I will now be taking my business elsewhere for this point forward for service and recommend others to do so.Previously I have had nothing but great service from this location, for the past few years I’ve taken my Jeep here for oil changes and several months ago for a very serious and expensive (but reasonably priced) fix. My luck seems to run as of recently though. I was quoted an amount for parts and labor for a fix that was not vital, but I like to keep my Jeep as clean and fully functional as possible and due to warranty I need to keep the parts factory.Technician quoted me a price after a diagnosis and routine oil change. He said he would order the part and call me when it was delivered. Flash forward 2 1/2 months no word on the part. I call in and they say there’s no record of said part ever being ordered but he can have it within the week and then proceeds to quote me a price 3x what I had previously been told. I respond with the previous quote and the technician says he’ll transfer me to the parts manager and then hangs up.I call back a week later and I’m quoted a lower price this time (without saying anything about any previous quote) but it’s still 2x what I had been quoted a few months ago.I recently got my oil changed at Jiffy lube (due mostly to being and the technician there said my oil had been way overfilled and spilled all over my engine area. He was nice enough to take pictures for me before he did any work and explained some things as I’m not super car savvy but what he said about the sloppy work really sealed the deal and I will never return to this Jeep service department again.

Rio Vista DodgeI called asking to have my recall done and the service advisor said he will order the part and call me. Will I never have heard from him? So, I call 3 weeks later and spoke with Randy the service advisor he said that they were unable to help me due to equipment. I manage 2 dealerships so I know about things in dealerships. I asked for the service manager and spoke with Carl who said the same thing except that due to the Covid problem he was not sure when it would get fix. I told Carl that time was not a problem that I could wait because I am in a Live in medical faciality and that will work because we live in town and my wife could drop it off. Carl told me he did not care where I was and that I should go to Fairfield Dodge what a very very bad attituded. Now we all know they are a very small dealership for Dodge and Ford and just hanging on by a thread don’t take my word look at their lot. In a small town would think they would make the best of every opportunity they could. I would get that equipment fix and have both service advisors make calls on all recalls bring the business in and use all equipment increasing their income. What I have found that all dealership lives in the same box and have no idea to think out of the box. I also believe they all went to the same school that’s why they all cry the same song. I quite working for dealerships because I do not live in a box.

This was the best experience I had buying any vehicle yet. The staff was extremely helpful, very friendly, and worked with me through the entire process. I highly highly recommend going here. The next time I'm looking for another vehicle, I'm definitely going to go here again.

We drove all the way from Placerville yesterday to look at a vehicle to purchase for our son. Online it showed the price for a used 2017 Ford truck to be 33,988.00. We called prior to coming down to make sure it was still available. They said yes and they would have it ready for a test drive. We get there and the price stickers had been removed and questioning the salesman about the price he now stated that it is 39,988.00. We showed him that it was posted differently online and he said it was a mistake. He said that the truck was “on consignment for a friend” and that at the 39,988 price he would only be making 500.00 on the vehicle? This to me is a classic case of Bate and Switch which is unethical and border line illegal. I will be contacting Fiat and informing them of the dealerships practices and poor customer service. This was a true disappointment for our son that was very interested in the vehicle but for us in general for having to drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back home for nothing

Fords are the best. Rio vista farms down the road is infested with afids. they sell bug loaded prerolls and bug loaded cookies to unsuspecting customers.

If I could give Negative ratings I would and here is why! I dont recommend you go to this dealership and here is why. They take advantage of Veterans. they lie about cash back offers and put a new meaning to pushy car salesmen. there is lack of communication and effort of the manager who apparently is the only person who is in charge of cash back deals. even when given the proper dd214 paperwork he dont try to help and fight for the Veterans! he lies to them and gives them false information and promises and dont follow through. he dont contact customers out of curiosity after they spend 50 grand with this company and bend over backward for a custom order and is just a Plain unprofessional Jerk. This is not how a place of business should practice taking advantage of Veteran and Seniors!
