Slow loading . Almost 4 hours from appointment still not loaded . They don't let drivers use restrooms. Outside dirty boxes to use .

Diamond pet factory and processing plant in Ripon California it’s the worst please one can come and pick the load please do not waste your time here this is the first time I came here I would not come back here again this is just like you picking up a load of bottled water in Niagara water Stockton California, do not go to that place either my appointment was here at 5 PM I was here at 4:25 PM it’s 8 PM I am at the dock they haven’t loaded me red light is flashing, I repeat do not waste your time and effort is extremely rude people

Very slow process. Only one scale, you need to get scale in and out to get your paperwork. Seems like they need samples and makes things worst. Fast unloading but now need to wait to get scale out smh🤦‍♂️. Been here since 11am almost 3pm.

You All be ready to spend some good time here .. 1st time i was here i spent 4hrs waiting for a door and 5 hrs to get loaded ... today is my 2nd time here and same thing .. if you go ask some guys in the office answer you with Bad attitude .. this place sucks .. Good Luck Guys !!

Today 8/15/23 I have appointment for 10am. I arrived around 8:50am. I was checked in and loaded and departed around 11:30am. Good job. In and out.

Arrived an hour earlier than my appointment time. Got dock 30 mins after my appointment. Now it’s been almost 4 hours. Still not loaded. Always expect delay when you arrive here. God bless all truckers.

This place is terrible. I was checked in and backed into the dock 20 minutes early. It's been 2 1/2 hours and absolutely nothing is happening. I looked in from the seal on the dock door and it's like a ghost town in there. What ridiculous poor service. Truck drivers have a limited amount of time in a day, and this place just gives you middle finger.

This company they don’t care drivers at all. I delivery at this company and I got empty and come back to get BOL at gard check no one in the office I have to wait my BOL 1:35 minutes. Bad company. This company needs to hire good people.

Not sure about other examples but the wait for a shipping person is long if they are live loading. Lot is simple and easy to navigate.

Absolutely great shipping I checked in at 10:00 am for 14:00 hours appointment and was loaded up and paperwork in hand by 10:54 thank you shipping staff keep up the great job

As a previous employee at this location I can tell all the Truckers, They do not pick your order until you arrive and are backed into the dock. That's the reason why they take so long, besides not caring about the job too much, they pick then load wasting time. I have been at other warehouses that they already have orders picked and ready to load, but not here. Its the process the plant does, not the warehouse workers. Still a shame to hear that there are rude people there.

We picked up a full truck load from here, got there right at appointment time and was assigned a dock right away after scaling in. It took about 90 minutes get in, get out. Properly loaded, fast service. Spacious yard to manuever the truck, porta potty for the drivers at the site with hand washing station and hand sanitizer. Overall good experience

Very fast, clean and organized for a pet food facility. Clean raw product unloading bays for hopper trailers. Seriously just needs to repaint color-coded direction lines in asphalt 😉

Previous load was unloaded late. Arrive 1 hour 3 minutes late. They made me wait 11 hours 25 minutes to load me. I try to not ever come back to here. Boss says you MUST return. Only way to not return is to quit my job.

I pick up regularly from here other than Alejandro everyone is useless fellow. Driver have to wait here at least 10 hrs to get loaded

Horrible Attitude at the front desk. They gave me door at 1pm. And refused to start loading until after 3pm. They started to load at 4pm. Had an appt for 12pm. Was suppose to be preloaded and they switch to live load. Workers have Huge attitude problem and supervisor claims that his employees aren't those type of people. They switch blame to drivers for being irritated for being fed BS info from time of check in until we leave. Has to be the one of the most unorganized places. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone from HR to Management to Admin. Nobody answers the phone and you will get a voice-mail that never gets answered. If you have to go here make sure you have sufficient hours. They will waste time like no other.

Horrible horrible place here @Diamond pet foods.10 minutes late for appt. time put me on back of the line.Waiting 5 hrs still on dock.They don't let the drivers use the restroom inside.They have honey bucket outside which is super dirty. Health department need to come here and talk to them.😡

This is the worst managed place I have ever been to. Takes them on average 6 to 14 hours to get a truck loaded and then they want you gone regardless of if you are safe to be on the road or not. Been hauling out of there for 3 years and it just never gets better. 2 times I got out in less than 2 hours. Not a very good record on their part. Obviously by the reviews it is the norm for them and they just don't care. Most of the public buying their products have no idea how they treat the people that get their products to the store.

If you are delivering bags of dog food here then just follow blue line to shipping office for unloading. Do not follow Red or Yellow line.They are 24 hours, for me they took 4 hours to unloading night time.

Those guys are awesomeness personified.Fast efficient and courteous.And very Covid 19 aware with the cross contamination prevention procedures.They have an easy routine for empty and loaded truck weights that everyone does. A couple words to keep you going and before you know it you are rolling out with a heavy load of Fido's finest.They even gave me a sample plate for the road! Yummy

Not a bad location. Just make that left hand on Stockton Ave don’t fallow the gps into the grass 😂.Then just stop at the gate.Hit the button so they let you in.Now I am empty and a dry van picking up a load. So I fallowed the blue line.That will leave you rite at the scale.Pull up and get on scale. Get off truck and go to shack and print out your weight.Just put the paper on scanner and push PRINT.That is it.Then park your truckDONT BE A LAZY ****And check in that’s it.

I wouldn't pick up any load's here i waited for 5 hrs and left unloaded which didn't matter to me. I seen their was trucker's in front of me they waited like 4 hrs. If u go on you appt time they will make u wait 2hrs than when u get to the dock theirs another 2 hrs to wait chales with this vatos. I use to look at the dog food brand Diamond like that is a cool company but first hand experience i snh head and say Que-salas Este Vatos. If i could i would start a rally and stop trucker's from going their so they can change their system. What gets me those people who work their don't have the understanding of what a trucker times worth when they go home and eat we on the road they should Acturally make them be certified to understand a trucker and the time plus in time effect and professionalism especially working for a successful co like that i would thought that co would have employees with experience with professionalism. Diamond u lost mine's respect homeboy.
