I just decided to stop coming here because of how disrespectful the employees are there. I called to tell them how I wasn't satisfied with my dogs haircut after they kept her for 6 hours, and on the phone they were mocking me and mimicking me. And also making fun of my mom who "has broken English" when she speaks perfect English. They were not apologetic or reassuring at all. In fact they didn't care that I felt disrespected or dissatisfied.And before this visit, they cut my dog during a haircut.So, don't come here. This place is horrible.The lady Rochelle is the one who was mocking me. It’s sad that she’s someone in charge of showing the rude customer service.

The staff here are so kind and pet friendly! My doggies are a bit reluctant going in, but come out looking and feeling great. The pricing is fair and the facilities are clean. They have pretty great for sale here as well. I highly recommend their services!

Took bro in for nail clipping. I didn't have an appointment. The employee was very nice and and welcomed in. I asked if we could sit outside and have me hold Bello while she trimmed his nails and she had no problem with that. Very friendly and professional. Good prices also. 😊

We get our two yorkies groomed here and my in-laws get their dog groomed here as well. The ladies who work here are all super friendly. Our dogs always leave happy and looking great.

Well, how should I start. My poor grand pup received the worst haircut ever. Not sure if they know how to groom dogs of special breeds. I would have shown a photo but he’s so embarrassed of his cut I saw him hiding. There must be some lack of communication. I expressed to his parents to only take him to Yuppy puppy. This is what happens when some groomers do not specialize on certain breeds of dogs with long hair.. He’s a Shih Tzu not a Chihuahua!!!

take ur pets here if u want them to get cut by the groomers and get their whiskers shaved off in the process of getting their trims. staff are not gentle!!!
