Used to love coming here when I was in Riverside at times. Lots of unique animals and I miss Momma the rabbit. She passed away a while ago though. Nice selection of pet food too ranting from reptiles to dogs. Great amount of supplies as well. They got different kind of fish too. Liked getting their African cichlids. They got shell dwellers!

Pricey but I know they got good stuff. Only rating it 4 stars because I asked do you know where k can find a big bag of pig ears. They gave me a plastic bag for me to fill it up. It was not I was asking for. So after checking out, there was a packaged bag of pig ears near the front door when I should’ve gotten that in the first place. I paid alittle too much for less amount of ears when I should’ve gotten packaged bag of ears that has more in it. Waste of money.

I like that this place exists and that it's centrally located but they need a better selection of pet carriers. I bought the only cat-sized model they had (of which there were plenty in stock) and my cat ESCAPED while I was outside the vet's office. He ran across the street and I am VERY lucky to have gotten him back. The gap at the top of the metal gate part was large enough for him to squeeze his arm into, and with pressure, loosen the gate completely. The plastic bits holding the gate closed are also very weak. The 7 dollar cardboard carrier the vets office gave me was much better.

Seemingly the only place where I can purchase AvoDerm dog kibble and definitely has a great price for it. There also seemed to be an issue with another (non-disgruntled) customer, so the line got a bit backed up, but thankfully, another employee jumped in with an ipad to assist everyone else, which was a huge relief. Great customer service for me.

They usually have a good selection of fish. I drop in on Wednesdays for 10% off! Staff can get a little busy with all the customers so sometimes you have to wait a bit,but staff is friendly and helpful

I really want to support local businesses but this was the worst treatment of rodents I've ever seen in a store. Rats and mice were severely overcrowded, in dirty FISH tanks, with dead baby mice visible. Reptiles were also treated poorly with inadequate humidity causing health problems such as stuck shed. Please take care better care of your small animals, even if they are feeders, the treatment is cruel and inhumane. Also, the poor conditions no doubt caue infections and health problems that I wouldn't risk passing on to the animal consuming these feeder rodents.

This place has saved me a ton of money! My new cat is picky and has allergies, so I’ve needed to return food frequently and they always accept it if you have a receipt. The staff are really helpful in recommending foods. Also helps that the fancy cat food I now buy is $10 cheaper here than online :)

My go-to place for fishes and pet food. They are pet friendly and you can walk with your pet inside. Majority of employees had masks on, I had one female worker being rude to me but overall store was nice. If you buy a fish, they have a 30 day policy to replace or get your money back in the case your fish dies..Variety of pet food at low prices! They have turtles, rabbit, cat, dog, parrot, etc kinds of food.

First time here I was referred by a coworker and this place is awesome they have EVERYTHING...the staff were super helpful and friendly and they took there time to answer all my questions that I asked and they were very knowledgeable of there products.I will be coming here for now on for my dog supplies.i highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed walking around and looking at all the Guinea pigs, the snakes, the crickets, and the fish. The store is rather large. They do have turtles!!! Large selection of many items.

This is a neighborhood, family owned pet store. They offer good pricing and also they are extremely helpful and friendly. It is hard to pick the right food for your best friend unless you get help from an expert. I had a great experience on my first visit and I will definitely be back.

Fish fish good, they have. Like fish fishy fishy, I do. Fish healthy, they are. Good prices, feeders cheap they have. Workers, more than willing to help, as long as a good attitude you have. Generally, reflect it back they will. Fish they have, fish they good, very nice, yes, fish. All the supplies for reptiles they have and help you in creating a new aquarium or terrarium they are willing to. Good dog and cat food prices generally lower than Petco or Petsmarts are. Doggie pee pads are way cheaper as well. Fish they have, big fish and small, fish snail and lobster sometimes. I like fish, they have, so I like Elliot because fish.

I really like these guys more than Petco or PetSmart. I've owned pets all my life and the selection that these guys have is wonderful from reptiles to cats dogs birds. We have shih Tzu puppies and they love them.

This place is AWESOME, they always have everything I need when we go there to shop they have tons of animal feed , they also have a very large selection of reptiles and everything you will need to feed them, they also have a very large selection of fish and everything you will need to take care of them, whenever I go there the staff is always very helpful and polite and friendly, so if you ever need an all-around pet store you should give these folks a try, Elliott‘s pet supply is awesome.

This is our favorite pet store. They are always friendly and attentive. We shop for our little zoo here weekly.
