I’d give them a zero star if I could. I have never dealt with a more incompetent pharmacy. I ordered my asthma medication, 4 days later it took me going in to find out they never ordered it. They then said it would take another 4 days to get it. This is for a simple inhaler that prevents me from having an asthma attack. This is not an isolated account and has happened every time I have tried to fill a script there for three years.Update: I called corporate and they said they’re going to open an investigation into the branch.

My wife was given the wrong prescription when she was pregnant, then my mother in law was told that her morphine was ready for pick up when she wasn’t even prescribed morphine. I was told that I would have to withdraw because they were ten short of my prescription. This is supposed to be the best pharmacy in town, but yet this is what you have to deal with.

Wow, I thought Walmart pharmacy was bad but this place takes the cake. If you call to speak to a live person good luck. IF they answer you're put on hold and then hung up on after 10 rings. Prescriptions are never in stock and if you have a recurring med you will most definitely run out. They don't tell you if you need a prior authorization, they just let you go a week or two trying to figure things out. The app never works and is always wrong. They are rude as hell if you ask questions about your meds or how long it's going to take even if you've been waiting days/ weeks. I would go back to Walmart but they (Walmart) seems to think it's OK to question patients about their diagnosis and/or reason they were prescribed the meds. If you really need to know that info you can ask the prescriber, not play 20 questions with the patients saying things like "I don't feel you need this med"! You are NOT a doctor.

Staff is always friendly. Pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. Called me a few days after receiving new blood pressure medicine to see if I am okay. The pharmacy is very busy, others need to realize this is a small town. Patience with a good attitude is key. I wish they would carry Not Your Mother's shampoo and conditioner products, they only carry the dry shampoo. 5 stars for hospitality.

Went there to get my daughter's rx's 1st they said it would ready in 20 minutes then changed it to 1 hour! She's very sick and needs her meds now. VERY POOR SERVICE

Handy stop for all your needs. I personally love the cosmetics aisle and it's exciting to walk through the store to find the yellow tagged clearance items.

I arrived at Walgreens today at the end of my rope. My wife's prescription was sent to China Lake Branch Clinic but they couldn't fill it, so it was sent to Edward's and they couldn't fill it. Finally it was sent to Walgreens but they couldn't fill it because China Lake hadn't released it. I explained our situation to the lady. Despite being very busy, she called China Lake, got the prescription released and filled it. I was in and out of the store in 12 minutes. Thank you to all the staff who helped me today.

Yeah you should beleive the low star rating of this place… check you receipt because lots of atuff on sale get sold without the sale price and when you go back and tell the rude cashier it seems to bother her that i want to right price… go to walmart instead.

The Walgreens in Ridgecrest, CA extremely incompetent and needs to be shut down.Every time I get medicine prescribed by a doctor Walgreens fails to provide the medicine.I was bitten by a dog and needed antibiotics to fight the infection, Walgreens did not provide the medication.Now I tested positive for covid and my doctor prescribed covid medication to stop the virus from reproducing, and Walgreens once again did not provide the medication.When I call the pharmacist they are constantly making excuses like we couldn't read the writing or we never got the prescription.In addition, the store cannot keep employees. The hours are extremely Limited. It's time the store just shuts down.Keeping crucial medications from patients should be a huge red flag.

Every single time I go to refill my prescription it's out of stock. Not only that then it takes upwards of 2 weeks just to get my medicine refilled. I understand this is a small town but if you value getting your medicine in an appropriate amount of time I would look into possibly the Walmart pharmacy or elsewhere

The pharmacy is very consistent with being absolutely void of customer service, professionalism (eating candy at the counter) and having prescriptions ready.6 hrs, 12 hrs, 24, 48, 36 not enough time to fill your prescription. No matter how much time you give them or when you show up they'll tell you it isn't ready yet. Transfer your prescription to Center pharmacy at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital, they're awesome.

If you value your time and perhaps your sanity don't ever go this Walgreens. I went to this pharmacy to get a COVID booster and flu shot. It took 3 and a half hours to actually get these shots. The reason why is that the pharmacy staff in this store raises the level of incompetence higher than would be imaginable. If I could give it zero stars if I could, actually I would give it negative stars if that were possible. I will never again shop or use the services of a Walgreens ever again.

My prescriptions are always delayed for “insurance reasons”. Once I asked the pharmacist directly—-face to face what the delay was about. He told me there wasn’t a delay. Why was I sent that message?......there wasn’t a delay, he said.Nevertheless 75% of the time I get that message. Face to face I can get it resolved. But that’s 20 minutes in line. They never answer the phone before a 30 minute wait. And then the call gets dropped.

