I really like this Rite Aid. The employees are nice, and the pharmacy is TONS better than walgreens, or cvs. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, because a couple times they told me my prescription was ready, but it was not. Not a BIG deal, but still, if it isn't ready, why did I get told it was? Anyway, I still go there because I'm NOT an entitled spoiled person like some seem to be. Giving 1 star because of minor issues, and sounding like you should be treated better than everyone else is just sad and pathetic. If you don't like the pharmacists, then become one yourself, and YOU put up with nagging people!! Simple as that. Their job isn't an easy cakewalk at times, stop being a selfish child, and be more understanding! Sheesh...

I had to pick up my sons medication of course. Needless to say after getting a bunch of running around and this lady tried to talk to me all rude for no reason. And then she tried to refuse to give me back my insurance card. I literally had to snatch it from her. Wouldn't recommend I would reached go to CVS!

This Rite Aid is a MUCH better store than the CVS on the other side of town. Better product selection, better and friendlier service people, better-run pharmacy. Just better in every way.

I was so disappointed in how the older male Pharmacist handled my son with his covid19 test. He was rude and acted as if we were imposing on his time. My son has a lot of anxiety when it comes to sticking things up his nose. And when the Pharmacist kept rolling his eyes and slapping the medal desk thing at the drive thru only added to my sons anxiety. I think this person really disrespected us in a time of need. Maybe he needs to go take a class on handling the public in a better and professional manor.

The people at the pharmacy are borderline incompetent. I have all my insurance info in my phone and the rude girl gave me a ton of attitude about it. It's 2021 if you can't adapt get a different job. My doctor sent my script in in the morning and it is now the night time. I can't believe it takes this long to put some pills in a bottle. I hope this industry is the first to be automated.

Normally I don't have a problem shopping at this location, most employees are very nice and helpful, but this is the second time that the employee Luis has been disrespectful and lazy when it comes to helping me with my Amazon package. He picked up about 4 packages before telling me that mine was not there, I told him that there would not be a pick up code if my package was not delivered, he states it's not there (without looking) I then tell him that i do not seem to have this problem when another employee is working and he just says "yeah but it's not here" I then asked him to look again, he argued it wasnt there and looks down to find my package. He is very lazy and rude, not apologetic for the inconvenience or anything.

And to top it off the pharmacist is even a joke, she’s rude and needs to learn how to better communicate with ppl... they will tell you that your prescription is ready then when u drive down there to pick it up there is always some reason they fail to mention why it’s not ready!! They just waste your time and expect for u to be okay that u drove all the way there for a prescription that is not ready, they need to have a better system on how they do business cause there workers never wanna do there jobs the right way. There CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!! I have gladly switched pharmacies.

Why are they so rude and invasive?! There is ALWAYS an issue with filling prescriptions and cashiers tend to talk about products being purchased as if it's their business. They need to be reminded about HIPPA laws and practice protecting privacy, and not gossip about medication or supplements they are scanning. Don't waste your time here and go somewhere else.

When I walked in there was already helping someone but taking a while. I didn't mind waiting and looked around when a young lady with her family started ordering. This young lady had a dog but was very far from ice cream and the dog was very calm. Then the cashier asked them to leave the dog outside which was understandable but then the cashier started making unprofessional comments like, how she disliked dogs and why would the young lady have the dog. The dad had taken the dog to the car but the young lady and her sibling were still there. The young lady looked very embarrassed. Then she took these comments farther and started gagging and making faces as she would vomit. Then she started making comments about cats and how she dislikes them more. I wanted to leave but due to the rain outside, I chose to check out with this cashier who was still checking the first customer. I forced myself to be pleasant to her and left.

During this COVID time they have a lady working behind the pharmacy counter that never wears a mask. She comes in contact with people on medications, possibly immunocompromised, and doesn't wear a mask. Bad policy Rite Aid.Also, they are always sooooooo slow, even if there is no line etc.

I love my local Rite Aid store! Its neat, clean and organized. Always friendly customer service and I love being a Rewards Member. Always low prices and great deals! Still true:)

I always enjoy shopping at Rite Aid, it's a little out of my way,but always worth it to find exactly what I want and at a great price and sometimes on sale or with my bonus points, so I always get a good deal

I have been calling the pharmacy for 4 days, i can't find my prescription number and need a refill..I guess I'll have to go into the store and see why they do not answer their phone. It's a constant circle of the phone ringing and the recording. for 4 days! No customer service. no human being, just phone ringing, recording, phone ringing recording.. perpetual hell.

They don't deserve 1 star. The worst pharmacy in Reedley. And pray you don't get Katie she is rude and unprofessional. If you can't handle a fustrated mother who has to wait 7 hours to get her son's prescription, you shouldn't be working the counter!

Why is it that rite aid has been refusing to fill my mother's much needed medicine? Sense when does a pharmacist have the right to refuse a customer a medication that they have been taken for years because they decided "she didn't need them"? This is unexceptable and I won't tolerate it anymore. I want answers.

These pharmacists should learn to just do their job. No one wants to deal with rude people and horrible attitudes when they are sick and have a ton of other problems. And newsflash, pharmacists, some people have chronic pain and need pain medication. Not everyone is looking to abuse pain meds. SOME PEOPLE NEED THEM!

so...my child was prescribed acetaminophen by her doctor. 2tsp per 4 hours. this is what it says on her prescription bottle.MY CHILD IS 25LBS!that is 320mg/10mL that was ment to be taken 6 times per day, or every 4 hours (shouldn't take more than 5)this is about twice the amount she should have for 1 dose. when I called the pharmacist, she was aware of this and chose to allow it because we were only given 2 days worth of medicine.also, she said 'the dr wrote this on the prescription.' a pharmacist JOB and EXPERTISE is to catch these mistakes and check with the doctor. I am pretty upset at this mistake because it was seen as not a big deal. I will also be contacting the doctor who prescribed the medication. I feel the pharmacist is not doing their job. these mistakes can be fatal. please pay attention to your child's prescription and know what they are supposed to have. it seems we cannot trust experts to do their jobs.

You should be careful when you get your medicine. If I could I will give non star.I picked up my dughter medicine and it was an ear drops and in the label they write down to use 3 drops in the affected eyes.Thank God I noticed it. I imagine if I had aplied on the eyes. In the drops bottle it says very clear not to use on the eyes.They should be more careful and to play around with anyone health.

Honestly, the pharmacists are so rude. I would not recommend using this pharmacy, awful survice by far. And this is coming from someone with 10/10 patience for anything. I’d recommend using the pharmacy in downtown Reedley 100%Also the cashiers are so slow, sometimes you don’t even see them there, I’m surprised the store hasn’t even been robbed.

They told me my insurance wasn't working for a hour then finally was told it was a computer glitch and that my prescription would be covered after 15 minutes of trying to explain my insurance was current.....
