honest. At least keep it for a period of time in case the owners call or come back for it. Then it can be up for grabs. Also we are registered guest so it’s nothing to find something and inform the guest you have it. You have each and every guest’s information we are not strangers in the hotel. It also took the hotel over 5days to process my transaction, I was not refunded my full $50 pet deposit I was charged for parking when it was included in my park & stay rate that I kept telling the girl I booked and for that I will never stay at another Hampton inn especially this particular location.

Typically like Hamptons because they are so consistent. This one, unfortunately was not.Pros: newer hotel. Very friendly staffCons: pay for parking in an open lot that anyone can park in. You can park outside of the lot and they still charge you.Refillable shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap... All empty. Told the front desk no one ever came to refill any of them.Room temp was 74+ the first night. Maintenance did come to fix it and were very nice. Said someone messed with the control panel probably as a joke.Breakfast was so bad we couldn't even eat it.Wouldn't stay again unless we really needed to. Definitely not worth the price of the room or parking.

Great experience Great service. Appreciate all the staff for their hard work and services they provide for the guest. Margret at the front desk is very helpful and kind to whatever assistance the hotel provides. She is also very informative of what she does. I would come back here again. If my trips are around. The breakfast is ok. Still nice!

Beautiful new facility. Friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast. Large seating area in lobby. Loved the pool with an outdoor fireplace and a cooking grill. The room was clean and fresh. There is plenty of space for a family of 5. Nice decor. Centrally located near Starbucks and other restaurants. Not too far from the train museum. There is plenty of parking with a fee.Rooms: Nice size. Beds comfortable.

I stayed for for work. This was my second time staying here and I was disapointed this time around. I de idea to use the digital key which allowed me to reserve my room. When I got to hotel I went to the room that I reserved and to my surprise the door was unlocked, open and the TV was on. I went to the front desk amd told the lady and she said that the room was occupied and would be for the next 3 days!! She checked me into another room and I went to gain access the room key wasn't working. Keep in mind the roommate far from the front desk due to the design.again I returned to the front desk and she gave me another key. It worked but I did have trouble connecting to the internet. I was over going back and forth to the desk so I just left it alone. The cell reception was spotty. I did not have trouble with my last stay but my second stay it was problem after problem. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. My biggest disappointment was the digital key, how awkward would it have been walking into to the room that someone else was in.

Dominic did an amazing job turning a difficult situation into such a positive. My third party reservation got lost and Dominic came through and effortlessly resolved the issue! He also asked me what floor I wanted to stay on which is such a rare thing for a concierge to ask in my experience. I’m so happy to be put in such a lovely room and upon entering it was so nice to see my name on the TV as well. I will happily continue to book my stays here I’m the future!!!

Pros: The hotel is relatively new and therefore in very good condition. The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff on our floor, along with the roving security officer were all friendly and polite. The beds & pillows were very comfortable, and the free parking was well-lighted. The location is very convenient to March AFB, the air museum, and the Riverside National Cemetery.Cons: This rating could have been a 9 rather than a 7, but: The use of a sliding "barn door" style bathroom door is absolutely TERRIBLE. It does not completely close-off the bathroom, and therefore offers no privacy from others in the room. Its a complete deal-breaker and will prevent us from every staying here again. Surely, other guests have also complained about this! Likewise, the bathroom sink faucets are not placed correctly, which makes it very difficult to wash your hands. Regardless of how careful you are, water goes everywhere and floods the vanity top.And finally, the breakfast selections were pretty good, with the exception of the juice in the machine. It advertised 100% juice, but was obviously diluted with water. The apple juice was especially poor. Not all the breakfast items listed in the room were actually present as they should have been. The attendant was there, but she did not keep items filled, and did NOT keep the area clean. We were there from 9:00 to 9:30am, and the counters and waffle machine areas were wiped-out and never tended to. These issues were especially irritating since the cost of the room was overly inflated because it was the Friday before Memorial weekend.

