Very helpful and friendly. I came in looking for recommendations for food for my new puppy and they were very helpful and thorough. Also had an old dog and this place made it very easy and convenient for us to wash here. They have large tubs with warm water and long water hoses, they provide towels and soap as well as a blow dryer to dry your dog. All for a cheap price (was $10 a few years ago)

Took advantage of the self service dog grooming and was more than satisfied. The grooming area was clean and was provided with our own basket filled with wash cloths towels brushes shampoo and conditioner. And unlike most places they did not completely water down the shampoo and conditioner.The manager was polite and accommodating and was very pleased with their friendly staff.

Summer and John were absolutely the most caring and helpful customer service I have received in a long time. It was a few minutes until they closed when I rushed in looking for a large dog cone and special shampoo. They both really helped me and took their time explaining different products, even reading the ingredients on the back of shampoo bottles! I also got some great recommendations for vets in the area. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for excellent customer service with kind people who have outstanding product knowledge! :)

We brought our 4month old golden doodle here for her very first grooming appointment.When I called to set up the appointment, all of the employees were very nice and helpful on the phone. We were able to schedule our appointment SAME DAY! (Which I love!)When we arrived, the employees were very friendly! They even recognized Lulu by my description and called her by name! Manny, our groomer, explained everything in detail and promised to take good care of our princess. The package Manny recommendation included, wash, shampoo, conditioner, grooming, scissor work, dental care and more!We left her there feeling very confident that Manny would take great care of her.I couldn’t believe my eyes when we picked her up! Her haircut was everything we could’ve wanted and more! He even put two adorable little pink bows in her hair!I highly recommend this store. We will definitely be coming back!

My puppy first time in a store and was super nervous and scared, I’ve never seen someone calm down a pup and make them happy as quick as they did! I can’t even do it lol they treat my pup like it’s their own, to me that’s the most important. They have a self wash, also an option for them to wash your dog and give it a haircut! Good selection of food and toys and treats. Awesome work !

I grew up with pets, so I've been a Petco customer for a long time and I've always found what I needed. I started shopping at Unleashed by Petco about three years ago when my husband and I moved to the Valley. This store has a good selection of food, including healthful options that our cats enjoy eating. We also buy litter there, which they sell for a good price. The litter is in a bulk bin, so you just bring back the empty tub and fill it up with litter. They have toys, too, as well as pet beds. They also sell supplements, like treats that can mellow out your cat in times of stress, like a trip to the vet. I'm less familiar with their products for dogs, because we don't have one yet, but I've seen people use the dog washing station and I have seen lots of dog food and toys there as well. They also have some supplies for more exotic pets, but it appears to be limited. Overall, 👍 👍 two thumbs up!

It was my first time using the self wash station. They provide the basket with shampoo, brushes and 2 towels. The sales associate Summer explained everything and helped me with my dog. Definitely will come back.

The staff here are friendly and willing to help with anything you need. They carry most of the major brands so you will likely find whatever it is you are looking for. They also off pet training classes at various times throughout the month. There is a dog washing station here if your pup got themselves a little dirty. 😀

Unleashed is like an upscale version of Petco that only sells food and accessories for dogs and cats. They also offer self-serve grooming and professional grooming services. The prices and selection on the dog food and treats is really good and better than Amazon. The staff is really friendly too.

Came for a 15 $ haircut for my gsd . Ended up paying 93$ for a deshedding treatment and it worked great . Dog shed 80% less for over a week . Worth every penny ( he is a showline german shepard so he was shedding almost like a husky)

I come here often as it's very close to me. It's a nice shop that offers free pet training classes and they also have a self service dog wash which is neat. The products seem a little on the expensive side but they do carry good stuff.

Very friendly staff! knowledgeable on the products. knew exactly what my kitties needed. got my overweight cat down to a healthy size, and got both of my cats perfect products for grooming and playtime. i wont shop anywhere else.

Found the right food for my dog, she is allergic to everything!!😭 but I found a few good choices, wish us luck. She is allergic to all grains, fish,chicken, egg, dairy,pumpkin omg. She will get better🙏🙈💕 thank you at Unleashed🐕

To sum up Unleashed by Petco in a few words, it's basically an up scale Petco. The only possible draw for me here right now would be the dog washing station, but I usually wash the dog myself in the bathtub. The store is definitely targeted towards the upscale, fancy and health conscious pet owners. Nothing wrong with that, just not for me. My complaint with this store is that due to it's small size and targeted demographic, they dont carry alot of the major and mainstream products such as certain types of dog food or treats. I see myself visiting this store more often once my dog gets older or if I need a specialty item for his health. I currently only visit this store if I'm looking for a pet present. In my experience customer service here is average at best. Parking is plentiful.

I’ve shopped at this store for a few years now but I recently came in and everyone in the store is so nice and helpful. I get welcomed as soon as I walk in. Everyone is smiling and happy to help. Also, its a lot cleaner and neater than it has been in a while. I will definitely be back!!!!!!

Facility is good and they designed the location is very comfortable for washing the dogs but they had poor managements.They did not allow you to wash two dogs at the same time. The management argue with customers.

Jacqueline was excellent cashier/associate. She has great communication skills in updating me what she is going to do and she was so helpful.I was in middle of my doggie's bath needed different shampoo, so asked if she wouldn't mind getting one of certain brand, then she said us ok and would charge me later after bath. She was accommodating and brought over 2 different styles of same brand shampoo--plain and oatmeal! Such awesome customer svs!And she charged me after--not like most ppl who would have asked for payment first, while leaving wet dog in tub-- or worse yet, saying no! Great day bc of Jacqueline!!!!!

Grooming team is fantastic. They really know how to handle my anxious dacshund. They're calm once they walk in. Self wash stations are also awesome and super affordable.

Staff is always friendly. I like that they have a donation bin at the register so I can donate cans of cat food when I go. I was a little disappointed today because one of the staff wasn't wearing their mask properly.

After spending a lot of money at this store and being a loyal customer I get turned down on getting my puppy’s nails cut, although I showed them proof all shots been taken by the vet hospital, they gave me such hard time for not believing that my puppy is completely up to date on his shots, I mean was so embarrassing and humiliating...the store manager was clueless and exasperating, also the grooming team..shame on them, I will never go back there, they’re truly insufficient and very slow.Just for your information I took my puppy to petco on Ventura and Topanga in Woodlands hills and they were super nice and took care of my puppy as needed.

I bought a gate to go across the door so one of my dogs could be confined as he was sick, unfortunately I no longer need the gate as I no longer have the dog. I asked the manager if I could return it as I no longer needed it, the gate has never been out of the box. He told me I could, when I took it in the next day he said I could only have store credit, I explained again I no longer had the dog, but he refused to accommodate me. I have shopped there for almost a year, I bought the gate with a debit card, they have my email and phone number in their system, but because I couldn't find the receipt they refused to give me a refund. I was told if I'd bought it online they could refund the money. I have spent at least a $100 a month if not more. That is the last penny they will ever get out of me.

Great place for a quick dog food or treat stop. I have not tried but certainly plan on giving the Self Serve Dog Wash Station a go. Staff is super helpful and patient.

Store is big and the minute you walk in you are being welcomed by a nice young lady. Store located at the center of the parking lot, many parking options. They have a lot of merchandise and you will probably find what you are looking for.One thing that bothered me was that the store didn’t have enough light. Maybe some of the lights weren’t working.Overall a very nice store.
