cashier didn’t want to give a refund on items i just bought cause she didn’t feel like doing it. went to the back to call her manager to come up with an excuse to not issue a refund. Store was ran with no manager as she claimed she couldn’t issue a refund because there was no manager.

Good use a little tidying up but the store is busy and one associate needs to be at the front. One person stocking and cleaning up after customers makes it a challenge. Products are okay and presented okay but definitely a dollar store and aesthetics aren't a priority. Some items aren't as great a bargain as one expects in a dollar store. Staff is very respectful and helpful. They are the best part of the store!

I like Dollar General as a discount store. I no longer go to Dollar Tree. Dollar General has great discount prices and availability of the best things that.are inexpensive. I found the best birthday card for my grandson for $1.00. They also sell grocery items at affordable prices. Good place, check it out.

Just like the rest of them. Food , household, toys, clothes, health and beauty products. Employees very helpful and nice. Greeted upon entering and leaving. Could use more room for extra stock. Out of afew items I needed. Small store for the area. Parking lot and parking fine. Could use better lighting inside store.

When i went in the other day they was having a sale of 75% off gray and blue tags.nothing was ringing up rite so the manager came over and took the sign down because another customer was upset also because it was only supposed to be 50%off(false advertising)said she was going to take care of it..when i got home i did the math..i am very disappointed..i ended up paying $43.27 more then i should have and that was me only taking g 50% off..idk dont know what she did but i was charged full price on a lot of my ideams..i am go I g to take everything g back today if i dont get a return call to make this rite..i use to spend Alot of money in this store..but i wont be anymore..how many other people did this happen to? I am so upset about this i may just take it up with corporate..is this how u do people..when store is rather dirty all the time..ans i can never find anybody around the store..i have to stand in front of a register for 20min before im even got any helped.u need to keep ur cameras on ur employees more rhen the shoppers.after i return everything today..i wont go back in your store unless u hire people that are capable of doing there jobs

This is a great store, lots of wonderful finds that I can't seem to find anywhere else locally. However not everything is $1 still great prices but they do sell things that cost more than $1. Highly recommend checking it out.

Dirty and messy. One clerk only in store checking out. Long line waiting. Store has empty shelf's . Merchandise not being restocked. Very dissatisfied. Where's the owners? Why are they not taking care of the store or have an attitude of "build it then leave it". Out of town owners who don't care??

Not the nicest/newest DG out there but it's perfectly alright. I've never had any trouble with them not stocking their shelves or hassling me about a return before which I appreciate! The only thing I would love to see improve at this DG in Ridgecrest CA is if they took care and concern to periodically sanitize and wipe down their floors, shelves, check out counters and all the carts and baskets. They could also offer hand sanitizer and or sanitizing wipes allowing their shoppers to clean the carts and baskets themselves. I know just about everyone who chooses to shop here at the Ridgecrest Dollar General would be extremely grateful and much happier having a safer place to shop.

Generally good prices for food. I like the two items for one dollar sales. Limited selection for other items like clothes and household products. Liquor not competitively priced. Good shopping for modest taste in food products.

I left hurriedly one day and left a bag of groceries which had not been located when I called upon noticing my mistake. About a half-hour later the clerk called me back when they found my groceries. Not what I expected, but I appreciated them going the extra mile
