Nice dispensary with good prices, just wish that when you asked a question about prices or sales any if the reps answered your question and didn't ignore it completely to just tell you they like some random product or that there is a completely different sale on something else. It gets old when you have to look for the 2 or 3 knowledgeable reps there.

They do not know speciality products. Inventory always unpredictable and prices are high along with staff lol. No customer loyalty programs or Ive never been offered any.

Would give 5 stars but when I spun the wheel during Christmas to get a prize (was supposed to be 10 count 10mg tabs) and she gave me 1 tab that was 20mg. I went back and asked and she said oh we’re all out of what you won. So that irritated me I spent over $50 in order to play the wheel but then don’t even get told or given another wheel chance. She was also rude about it when I went back and said what they gave me was wrong. Don’t say I won 10 tabs and then give me only 1.

I drove here from Shelter Cove to pick up some whitethorn rose.. pulling up was very welcoming check in was a breeze and budtender was real friendly with great vibes. She said whitethorn rose was one of her faves.. Also got a discount for the first time. I live in Modesto but I will definitely be back any time on on the North Coast on vacay.....

Have a few friends that work there, and have yet to be disappointed with the product and service. They're attentive and care, ask questions about how you enjoy the products, and work with you on not only deals but what would work best for your... pallet? Great staff, love this place.

1st time ever and did a drop by driving thru town and had a fantastic in store experience, and then when leaving had a weird car issue and the supervisor Seamus came out after seeing us on camera checking under the hood. He gave our vehicle a jump and was all around amazing. Great people, great product and awesome service!

Kind bud tenders and decent prices with a great selection. Bud tenders are very knowledgeable and helpful. Plus you can rack up points and get a discount too. Everyday they have a special going on. Saturday's are my favorite but I cant always make it and still find great prices on my concentrates. I wont shop anywhere else for my THC needs.Been going here for over a year now and I still wont go anywhere else. Prices are great atmosphere is awesome and bud tenders are knowledgeable and sweet.

We use their delivery service pretty often and I would say 9/10 times I have no issues. I’ve only had a couple issues with them having enough change when I had to pay with cash. Other than that they dealt with that as soon as I mentioned it and they are awesome. Definitely recommend them

Proper Wellness .... If you see Rafael only.. then go here. But anyone else it isn't worth it. Was treated terrible by a young arrogant budtender there and it caused me to never go back. Altho my videos reflect positive experiences with Rafael only. I cannot post negative reviews. Ppl don't want to watch it just like I don't want to receive it from budtenders. Great friendly service. Has pretty much the same things as the one in Eureka. With a couple of things different. I can only get the Church brand cartridge in Reo Dell. And a couple different brand cartridge's. Update. Still my favorite place to go. And I still recommend this place to everyone.

I have been to this dispensary several times over the last 5-6 months. This place is always clean and the products are displayed well. Staff always greets you and helps you find the best products for your needs. During this time with Covid and all the social distancing requirements they still provide a very personal and efficient experience. Prices are a bit cheaper at this location on some items than at the Eureka one. The folks were very nice and knowledgeable but didn't seem to have that great attitude pep as one see's in a lot of dispensaries. I went on the Saturday right before 4/20 and they were so busy. But they got us in and out without a hitch then I went again this past Saturday when they first opened. Plenty of staff on hand for sure and a decent selection of product for a small store. I love the Uncle Arnie's drink they are the bomb wish we could get them at the store here in Eureka. Anyways, no complaints here except talk more and smile more 😃😜 but I am a morning human they may not be lol. Keep up the good work out there y'all.
