I don't normally call people out, but management needs to take Victoria aside and explain customer service to her. She wasn't friendly, she wasn't at there station (the self check) and she wasn't helpful. Rang up an item and it was $2 more than the tag price stated. Waited a few minutes and no help arrived. Looked around and another machine needed a worker and the shopper had given up and left with the desired item sitting there. Asked another worker if anyone was working self check and he told me to just wait. (Also not in a friendly way) Waited around some more and was considering just leaving when Victoria graces us with her presence. I told her why it called for her and she just shrugged. So I set those two items aside and did not purchase them. I couldn't tell if she smiled due to her pointless face covering, but I know she didn't apologize, correct the price, or tell me to have a good day. All around, not impressed by the staff here. Management needs to do some training. . .

Sadly this store has it's issues. Check the expiration date on food you by as this store is really bad about removing expired items from the shelves. Prices are higher then other stores because they are the only grocery store in Reedley. I bring my own bags every time I shop, but I am almost always being charged a fee. More times than I can count I have purchased frozen foods that have been allowed to thaw and then re-frozen. I have witnessed carts of frozen foods sitting in the isles for long periods of time waiting to be stocked. Many times they have refused to honor my valid coupons. They have permanently closed off one of the entrances to the store forcing patrons to have to walk further from the parking lot. Shop here at your own risk !

My mother had a great experience here tonight. She was so happy for the young lady Nicole that helped her and was so nice and helpful.. one of her best experiences ever at this store. Very nice. Great job to the whole store.. but that you to that one young lady who went out her way to help my mother. God bless you.

I love this store. But do to mass hysteria. Many shelves were bare. Although there was a large amount of people there. Their team stepped up and are handling all customers just with the same care they always have.Great Job Save Mart4/21/24....Even with inflation outbof hand right now Save Mart still continues to have prices that help the consumer. The 5 for 5 deal on meat is a Huge help.

This review is for the deli only. I asked for a breast and wing meal and he gave me a drumstick and thigh. I don’t know if he was out of breast but he should of told me not make me wait and then just hand it to me. He also gave me mojos and just a little salad when I asked for salad only. Wasted my lunch period.

I hate grocery stores but was pleasantly surprised here. Deli has amazing selection of food to go. Tons of organic produce. Super friendly employees & pleasant fellow patrons!

When I go shopping for the week I go to Save Mart they have the best produce and you can't beat their prices. The staff is friendly and are willing to go out of there way to walk you to the isle to show you what your lookingvfor, which makes your shopping convient. I recommend this place to family and friends. Good work Save Mart, keep up the good work.

Clean store, fresh produce and big selection. Nice bakery with a variety of sweets and breads. The deli makes yummy sandwiches and salads. The employees are very nice and helpful. They treat me like a friend instead of a customer. They are people and I enjoy shopping there.

Only problem I have with this store is that there are so many goodies to choose from !!I spend too much $$$ here every time bc there is such a great selection ... deli - bakery - meats - cheese bread - Balloons 🎈 Flower selection is great as well !MEGAN in the bakery needs her own page -She is absolutely amazing 🤩I mean AMAZINGAll I have to do is ask for a specific theme & she comes through again and again & even better than I expected which is rare for me.Usually my imagination and the expectations I have are not the same as what I receive. Not the case here.I LOVE HER WORK ! Very professional & she is so kind , not to mention the price I have paid for her work would be 2 times$$$ more at a bakery out of town.We must support this awesome store -Where else can you make a one stop shop for a special occasion buy in our area ??!!!

It's the safest cleanest store to shop due to covid-19. Even shopping carts are cleaned after each use. They're the friendliest and love to help customers that are handicapped. They're strict on people wearing masks. I feel safe shopping there

Great store. Good selection of USDA Organic and Non-gmo foods. High quality produce and meats. The store is clean. The employees are kind of dim, they sometimes don't ask you paper or plastic, Which is inconsiderate to the environment when you want paper because plastics default and they sometimes already start bagging before you tell them.

I really enjoy this store and the selection they have. Unfortunately, I have tried the self check out system and I haven't experienced it working properly. In my experience, a clerk had to assist with the check out, which, in my mind, defeats the purpose. The last encounter I had, the staff had to take my items to a nearby checkout lane. Which was fine, but I got the feeling from the comments the staff was making that they were highly inconvenienced and I felt uncomfortable with the comments they made about how I decided to bag my own groceries which they had to redo. I was trying to fit everything in one bag as to cut down on waste, but it seems that was displeasing to the staff. Unenjoyable experience, and I've since moved on to other retailers but it's unfortunate because it's such a clean store and it's right down the street.

I love that their staff is always very helpful and very friendly, their hours are a blessing! Specially when you work long days and can’t find anything open late. I go there at least twice a week and with all their recent improvements I find it easier and better to find what im looking for. I enjoy making my own drinks so I’m very glad that their variety on alcohol, wines and spirits it’s reasonably large and their prices are very affordable! I also enjoy cooking and BBQing so it’s great that their meats and fish are always fresh. Their deli section has also gotten an upgrade and I’m extremely happy with that! Makes it easier to eat healthier when you are on a rush! I’ve been a customer for a long time and I don’t see my self going anywhere else anytime soon!

I love the new savemart...it was difficult finding everything after the remodel, but it's beautiful! Is neat, organized, clean, and they always have what im looking for. The employees are so nice it's ridiculous. They'll stop whatever they're doing at any moment if you've asked them for help. They won't just tell you where to get what you need, they will walk you there and show you exactly where the item you need is. And be polite about it (even if they're busy).I love the fresh food in the deli, the tasty and amazing cakes, the specials they have in the meat/seafood department, and i especially love the variety of flowers they have up front. GOOD JOB SAVEMART! YOULL ALWAYS BE MY NUMBER ONE GO-TO STORE FOR GROCERIES!

Some things are on sale but it never fails the staff is so rude. When I complained to the manager she sided with the employee for her wrongful behavior. I wouldn't be surprised if Wal-Mart puts them out of business like they did to their Dinuba location.

So sweet store, save Mart know why??? Near farm trees. When driving through trees, I am surprised that there is a city. So I enter save mart. So sweet save mat as reason there is very good clean and organized aisles. Very hard working established organized workers at save Mart.

Love the Reedley Save Mart.They have more items in stock on shelves than my hometown Save Mart.I know that's not each stores fault, but considering maybe who's placing orders at each location, 🤷‍♀️.But there was another SM that Closed that was only 5 miles away from my local store and you'd think more people are shopping SM at my home store. 🤷‍♀️
