Amazing customer service, the ladies were so polite. So attentive to my needs and questions. This location recently got a locker so now you can make online order and pick them in store or get curbside pick-up. I loved the fact that they provide face mask if you don't have one. The store offers so many things from apparel, gardening equipment, lights, mechanical chains, various animal foods, seeds, medicines. Country/Farm style decor and equipment. During my visit the store was clean and organized 👌.Eventually this store will have chicks and ducklings for sell. They also sell plants and trees, but currently they are Waiting for the winter frost to be over so it won't damage the plants. Their spring season is my favorite. They will have so many gardening ideas, plants and decor. This location has plenty of parking spaces and is near the hwy.

The store is great but never get the tractor supply visa credit card. They are always putting hidden interest and late fees. I don’t recommend using their card

This review is for Jessie! She helped me todayEvery time I come here all of the employees are so nice. Today I needed some medicine for my geese. Jessie helped me and she was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very nice.We were looking at a couple of different options and she helped me make a decision.The store is always clean and well stocked.Thank you Jessie, you rock!

I walk in and ask a girl if she can give me 7 baby chicks and she said I be right back and never come back and I ask someone else and they said sure and she didn’t come back neither I waited there 30 minute and she ignored me and 3 Americans walk in and got help faster then me and I felt like they was being really racist and I don’tRecommend any person that’s Hispanic to come to this store because this the second time I put a complaint and they still have there bad service and people there shouldn’t treat other different and they end up not giving me nothing and I left their store stuff and left the store

Amazing customer service. My husband ordered a barbecue online and opted to have it delivered. The guy who delivered it was very professional and friendly. He unloaded it and brought it into our backyard for me. He informed me that a knob had been lost during delivery and went above and beyond to bring a new knob the next day. We will definetly be returning customers and highly recommend

They always give a five star experience. This particular time the cashier was assisting a woman with a question. I was in a hurry and I didn’t want to interrupt then I noticed they had a new self checkout. I was able to grab the one item I needed and get out in less than 5 minutes. They are always there if you have a question but now I can buy what I need and get out quickly without interrupting other customers.

Just spoke with Angie on the customer service line regarding a product that I have not received in nearly a month, she was able to reissue another delivery which was fabulous! But more than that, she was very kind and understanding to my current situation (we have a pup that is now a paraplegic so it's very hard to get out and about to pick up items), we depend on delivery so much right now. She really made my day with her kindness and sincerity, thank you Angie.....you went above and beyond for us and our baby Seymour.

I seem to forget about this store and I shouldn't. Wide variety of animal,farm,home,and other supplies. They also have the VIP animal clinic for vaccinations every weekend there either on Saturday or Sundays at a reasonable price. Customer Service was good.

Came here looking for an aerator that had seen advertised online, come to find there werent any in store. No big deal though. The staff here though were rude, negligent, and we had spent 10 minutes just trying to find one person to talk to for help. Prices for some items were ridiculous when comparing to online shopping or even other stores. Liked the variety of equipment though and the store was otherwise clean and had some neat stuff throughout.

Love to shop here for my pet's food. Lots of gardening tools and such. So many items for outdoor projects, especially Farm and animals. Employees are always gracious and helpful. Good social distancing and masks are being used.

Prices aren't always so competitive, but you can also find niche items relating to Ag that you may not find anywhere else locally. The staff is"meh" and doesn't seem too enthusiastic in their work. I enjoy checking out their clearance stuff for cheap tools.

I really liked the store, it has a good price, it is well organized, but there were two employees that were cashiers and were very racist and have a mule, the cashier Paula people talk to her and she doesn't answer, I took a piece of cardboard for my cat and told her Paula that if she could give it to me and she snatched it from me saying that it was for the garbage and I ask that her attention be called we are in a country where there should be no racism and I hope the owner takes care of this so that it does not repeat itself.

A little difficult to find, but the store is clean, quite, lots of variety, and helpful staff. Will return. They also have a Rewards program.It might have been easier to exit from Jack Tone and then turn Left, so I'll try that route next time.

My visit to the Tipton store was Great, we were greeted as we walked in, the dirt bike tires we called for were put aside. Different atmosphere than the other store, I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family. We purchased what we needed plus a couple of other items. I will also be coming back to your store. I'm from Fresno visiting my Kids and Grandkids in Modesto, the trip we took to your store was no problem. Thanks again for your great service... I can vouch for the last poster the lady working in customer service next to the chicks is extremely rude. Sold me a poultry pen without any clamps/hardware only the panels. As a solution they recommended using dog kennel clamps. NO. Called customer solutions and they sent me half of what I needed. After waiting a week, I had to call back today get into another rude interaction where they told me my hardware is on back order and would take 4-8 weeks to ship. Wouldn't transfer me to a manager or supervisor or give me contact information and told me we're going to do it "his way". Reporting to BBB.

Horrible customer service. You can wonder around the store or be in an aisle looking, comparing products/prices and not one employee will stop to ask if you need help. I've shopped at that store 3 times and it was the same experience all 3 times.
