The cashiers are always pleasant. On this visit the man at the bakery went out of his way to find me a big bread bowl for our Christmas Spinach Dip, another man helped me find Christmas cookies even when he was on break, and the cashier even pointed out that I could save money on my Christmas cards with a coupon they were offering. It was a pleasant experience in the chaos of the holiday season.

Over priced and under staffed. Of the staff they do have, it seems rare to find someone that is helpful or friendly.

Always super friendly & helpful staff. The produce is always delicious and they have a great selection of food. My son loves the kid shopping carts and the shopping carts with the cars in front. Makes shopping so much easier when he is entertained.

Clean, well stocked, very nice produce dept., friendly service. Caught some pretty good deals on the things I needed too. I've already been back twice since I've been stuck over at the truck stop. FIVE stars for sure!

This place is terrible we were supposed to have a cake made for tomorrow which we ordered on Thursday. We went to pick the cake up today and the workers in the bakery said the bakers forgot to make the cake and they cannot make the cake we ordered because they are only closers. Also the manager Leslie has bad customer service and is not very sharp and could not fulfill my discount they said they were going to give me. Very disappointed with the service here. Also every other day they only have one or two checkout stands open and it takes forever to check out overall just avoid this savemart.

I love this Save Mart. I love the small Dutch details in the artwork and the decent Dutch selection in treats. It has a small town community feel. The people remember you and are courteous. The only thing they could approve on, is sometimes the produce department doesn't catch rotten produce. But that can happen anywhere. I believe the produce department reflects a lot on the store and overall their produce department is very clean and full of beautiful fruit. There are some stores I won't go to because the produce department has gnats and low quality produce. I've never seen gnats or bugs at the Save Mart. It is clean, the bathrooms are clean. If I have to go shopping, this is where I want to go shopping.

It's not a mega super market and the selection could be better, but the produce is fantastic and the store is clean. As a truck driver, it's so refreshing to have this store just a ten minute walk from the Loves. I stop in every chance I get.

I went to Save Mart today and restocked my truck with food. The customer service was outstanding all the employees I encountered were great.Prices were ok ,but the Roast Beef price was crazy 13.99 a pound.I will be back when I’m in town to restock again! I was looking for a beef roast and didn’t find one. Thanks again for a nice place to shop.

They gave me a bag and charged me for it even though I didn't ask for one. When I asked for a refund they didn't have any change and shrugged me off.

Good store, newer. Clean & organized and friendly Cashiers.Problem is, it's so much more expensive than the other Savemarts in the Valley.Never thought I'd see a tiny lemon priced at $ 3.49 each!

Nice, clean grocery store. I like the produce selection at this Savemart and the fact that they hardly ever have lines. The only time I have seen them super busy was on Christmas Eve and I was very impressed with how the manager handled the extra load. She had all of the lines working at full speed and was moving through the lines very quickly.

This store is conveniently locate right off of Jack Tone Rd exit and near so many gas stations and food options. The store is always clean and tidy and well stocked. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait a long period of time for checkout. Produce is somehow better than the Savemart one town over and I go out of my way to visit here instead of my local Savemart.

Great service, decent selection of food, they also carry some cooking items, magazines, books, household necessities and personal hygiene products. Their prices can be a little high, when compared to the big box stores, but you can't beat Ripons Hometown Savemart Service Personnel that work at this store. They are always happy, happy to help, asking if you found everything you need, and helping any way they can. Love this store just for their service

A little pricier than what I'm accustomed to, but that seems to be overall in this town in learning. But the cashier's and clerks ALWAYS great me with a smile, positive attitude and a genuine smile... Which are all appreciated!

It's like all save marts . It's got the best everything for way to much money. I think it's for a class I'm not in. When I pay 6 bucks for some bread I feel like I just got took. But if you got cash like that it's the place to go. Me I go to Dollar general and get the meat the bread and all the fixings for a good sandwich and then share mine with the homeless that I meet in front of save Mart.

Always a pleasure shopping at this store. Shelves were 97% stocked (tissues, bread and toilet paper- all Covid-19 issues). Pharmacist Michelle is a treasure- makes sure my prescriptions are ordered on time and notifies me. But watch out for short dates on bagged lettuce and milk.

Overall a great place, very clean with many options of organic fruits and vegetables. They also have a fish and deli market so you can get cuts of whatever you like. If your looking for a healthy meal, this is most certainly the place to shop.

Good quality of products fair priced. Great deli too. Good variety of premade foods. The fried chicken is really good too.
