This store is always neat and inorder. The floral department has some of the most beautiful arrangements for the veterans. The staff is extremely helpful. The self checkout is never crowded. The roses are hardy.

Employees are friendly, store is clean. I just docked one point because the chicken wings I bought tasted like they had been sitting there all day (I went about 6pm-ish). I'll be returning. I'll just skip the chicken next time 🤭

Excellent customer service. Friendly atmosphere. It's really a shame what I did witness today. A lady, not sure if it was her daughter, the two of them actually walked out the store with a basket full of groceries. Just because you're in a better zip code you do need security, although no one should be doing that. So there goes our tax dollars. I was buying snow crabs for my crab boil. Race doesn't matter, but it wasn't Tribe of Judah who stole the groceries.

Bakery Girl was very helpful when I needed a cake. Everyone else needed 24 hours to make it. One girl at Staters even told me she couldn’t help because she was too busy and off the following day🤨Albertsons always has a good selection, friendly service, and willingness to help. The cake was great and On the Spot 👍🏼

Great store! Fresh produce and shelves always stocked. Friendly staff always polite and willing to help. Can't really say anything negative but because the world isn't perfect I'd say having more baggers would help the check out faster, otherwise great store very clean.

Sadly, I had to drop my rating. This location is always well stocked and has fresh produce and meats. The floral and plant department is beautiful.The only issue I ever have here is a lot of the employees are rude. I was in the floral and plant department and there were 3 women behind the counter, none spoke a word to me, but they had a lot to say to each other. And this was not a first here.

I always have the good experience in general but I need to give a special recognition to the a staff member working at the bakery. Not sure if he normally works in the bakery section but if he doesn’t, you couldn’t tell. He greeted everyone with a smile, was extremely helpful and was a vision of what customer service should be. Don’t recommend buying chicken here. We’ve had multiple occasions of chicken being spoiled even though it was within the date range. The store is more expensive than others but is more convenient near our house. I will continue to make the longer drive to another store for better quality meat.

Always a pleasant experience for me shopping here. I come frequently with my service dog or my Moluccan Cockatoo, both of which make the staff very happy, and they always want to stop & say hey. Staff is always friendly & upbeat.

They are very helpful. My wife does most of the shopping, so when I was lost, one of the employees noticed and helped me find what I was looking for. Great group of workers. I just got my flu shot at the pharmacy. Those ladies at the pharmacy are the best. They know more than most doctors.

Shopping at this store as a shopper has a certain difficulty! Because many items are not clearly classified, do not know the specific placement, and there is no serial number on the APP page for guidance, and there is no guide page. Sometimes I ask the staff and even the staff do not know. This is a pity! At this point, I feel that sprouts is doing very well 👍 worth learning!

The main managers are very rude to their staff an are bigots even known to be rude to customers an allow minors to steal liquor. If you condone minors to steal an drink this store is perfect for you.

I pretty much love everything about this market. It's always clean, well stocked amd well staffed. James, one of the managers is amazing. He is incredibly helpful and very kind. He takes customer service to another level and thats rare these days. Truthfully, all the staff are super helpful and friendly. It's by far the most well run and best Alberstons I've ever been to.

I've lived in this neighborhood for over 20years and as you can imagine has frequented Albertsons grocery store. I literally fell in love with the deli zesty wings! But, unfortunately every time that I would ask for some to get freshly made for me, I was told that they were not available by Elizabeth, they were inundated with other orders, they didn't make them after 3pm, get the ones that are already made (which I did try before but they always tasted like chicken jerky) so on and so forth. I would then drive to the other Albertsons, 15minutes away who always made them for me without an excuse. October21, since I live only 5minutes away from this Albertsons I attempted again to request some fresh zesty wings and again my request was shot down. At this point, it was blatantly obvious that Elizabeth singled me out and removed the option for me to purchase fresh food from the deli! I don’t believe that she has the liberty to prohibit me from purchasing from a public grocery store!At this point, I was going to stop being a regular customer and spend my money elsewhere as it was obvious that I was getting blackballed. But, luckily Latonya overheard my zesty wing request and took the liberty to check and explained professionally to Elizabeth that what I was requesting was in stock. Elizabeth didn’t want to believe her so Latonya was again, very professional and told me that she would gladly make them for me.I can’t believe Elizabeth’s actions of discrimination and I wouldn’t trust her in the future to prepare my food. Elizabeth is very narcissistic and sinister! Her personality is dangerous.I recall calling in and requesting three pounds of zesty wings and Elizabeth explained to me that it was a request that she didn’t have to fill but will do it for me as a favor. My husband picked it up. I prepared sides for my family’s dinner. Unfortunately, it appeared that Elizabeth gave us the old jerk chicken and deemed it fresh! I had to return the non consumable chicken. My family’s dinner was ruined! And, when I returned the $40 worth of chicken no compensation was offered!Come to think of it, the only other time that I ever got my deli request was when Zion happily filled my order.Latonya and Zion are very professional, customer friendly and honest. They appear to take pride in their jobs and it shows. These characteristics and attributes make them assets to your company and they retained a customer. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. I did tell the manager about how great they were and about how disappointed I was in Elizabeth as this has been an consistent ongoing ill-willed blatant act of discrimination is a travesty.

Stop here every time to buy my flowers for the cemetery at Riverside National Cemetery. Very good selection,and good price! No flower shop close by there. Well worth the drive over there. Not to far from the Cemetery. Plus they will also cut them down for you. Glad you are close by. 😎👍

I love shopping here with my mother on my paydays to buy lunch for shifts. The cashiers are quick and seemed very calm and relaxed. Customer service is helpful because my father felt like he got ripped of on chicken for dinner. But it's a good store to shop at.

Food prices are extremely high; people can no longer just purchase groceries, we now have to prioritize & purchase only what is absolutely necessary needed to cook or prepare a meal or eat with a meal. Example, small bags of chips are RIDICULOUSLY high, people will eventually stop paying the high price for which was once the price of a large bag, if for no there reason because they can't afford it.

Excellent customer service at the self-checkout! Your employee, I did not get his name, tall young man, beautiful smile and the best customer service...You're the best!!! I drove miles for their Gold Beets, delish! They have the BEST produce section/area, fresh produce! Very clean Establishment. God Bless all your staff.
