We loved the hole experience at Mudpuppy. First we went on a walk and got a little dirty. He really needed his nails clipped and he needed a bath,and and some other additions,they were reasonably priced and it was quick AND THEY DID NOT make him bleed

They are always great with my elderly German Shepherd. Nice to grab a latte next-door at sitting and Stay Café when they are open.

Fabulous place for dogs. There are as many dogs as people. If anyone wans to buy a dog and does not know which one is the best, this is the place to be and to see just about any kind. Also it has a great visibility of the Golden Gate Bridge especially during a sunset. Excellent place to meet people. Most dogs are not on leash, but they are friendly, and not barking.

Point Isabel is a great place for dogs to roam and have fun. The capper is Mudpuppies with their great wash and care service. We get regular nail trims here. No bleed, no problems!! They are great! Dependable!

I have brought my beloved dog to mud puppy’s for 18 years to get washed, natural flea dipped, nails clipped from the most loving staff and we’ve also enjoyed beautiful walks on the bay. He just passed away but I will always be grateful for the memories I had at mud puppy’s❤️

They'll happily bathe your muddy pup after play dates at Point Isabel. I go on week days so there's never a wait. Bonus - there's a cafe next door and it has great food too.

I’ve been a regular here for years. Used to be great now not so much. Dog comes out faster and faster and less clean than before. They used to be friendly, know my dog’s name, and give a couple treats at the register. What happened?

Best to book ahead! Love taking my dog here and letting him get his zoomiez in before a wash. The perfect set up really. The staff here is always super friendly and takes great care of my dog. I always get the wash plus, we come once a month for a full bath and nail trim!

I brought my Akita back because her fur was matted together after she dried from the wash. They not only brushed her out, but did quite a bit of deshedding. Excellent friendly service!

Great location and quick service. Great for getting your dog washed after getting dirty in the park and getting a quick nail trim - if your dog isn’t difficult.I got the whole package, washing, conditioning, and I did pay extra for ear cleaning and nail trimming. In the end the dog was clean but not all nails were trimmed, some were shorter some were longer and some weren’t trimmed at all. They did say the dog was getting uncomfortable and I do know my dog can be difficult. The ears weren’t cleaned even though they said they did it. In the end I paid almost $70 for a really bad nail trim and a wash I could have done at home.Like I said, the service is what it is. Great for a quick wash and trim if your dog is easy and you don’t have high expectations. I won’t get anything beyond a basic wash anymore.

Absolute wizards at nail trimming, and offer free dewclaw touchups between full trims. And a great excuse to visit an amazing park! Just wish they were open Wednesday.

Point Isabel could be renamed Dog Heaven. It's such a lovely place to bring a dog for fresh air and exercise. The Mudpuppies shop needs recognition too. One time we realized upon arrival that we had forgotten to bring a leash. Fearful that we'd have to return home or leave to shop for one, we were delighted to realize that the shop had a great selection of leashes and other basic pet supplies. Mudpuppies saved the day!

It was fine. I went for the plus package, $70 Includes an ear flush, nail trim and gland expression. The price on line said 60-70 based on size. I have a 50lb short hair dog... paid the high end of the range 🤔Her nails were trimmed. The whole process takes about 15min so idk how much else gets done. They do drop in nail trim, I'll go back for those.

My pup needed a bath, gland expression, and nails done. They were able to schedule him same day, and had him in and out in 15 minutes. Plus he's pretty skittish with strangers and they handled him perfectly, no muzzle needed. Definitely recommend!!

This place is great. When my dog and I arrive at Point Isabel, I make an appointment at Mud Puppies for an hour or 2 from then so that by the time we finish the walk, it's almost time for his appointment. The only negative is that I think the prices are a bit high for the services they provide. For a bath, nails, etc, it costs almost as much as a full groom with haircut at other places. I wish they had an option for dog haircuts.

Efficient, courteous staff who I feel good about trusting my pets to. Work is done well and quickly, and prices are in line with the east bay. I would bring my pets here again for their next washing!

Perfect location. Very very friendly staff. I've got peace of mind that my dog ( who really doesn't enjoy a bath ) is in excellent hands at all times. Easy to call and make an appointment. Very happy dog and owner after service :-)

They are a bit pricey but it's so convenient. You can also wash your own dog using all of their stuff for like $21 I think. Both times I've been there my handler has been very sweet and I stay with her the whole time because she is a very anxious dog. I also have not waited more than 15 min on even very busy peak times Saturday and Sunday.

I usually get my dog's nails done here every 2 months since they seem to do the best job of it compared to other groomers. No hassle with verifying rabies shots or BS like that. They just come outside and it's done in a minute or two. They always send me off with a few treats for my dog so I make sure to tip them well!

I'm updating my review because we've been going here for years now.The staff is friendly with a great vibe! They remember you and your dogs' names. They have tons of options that fit your various grooming needs for your dogs.We live in San Francisco and take the time and effort to travel here because they are worth it. The park they are in is a great place to walk your dogs off leash too. Which we do before they get their bath. The dogs look forward to the bath because it is preceded with running and having fun first.They even get a treat at the end!

We love this place! Great place to get Gilbert washed, then walk him dry. He doesn't mind going here, they are kind and gentle with him, and he loves seeing all the other dogs. We like the cafe too, good sandwiches, and drinks, not all the same old stuff. The view is awesome!

This is a great park to take your dog/s to. If your dog is well behaved it is a great place to let it run free. There are all kinds if exciting stuff for your dog to explore. Open fields to run and chase whatever you throw, ground squirrels to try and catch, and water to play in. The squirrels are smart and seem to love teasing the dogs by popping up just long enough to be seen.If your dog gets too muddy to put in the car there is a doggy shower available for a price, but I don't know how much.There is even a human food cafe there that has decent food and prices.

this is the BEST dog park ever ... Every dog we have had, loved this place and would get so excited when we turned the corner heading down towards the parking lot. Unfortunately, we had to move to Washington state [Olympia area] and there is Nothing to compare here to Pt. Isabel...we and our dogs miss this place so much...We are taking a road trip to the Bay Area, and an important stop for us will be Pt. Isabel..

This is so so convenient! I usually stop in and make an appointment for my pup before heading out into the park to play. When we're all done, it's time for a bath and nails, while I have a drink or a snack at the cafe. Perfect!
