In Dinuba, they were great but something changed when they moved to Reedley. The Dinuba shop was perfect. Always friendly and did a perfect job. That’s what I came to expect. Coco was always happy to go and full of excitement to be there. Then when they moved to Reedley, the friendliness declined, they didn’t take good notes on how I wanted her groomed. I have decided to look for another groomer. I just wish they hadn’t moved. Not sure what changed. Oh well.

They do an amazing job. I just can't afford it very often. Instead of every 6 weeks, Stanley gets groomed about 2 time a year.

The staff was deliberatly deceptive with the rates they quoted. None of the documents in the registration packet we received had a different rate. We asked lots of questions and staff knew our dogs were staying over night for 5 consecutive days. The rate was quoted both verbally and in writing. Yet, when we picked up the dogs on the fifth day, was the first time they mention an overnight stay is twice as much. That was very unexpected. For as much as they charged, they could have at least brushed their fur, but no, they both smelled and had lots of shedding.Needless to say, we will not be returning. We do not appreciate deception. If I could leave a zero star, I would've.

I've taken my dog there for her nails and 3 times out of 4 they have cut them to short making her bleed and the lady at the front told me that it doesn't hurt when they cut the nerves she straight out lied to my face.....never again will I go there!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!!

I have a chihuahua and it was her first time getting groomed. She was so scared but they made her feel so comfortable.The staff was so friendly and amazing.

Boarded my two pitbulls (3 yrs & 6 months) for 5 days and everyone was so helpful and nice! They loved having my sweet babies. No breed discrimination here ❤️

The first time I went it was around $80 for my long haired dog w an undercoat to get groomed, a haircut, etc. The second time for the exact same thing it was around $110, and that time they didn't even detangle her tail, left a huge shaving line down her back, and only shaped one ear.I guess it's a hit or miss for price and quality.Very kind staff, my dog didn't get overly stressed from going here.

Terrible customer service and very unprofessional management if I could I would give a zero star rating I would. Tried to solve a minor issue and instead of trying to solve the issue with me they just turned me away with no notice. Very disappointed in the customer service

I am so thankful that we have such an amazing place here in town. Pet Haven is nice and clean. The staff is polite and really care about pets. I also appreciate the text reminders about upcoming appointments.

So far I have been satisfied with taking my dog here! It’s about $54 to get my pitbull bathed & teeth brushed! 10/10 recommend

I put my dog in boarding for the weekend while my family and I went out of town and the staff told me they would send pictures of him upon request which I was glad to hear because he is part of our family and we want to know if he's okay. They gave us a number to message when we wanted the pictures so I messaged the number and it didnt work because it was a landline number. My family called the place and they gave us a different number to message. We told the woman on the phone if she could send us pictures that day and she said tomorrow until we persisted and we finally got 2 pictures of my dog looking sad, one of them in the corner with his tail tucked between his legs. When we picked him up he was wet and the woman at the desk told us the manager is the one who deals with sending pictures so if its true then the staff was nice but the manager doesnt care enough to do what their business promises.

They board and groom my dog. This is one if the very few places he tugs on his leash in a hurry to go inside. He loves coming here.

I did a walk in for my very scared, high anxiety fur-baby to get her nails clipped....I was greeted with a very friendly Hello and asked about what my fur-baby needed and within a few minutes my fur-baby was taken back waited about 5 minutes and she was back wiggling her tail and as happy as can be ....we had a great visit 😊The price was very reasonable,customer service was fantastic...we will absolutely recommend and will use their services again 😀 👍 🐕💜

Horrible service!!! Do NOT take your pet here. They kept my pet over night without calling me. He was mortified and so scared during pickup.To top it off, the gal took zero accountability which is what upset me the most.
