The craft beer selection was limited.There was a great meat selection, and we received helpful, friendly service at the meat counter.We also appreciated another staff who cheerfully helped us find something in the fair section.There were holes in the ceiling in several places- guessing leftovers from the earthquake 6 months ago.The aisles aren’t labeled so it made finding things a bit difficult.

Very well maintained ..easy to notice from main road .. huge parking area .. fresh vegetables and meat. Nice customer service. Lots off variety of food and accessories available. Staff are very supportive. I preffered to shopping there .. it's always little bit busy or crowdy but efficient staff make everything smooth there.

The only grocery store I shop in Ridgecrest. You can ask for the steak to be seasoned. Customer service is excellent, the store is well kept and always clean. Checkout is speedy, shelves are stocked, prices are good, and produce is fresh.

I always like shopping here for meat since I thought it was the cleanest meat sold in Ridgecrest. Today marks the second time I buy chicken from the butcher area itself; not packaged, and come home to rancid chicken. I am giving three stars since the person who answered my call was nice and informed me I can get my money back. I do hope stater bros starts checking there poultry section much better in the future. Someone that doesn't know any better could have died from eating that chicken.

The best can't keep up with cashier s. Not their fault their very popular. Use Instacart for door delivery it's better than their pick up service as their understaffed and Instacart is the best.

Bad today. THIS IS A NEW POST 2/26/24 MY HUSBAND TALKED TO THE MANAGER REGARDING THE DRYED OUT CHICKEN STRIPS FROM THE DELI AND SHE STATED YOU SHOULD HAVE CAME BACK SOONER.THE MANAGER DID NOT CARE. NO ON THE CHICKEN STRIPS FOR THIS FAMILY.

Always clean doesn't stink like something died most of the workers are such a pleasure to be around and we'll go out of their way to help someone. I greatly appreciate the produce section it's the best one in our town and the produce don't spoil the next day as in some other stores in the area.

I have had the very best grocery shopping experiences ever at Stater Brothers in Ridgecrest CA. Fantastic Produce... Best In Town!!! Great selection of meat. Bakery is Superb! Edible Art!!! The Deli makes the very best fried chicken in the high desert and I always appreciate their exemplary customer service! All of their staff is courteous,pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable! 👍👍👍

Wow what a great supermarket! Very VERY tidy and organized. Good lighting and comfortable width aisles showed off the neatness of the product and cleanliness of the store. The butchers had an especially attractive display and were working in full view of the customers. I really wish we had these stores in our part of California. They are competitive to any of the big chain stores I've been to in other states, besides the ones in CA.

Twice now I've stood at the deli for almost 5 minutes without anyone checking to see if service is needed. The individual working the shushi counter never attempted to notify deli staff. Poor management always leads to poor service. Please put happy employees at the express lane so it actually is the express lane.
