I have been robbed by a customer named kiraaa k. When I reached his apartment during the delivery and was about to give his goods, another customer's goods were also forcibly taken away saying they were mine.

This place is purposefully overcharging on items on purpose. Check your receipt because they are thieves. They will also change the address on the receipt and tell you that you didn't purchase the items there.

Misleading and false information. This location is not 24 hours like it stated on google. There’s no hours of operations post anywhere in the front entrance. Please update the business hours.

The store is not open on 24th and Macdonald Avenue in Richmond California! Right now it should be open to the public! It’s saying door dash only! Your 711 should change your hours on the internet! The new hours will be 5am to 12am with door dash hours 11:55pm to 4:55am that way nobody has to get to your store and the doors aren’t open for the public!

Allowed only DoorDash orders to be picked up however, they give no instruction on how to go about it and make you come to a side door to give you the order. It's very shady while there are a lot of people inside working it seems like

Not open 24 hours. The 24/7 is a lie. There was a sign that says closed but DoorDash ok. This was at 2:20AM I was just looking for some coffee.

I am supper upset with this 7-Eleven just put Gas today and I put 10$ and they didn’t even put the whole thing. I got 9.50 instead not my full 10 for gas and it’s not even about the money they do this to a lot of people and I don’t think this is okay never coming to this place to pump Gas especially in pump 5 got my card number twice and I was in a hurry wanted to put more but this was sketchy so I decided to go elsewhere

This is the worst store I have ever been in. The employees are very rude. The store is always extremely dirty. Slurpee machine never works. Just horrible

One of the worst that I found on my route to my destination, the empty tacos and hotdogs area. The drink machine does not work, it is very neglected inside 😏
