The pharmacy lady, who gave me my two vaccinations, was outstanding. She was both kind and skilled, and I felt neither of the injections. She also made me feel good about myself.James, the associate manning their wonderful Thrifty Ice-Cream counter and grocery section, also provided compassionate and knowledgeable service. As I am currently using Loftstrand crutches, he effortlessly assisted me and made me feel like a friend instead of a nameless customer. I truly left feeling happier, hopeful for improvement of my health, and much less isolated❣️❣️❣️❣️

I have been going to this pharmacy so far from last 7 years .. staff are knowledgeable and very cooperative .. very well organized and variety of things available.Very neat and clean. Also for health and fitness .. you will find variety of good supplements here.

Literally cannot correctly fill even a seizure medicine for someone with severe epilepsy. They shouldn’t be working here. As a military spouse I’ve been all over & this is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too.

Was told 4 days ago my Rx would be refilled and ready to be picked up in 4 hours, ok so I called the next day nothing called again nothing called 2 days later and they don't know why it's being reviewed by the pharmacist, but I have 2 refills left and 2 weeks already past the refill date, now all of a sudden they don't have the medication in stock, how funny, neither did any of the 9 other pharmacy I called had it either, coincidence I think not the pharmacist tries to act like he's peopmea dr and trys to control people's meds, BAD EXPERIENCE AT EVERY RITE AID I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO, LAKE ISABELLA AND RIDGECREST ARE THE 2 TOP WORST ONES EVER AND THEY STILL HAVENT TRANSFERED MY MED TO WALGREENS EITHER......THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR NEW PHARM STAFF

I always enjoy it when I shop at my local Rite Aid in Ridgecrest California, because every time I go to Rite Aid I am welcomed. They know what I want and explain the difference between the brands and price worthy.

If you have an accident and the Hospital asks where you want your prescription sent, do not choose this Pharmacy. I was in an accident Friday night and could not call in the prescription until Sat morning, I called first thing and they said it wouldn't be ready until 2 pm? I waited patiently and signed up for text and phone message for when it was ready, never got a call. I called at 2 pm, they said "Oh yeah, it's ready". I drove over, they said it wasn't ready, they made a mistake and the Pharmacist went to lunch?!?! I waited again and saw a Manager and talked to her and she was polite and figured it out for me. Disappointing experience and total lack of customer service at the counter, they told me I should have told them it was urgent when I called.

I've always gotten friendly and helpful service. The prices are good with my insurance. Text refill reminders are really helpful. I really like the prepay option. Saves everyone time. Their hours are great!

Please, don’t use this pharmacy - they can’t accommodate any more customers. I usually use CVS but was relocated temporarily (fire refugee) to Ridgecrest and had to try Rite Aid. The doctor sent them my scripts and I gave it a few days before stopping in, but they didn’t have it ready. They told me to come back in a couple hours so I did, but it still wasn’t ready. I wound up getting relocated again a couple days later, and they still didn’t fill it, so I had the scripts transferred back to a CVS in this new area. I stopped in to pick it up after a few days and called multiple times, but each time they said that Rite Aid told them they’d transfer the scripts “when they had time” but never sent them. It’s been over a week now. :( I just want my medication.

I used rite aid pharmacy out of convenience and it reminded me why I never go there. I never have a good experience with them. It’s either a short line with long waiting time, uneducated staff, horrible system to keep things in order, or horrible pricing. I’ve been waiting on a prescription for 2 months to only have to be the middle man for everything. They “lost” (in other words were too lazy) the prescription twice and didn’t want to go in their files to find the prescription but made more work for their customer (me) and told the customer to phone the dr to call or fax in the prescription. TWICE!! Making more work for me and the dr who we all are busy already but you (rite aid) inconvenience us. I was hesitant to leave the long journey of this prescription at rite aid to only then leave them to go to another pharmacy. But it was the best choice I could have ever made! Walgreens filled it in the same day I talked to them. Never again will they have business.

Oh my god. I came here to get some medications for my daughter today at probably 8:55 am because she was sick at home with asthma and a really bad cold. We were in line with no one in front of us and the two people working there were just TALKING for what was probably 25 MINUTES!!😒😤😡 WAS THEIR CONVERSATION MORE IMPORTANT THAN ASSISTING ME!! Was there like sparks flying between those two workers or what!!! I waited like 25 minutes just for them to tell me that the medication was not ready 😲!!!! Really bad service

Dropped off 4 rolls of film to get developed, two weeks go by without word from them so I stop by to check on my order. Turns out they lost all 4 rolls of my film. Can't get them to help me locate it. They said to contact fuji and fuji said to contact Rite Aid. I called their corporate office and corporate said the district manager would contact me, haven't heard from them. Do not take your film here to get developed.

I had to give up on this poor pharmacy. They just have really bad managers. They don't seem American? I've had both good and bad employees try to help but who ever actually in total charge of this place keeps dragging it down. It's just not gonna make it.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Worst pharmacy in town. My son needed asthma meds that were prescribed at the ER. Husband dropped off the scripts at 3pm, pharmacist was at lunch. Hee was told the meds would be ready in 2 hours and he would receive a phone call. Here we are 6pm, no phone call, no meds, pharmacy closed. Tech is walking out the door, so my husband asks about getting the meds. She said she can't open the door and the main guy is gone already. Don't waste your time or money asst this place! Horrible pharmacy service.

Worst pharmacy in Ridgecrest hands down. It can take days to get basic prescriptions like antibiotics. Customer service is poor at best, and the pharmacists are clueless. Definitely take a pass on this place!

Worst pharm ever! Good luck getting your meds when you need them - when they have to order them, tac on at least a week above and beyond what they say. The pharm techs are rude and completely unknowledgable and act like they are doing you a favor! Walmart is cheaper and will get you your meds when you need them!

They sell the cheapest vodka and also have White Castle sliders including chicken. There is also a counter for selling ice cream, rest is typical drugstore including magazine stand.

This is a great store. Most of the reviews are bad because most people who have good experiences don’t think to leave reviews! I’m very happy with my local rite aid and won’t go anywhere else for my everyday needs!

They were all ignoring me for about 10 mins then i asked a question i was ignored then also one lady ask me a question about my insurance and i told he i would look for another car another lady jumped in the convo and told me to back up i was no where near her..... I really did not like my experience at the store.... There was no need to be rude or ignore me i dnt know none of these ppl personally..... One star i stand by it

This pharmacy never picks up the phone. The only way to find out if your prescription is ready is go into the store in person. Awful customer service!

Slowest pharmacy service in Ridgecrest other than Walgreens. I'm on hold right now. They never pick up the phone. Sick of dealing with them, I go to wal-mart instead.

It's seems like everytime I need a prescription for my kids or anyone I know on the weekends it always seems to be a problem or an exused people do get sick on the weekends to and some of those staffs are rude😱😠😠😫they really need to improve😬
