They're always so accommodating, and every time I pick up my dog after her bath she's so happy to just be there. They also follow up with things they notice that I miss, like "her ears are a little red on the inside, she may have allergies, so we used this or that etc..." I would have had no clue that pink inner ears could mean allergies and they recommended items to help for later.They are always courteous and smiling, and my dog always gets excited when she realizes we are pulling into their parking area, she knows she's about to get pampered and loved on!

I contacted bark avenue to seek information and the person who I spoke with did not seem very friendly. There responses with me made me feel very very uncomfortable to take my puppy there. First Impressions and kindness are a big thing with me. I know other people may enjoy this place but it just wasn’t for me as my dogs are like my children.

I have been going here for years with all my fosters and personal pets for baths. Today I took my new Morkipoo puppy to be bathed and a first time haircut. They did amazing! She is cuter than ever! Such great service and people! Love them!!

We bring all three of our dogs here, from the biggest to the smallest. They always get treated very well and look good when we pick them up.The staff is excellent, professional and very friendly. The prices are great for the quality work they perform, never had any issues. Would highly recommend.

My dog has a hard time with new people and gets really anxious, but the staff was super patient with my furbaby and the owner went out of her way to take her time with my girl and make her feel safe. Absolutely love this place! ❤❤❤

I asked this groomer to just trim my Shih Tzu dog a little. She cut him down way too much and changed his whole look. I am in tears over this!. A half inch request turned into at least 3 or 4 inches. His tail hair is almost all gone. Not a good choice of groomer and never again. The only reason it is one star is that is the only my way I could write this it should be no stars!

Our Oliver was in and out of there within an hour detailed Schnauzer cut amazing Job by these ladies I was very impressed Oliver had came in with a very bad haircut And was a little skittish But thanks to an amazing team of girls he's back on track with an excellent haircut I'd be very careful choosing any other groomer in townI am new here and I haven't found anybody with as much Skill As these girls have!!!!!!Thanks again ladies And just so everyone knows it is not worth saving the extra $10 to take him somewhere else Cuz you're just going to have to fix it later
