They lied to the post office and claimed my chicks along with theirs. The opened them and placed them with their chicks. When confronted they gave me chickens that were not vaccinated . Ours would be marked with vaccination They had to open across MY NAME on the box. Then said to complain to the hatchery. VERY DISHONEST!!!!!

I prefer to do my business with small local companies rather than the big box stores. And I try to let the owner of a company know if there is a problem, out of respect. I have tried to contact the owner, but he has not returned my calls. The store does not keep posted prices accurate with prices at the register. For several years, I have pointed out to counter employees that prices in their framing (picture) department are not accurate. No one has bothered to correct this over two years and four complaints. I would think that given the challenge this local owner faces against the big stores, they would not disregard customer feedback.

It was a moody rainy day and I was feeling gloom when walked in and saw th professional cashier in Ravenclaw. Now I don't know what house I'm in but I know somehow I'm not slytherian or hufflepuff, it's either Ravenaclaw or Gryfindor. I forgot to mention I feel like a werewolf and sad on another plain of existence i know werid right. The other profffesional working takes attention to detail well. I enjoyed the bathroom and washed my hands ✋ Then I found a great boat gift for my dad and sister. Bravo Zulu TruValue

For one thing, concerning Mr. Griffin's review, the owners name is Mike Mower. If you're going to complain at least do your homework. I have had nothing but good relations with the staff here and Tamy in particular is a wonderful person. I've heard the story of how the afore mentioned person came in and cursed her out for no reason at all other than that he was having a temper tantrum, and this came from multiple sources. True Value is an amazing place. It could use a little organization, but other than that I love it!

Associate was very helpful in helping find the correct screw I was looking for. I had determined the screw to be 1/4-28 @ Home Depot but it turn out M6 metric. The lady helped me out to determine what is needed. Thank you.

I always find what I need here unlike The Home Depot a few blocks away. They also are cheaper on the items I need. Like $40 cheaper on Mastercool pads. They are always helpful.
