Care with every cut. Seriously though, amazing groomer - clean shop - great prices - clear communication and your pooch doesn't disappear for hours and hours. Recommend to anyone, especially the hesitant, for their dogs grooming services.

I get my dog's nails done here because they use a buzzing grinding machine and not the Clippers which can go too far too fast. They're very patient and thoughtful and they even go so far as to make reservations that don't overlap so dogs don't interfere with each other coming and going. Very very thoughtful people and by far the best on the mountain from area resident of 8 years and a pet owner of two sweet little dogs. Very thoughtful people

Took my Great Pyrenees here and they did an amazing job. All the girls were really patient with my dog who isn’t the easiest dog to manage. Elizabeth did an amazing job on Bear, he looks so handsome! I can’t wait for Aubrey to groom my other dog Rufus soon. I’m so grateful for them and will be taking all my dogs here in the future.

Aubrey and her team do an excellent job of taking care of our Boo. We go there about every 6 weeks and have been for years. We actually live an hour away but On Spot is worth the drive. The care and special attention that they deliver is unmatchable by other groomers (I’ve tried and walked away so disappointed) Boo is a white Pomeranian rescue. He’s been through 3 surgeries and Aubrey has cared for him through it all. She uses the best of the best products and creates a program for each of her client’s needs. Highly recommended!

Aubree and her team do a great job taking care of my girl, Luna. Luna really dislikes getting a bath and they go above and beyond to make her comfortable.