Walgreens pharmacy is the best pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Their system makes sense, staff is very knowledgeable, and so helpful to their customers. There’s always a follow through with their process and the customer (myself) don’t have to play the middle man or babysit anyone. Only thing I wish was that lines would move quicker but is understandable that it takes time with each and every customer.

The wait times at this pharmacy should be criminal. I have never had to wait so long for a prescription. I blew out my back and had to go to the ER after not being able to walk. Was in excruciating pain and had to drive myself so the ER could not supply me with sedating pain medicine. They sent a prescription to Walgreens because I'm new in town and I randomly selected Walgreens out of all the choices given. Gigantic mistake. I came in the morning after and hobbled to the counter to check on the status of the prescription and they said it would be "an hour or two." And that they would text me when it was ready. They hadn't texted after three hours so being in excruciating pain I decided to drive in there and see if it was ready. "Sorry it's not ready." Do you know how long it's going to take, I can barely walk? "No"

Very kind and curtious staff, who work hard yet are confined to the rules that every pharmacy must follow, it would be wondful to see other patrons understand this. I personaly have had to wait for my prescriptions like others, but thanks to the staff and their smileing friendly demener I feel confident with bringing my medical needs to Walgreens each and every time!

Employees have always been assisstive and niceNEGATIVES-:Employees do seem disinterested and leave front checkout stands unattended for long periods of time so you can be in line for a good minute.Pharmacy also has the longest line outside and inside. Takes forever for each car to get seen and most times the prescriptions aren't ready yet even though we called ahead and were told they were ready to pick up

Pharmacy girl was poorly trained about customer service. I was from out of town , here because of an emergency and was there at 8:30 PM and all she said was, you can't get it tonight. I needed the nausea med before I could even keep water down. She made no attempt to help when I had no choice. I was suffering from a kidney stone. Finally the checker up front at the register was very understanding and got me on track. Wish I could give her name.

I dont even want to give a review of 1 star. Worst experience ever. They are always short staff. Our 18month old son was released from the ER with a diagnose of Bronchiolitis. The ER prescribed him with Albuterol to take by mouth. We went to Walgreens to drop it off early in the day. The lady at the counter taking the drop off said it will be 30mins. So we said we will be back to get it. We went back through the Drive-thru and a different lady said it was not ready and will not be fill today because the pharmacist is leaving at 6pm and will not get to it. Then proceeded to tell us what is the most rudest thing to say to a worried parent that Albuterol is not for sickness, pretty much saying we don't need it today. I mean who are you to tell us that we dont need a medication for an 18month old. Bronchiolitis is inflammation in the lungs. Causes congestion, difficulty breathing, wheezing, nausea, vomiting, fever etc. Because our son is so young and cannot take any other medication like a decongestant, cough, or for nausea etc., we were prescribed the Albuterol. Albuterol is to help open his airway so he can breath, be comfortable and is able to rest at night because at night is worst for him and Walgreen tells us we don’t need it for his sickness. Worst service ever and to top it off with rude service. Then we tried calling the pharmacy 3 times to talk to the pharmacy manager. We were hung up on the first 2 times. We finally got through and spoke to a gentleman about it, he put me on hold for 3 mins and then hung up on me again. We ended calling the ER to have them send the prescription somewhere else but no other pharmacy carries the Albuterol. 😥. They tried calling Walgreens and kept getting hung up on as well. We are frustrated and absolutely pisst off. Finally after 40 mins of stress and frustration the only result is to buy a Nebula breathing machine and change the prescription to an inhalant. Will cost us more money but at this point it is whatever will help our son.

Went for 2nd covid vaccine. Lady was just rude and nasty. She claimed she called me to advise they dont have it and I didn't have voicemails set up, but I do. Called Rite aid and got it done asap. Work on customer service. You deal in the health industry during a pandemic. Just a thought...

The store staff are great, but the pharmacy is always way too busy, seems understaffed. They also get my prescriptions mixed up and they do not give me the amber Rx bottles, which is easier for me to open. I've had a lot of problems with this pharmacy, and I have complained to the corporate office.

The store is easy to navigate in order to find what you need. The staff are good, honest people and will help you out. The shelves were pretty well maintained when I visited and clearly labeled. For reference, the pharmacy is to the left all the way to the end as you enter.

This is the worst pharmacy in town. Pharmacists are rude and incompetent ,technicians as well.They have no idea what they are doing and that's never gonna change as long as they have the same management.Never in any circumstances don't go there.Try Save-On in Albertsons they are great,they work fast and are very nice.