This is my second time staying here due to company training and the check in today was a freaking nightmare. Neisha has 0 customer service skills, her eye rolling and lack of attention to detail are the main reason I would never ever stay here again. My reservation was booked through my company and when she couldn't find my name she just started acting super rude and she wasn't even trying to be helpful 😒. After everything got sorted out and I was assigned a room, I asked her for water and a snack ( I usually don't ask for snacks but I was legit starving ) and she was like "well I can't be giving out snacks like that" and started rolling her eyes so hard that I seriously thought she was posses 🤣🤣. She's super unprofessional and has no business being at the front desk gretting guests since her costumer service skills are none existent. My previous checkin experience was super smooth and the 2 girls who helped me that day were super professional and friendly. The hotel over all is quiet and clean, with an ok breakfast buffet that doesn't really have a lot of vegeterian options other than fruit, they also have a nice pool and a small gym. This place could of been a 5 star for me, but thanks to Neisha's attitude I have to deduct 2 stars, because honesty nobody needs to be treated the way she treated me when all you want after a long fly is some water, a snack and a place to rest and relax. Even though she was the worst I still think this is a GOOD PLACE TO STAY AT 😊. Maybe she was just having a bad day, and I encountered her at a bad time, but just want to warned future guest that this is how she acts so they don't get caught by surprise by her rudness and unhelpful behaviour. Good luck ❤️.Rooms: Clean with microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge.Walkability: You will need a car.Food & drinks: Breakfast provided, there's also multiple restaurants right outside your door.

We simply needed clean and safe rooms to rest on our travels. The place has good reviews so we booked. Only to find the lady at check in had a less than favorable attitude, the floors felt sticky, and the showers have a mildew like film around the doors. Moreover, the shower base has peeling paint and the bed is squeaky. Overall, it is worth less than we paid.

At first I was hesitant to try Hampton In, but I got to admit, I loved it. We only stayed one night, but all employees were courteous and friendly. The facility was clean it felt like a new place. The room was great, big enough for my family of 4. The complimentary breakfast was great too, really good for being complimentary. Overall is a great place to stay and I will definitely stay at another Hampton In!

We’ve been here twice to visit family and each time it’s been a great stay. The front desk staff is friendly and the rooms are always clean. They are new and nice floors and beds. It’s spacious and the air conditioning works very well too. I love the location, it’s near an In-N-Out & starbucks & gas station! There are more too but it’s perfect for when we arrive late from road-tripping to get some food and when we leave in the morning to start our trip we can get gas and a coffee.It’s also pet friendly! 😊

The Hampton was less than two miles from the Ben Clark Training Center, which made it ideal for me. The nearby restaurants and Starbucks definitely made it easy to not have to drive anywhere. I have been traveling a lot for business and leisure, recently, and have been impressed by Hilton hotels staff and amenities. This Hampton, which is fairly new checked all the boxes for comfort, good size rooms, updated technology, great fitness room, and free breakfast. If I was going to be critical it’s that the buffet was just average and sticking to eggs vs those folded little egg omelette is the way to go. I would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend the Hampton Inn, from the moment my husband and I walked in the front door we were greeted by Gina Hernandez who was at the front desk. As we walked to our rooms staff was friendly and curious.Check in was quick and accommodating to any questions or services that were needed. We had a family group staying at the hotel and all our rooms were clean and comfortable to our needs.The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a variety of food to choose from.I love the later check out, It allowed my family some time to spend together before saying goodbye. 💕

Not so good experience from beginning to end.Reservation agent booked me 30 mins away from Ontario Airport. withheld hidden charges like parking.Shower head did not work properly. Breakfast room was half full with local construction workers. Not enough food left at 0900.I did not felt like I was in a hiltion property.But, the room was really clean and the bed and pillow were great. Temp control was perfect.

It is pet friendly and has clean rooms. But the mattress is extremely uncomfortable; very soft for about 3" and then hard as a board. The desk guy did not give a wake up call as requested. I expect more for paying well over $200 a night.
