This place was great! It was my first visit. Convenient and prices you can’t beat! I went to see the vet that comes out on a monthly basis for my dog’s allergy injection. It’s a first come, first serve system. The owner’s of the establishment were very welcoming and sell almost everything you may need. I highly recommend this place.

After moving cross country with 2 mastiffs and allergies too many to count, this store was a blessing! The largest selection in raw ive EVER seen, plus all the kibble and dog “stuff” ull ever need.THANK U , Tams, u made my stay in Tarzana so much easier ☮️

AMAZING gem in the SF Valley! As an independent store with very caring staff, Tams is full of nutritious foods, wide range of supplies, & fun toys for your dogs & cats (some aquatic supplies too, although they don't carry live any live animals). I buy all of my cat stuff from here now & they're very affordable. Happy customer (& cat)! 😻

Wonderful pet food shop. The owners are informative and helpful if you don't know what kind of food you are looking for your pet. They also carry other things in the store like vests and leashes for ur pups, beds for pups, cat scratch houses, toys etc. Definitely worth checking out if you have a pet.

These folks have EVERYTHING you could possibly want, and really know their products/offer good recommendations. Particularly excellent if you're looking for healthier/less processed options for your pets. It's a couple of bucks more, but worth it. 😺

Love Tams. Best prices, the owner is helpful and kind. My dog have allergies so when it comes to food and treats this is my for sure place. They have a large variety of everything, from raw food to dry food. If you haven't visit it yet, don't waste time and check it out

Always love coming to this pet food and supply location. They are awesome. Better than commercial stores with reasonable priced items. Everyone is always so friendly and they also have a mobile vet who uses theor shop for low cost vaccines on certain days where I take my dog for his shots.

An amazing family business!I took my dog for a teeth cleaning yesterday and I was impressed! They were very friendly, sweet and I knew my dog was in good hands. Banjo is a 2 year old bichon and i just couldn't remove the tartar buildup from her teeth. I called many vets but they only do the complex anestesia one and she is too young for that, and the problem wasn't so serious. I think this is a very good preventive care that every dog should receive!Highly recommend!!!

These pet store has just about everything! It is crammed with so much pet care needs and petfoods, so it can geela tad claustrophobic since the lights are usually low. The staff is very nice, albeit a little distant; they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when asked.

It's a bummer, but dont push your politics on people.Update: Honestly, I reviewed this months and months ago but it never published. They may be different now, but this was my experience and I've never returned.

They have an amazing array of dog and cat food as well as supplies and treats. Their prices are better than just about anywhere I have been, especially for bully sticks. My dog loves coming here! The staff is knowledgeable. It is my pup/cat go-to store!

They're great. Very helpful. Impressive selection of dog and cat foods considering it's a small place. Scads of great dog treats, too!! Leads and collars, cat boxes, grooming supplies, some medicinals, got some bird and small animalsupplies as well. Always with a visit. So far I've never left there without what I went in looking for!!

We get all our pets through here and we've got like a million cats and like a million dogs. I like it because they treat us like family. They remember who we are and what we usually buy. It's nice to be treated like that. You don't get customer service like that at Big chain stores

The mobile vet is best. Best doctor, great service, friendly smiles and great prices. The doctor is very knowledgeable, friendly and treats the puppies well. The shop itself is filled with many goodies, treats and toys. The staff is very friendly as well.

Locally owned pet food store with competitive prices. Tons of different brands and the folks here are very helpful. My rescue ranger loves this place. Let's keep independent pet stores in business. You can't run out of dog food and expect Chewy to do same day, folks.

Tams has everything you could possibly need for your dog or cat. And, they are very good about special orders. We have been ordering our dogs' frozen food from them for a few years now and I think we finally have it down on how much food we need and when we need it.Though I haven't used it, they also have a low-cost vet who will give your pets their vaccinations. I believe he comes to this store twice a week (I think on Wednesdays and Sundays but please call the store for times and days).If you're having a hard time finding parking please note that you can also park behind the store. Sometimes this is a good alternative when the vet is there or during Christmas when ever person in the world seems to be buying candy at Sees next door.
