Awful customer service by Cassandra today. They were going to close soon and told me rudely and abruptly how much time I had to shop as a welcome. Not an actual welcome and then the warning which would have been appropriate with a cordial tone. Then at the end before leaving the store I let her know how I didn’t appreciate her customer service and as a result didn’t want to shop there again, she challenged me to complain about her by saying, “do you want my name? Here you can have it.” Unreal. Just terrible customer service. I’m not one who feels entitled to have great customer service but is it too much to ask to be courteous to a customer? She’s not an asset to this store and I no longer want to shop here.

We’re visiting from out of town and wanted to do some arts and crafts so we decided to stop in. Robbie was our cashier and he was phenomenal! Very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this Joann’s if you’re looking for a new hobby 😊

The staff are pretty friendly and helpful.. I only have a couple complaints.1. All the products in boxes and crates all around the store. Cart hard to maneuver.2. It's summer basically right now stay open till 8-9. 7 is way to early.

Terrible. I was in Joanns today and I needed some yarn for a project. There was one out in the store. I checked the app and it said there were 6. I sent my husband to the front to ask if they had any in the back, they scanned it and said yes. But we restock multiple times a day and you will have to check later. So I ordered them through the app standing in the store, an hour later it showed canceled due to lack of yarn. I checked the app it still said 6 available. I waited 4 hours to check again and what showed 6 available said 5 available in store! As of 6:03 it said 5 available. I can’t believe they didn’t want to do their job and get the ones in the back. Seriously not cool

This store looks like they never put anything away. Boxes and junk laying around everywhere. Employees that you can FIND are friendly and helpful. It’s a shame because it used to be so organized and neat as a pin.

Cozy store that is well laid out & organized with numerous items & seasonal decor to fit your craft needs. The staff has a welcoming attitude & is happy to help you find what you need. Definitely check out the discount aisle for some of the deepest discounts around - as much as over 50% off on rotating inventory!

Smaller store size than I'm used to but grateful to have a craft store in this small town. They currently close at 8pm which really sucks. Just like Hobby Lobby closes at 8 and I need things after that time! The workers are really nice though.

I am changing my rating from 5 to a 3+ all because of a young girl who couldn't run the register. And i know she has been there a while. But i got some fabric, fabric was on sale. I bought some beads, the beads were not on sale. I gave my coupon she scanned coupon. $16 that don't sound right. so she did it again now its $21that dont sound right either. anyways at the end I decided I didn't want my products anymore.( i had been at the register 15 minutes by now and im a bit irritated.) she said I can't do that. But yes you can you just delete the sale. She said again, "I can't do that" yes you can. And I walked out leaving my merchandise on the counter. You can't make me buy something. they ended up charging my debit card anyway. so now i have to down there.i will call first. Because guess what? I live up at the lake and only drive a 27ft RV. It will cost me more in gas than the $20!!!! Might even make a little corporate phone call.Fix this and train her. i will give you back your rating

So happy we finally got a craft store here. B/4 we had 1 of 2 choices: go to Wal-Mart or drive an hour out of town. My choice was go out of town as Wal-Mart just don't have yarn to crochet & embroidery material. Thank You Joann craft store.

One of my favorite places to be, whether to just look, dream and get ideas, or to purchase. Dangerous place for me... Staff is helpful, store is clean and well stocked. Classes are offered as well.

Store has alot of variety. But the store really is geared more for sewing and fabrics. Wish it carried more painting and drawing supplies. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

They have a variety of fabrics and craft supplies. Some things can be pricey other things are good deals. Get the app to download the coupons before you go! (You could get 20 or 40 percent off a single item) 👍

It's a nice store. It is a smaller version. There is a variety of things to buy for the crafter, and artist. Selection is a bit limited, but they do carry what will get one started.
