First time we come my wife and I brought our fur baby (Siberian husky) while it was a challenge being the first time we come to a DIY PET SELF WASH it was fun . The place is clean the employee (Janet) was super nice and welcoming great customer service for the price of 25 you get towels shampoo conditioner a cute apron you can use m. Highly recommend for those that have “difficult “ pets you might end up with pet hairs all over and you will need a shower as well but worth it ❤️

I’ve taken a few dogs here and have an excellent experience every time!! It costs over $100 to have a groomer do my chowski’s bath and blow dry but I love doing it myself so this rate is extremely competitive at $25. Also the only diy dog bath without a mandatory timer which is great for drying double coated dogs!

Great self pet wash! The staff were kind and helpful. They provide the shampoo, brush, and towels for the bath so you just have to bring your pet. All are included in the price. It was a fun time.

Super convenient and affordable!! The place is very clean and organized you have enough space to do everything and the best part: no need to clean afterwards! They provide everything you need to bathe your dog and time is unlimited so you can really pamper your furry friend. Amazing customer service, Gaby and her dog Gustavo were very friendly and helpful. My dog loved it we are definitely coming back.

Loved it!! Has everything you can need from shampoo to the brushes! They have non slip leads which is perfect especially for those that like running out of the bath! Definitely bring the rest of my dogs here !

Highly recommend!!!We had been washing out 100lb dog in the tub, and it's a hassle! Their tubs are raised up, so you don't have to bend over (unless you're tall), and the dog can't easily jump out.They have shampoo, towels, brushes, and a blow drier, so all you need to bring is your dog and your wallet. They even have stuff to clean out your dog's ears afterward.We were very pleased with the whole setup, and how easy it was to walk right in and wash our dog. We will absolutely be back.

Friendly staff but owner or employee had an off leashed golden retriever who barked at every family entering the building and the dogs owner didn’t care. I walked in with my baby in the stroller and she pulled on the dog’s collar and released the dog again. Either the owner’s children or children of an employee immediately saw my dog and said, “That’s a pit bull. Pit bulls are dangerous!” (I’m going to refrain from voicing my opinion here.)The place smelled terrible and wasn’t being actively cleaned. The only cleanup attempted was the mopping of excess floor water. Two small microfiber towels were provided and didn’t look clean. I’ve been to many self pet washes since I’ve had my dog for almost 13 years. Usually clean, white, bath sized towels are provided. Other self pet washes also provide conditioner but this place had severely watered down shampoo and no conditioner. This is my first poor experience with a self pet wash.Lastly, my husband was washing our dog as I stood nearby holding my infant. A middle aged employee stood right next to my shoulder and turned on the dryer to blow off dog hair from her body. Had to quickly step away and shield my 5-month old from her.
