This store was a mess, dirty, and unorganized. The staff was rude. The gentleman who helped me seemed to be high as a kite. They didn’t have what a was looking for! Went to Dinuba Ace, WOW just WOW! Night and day service!

I been there 5 or 7 times i never had a problem and employees are really helpful they also fix my lawnmower when i went other day i couldnt find weedeater filter,spark plug,string one of employees really help me out to find what i been looking thanks to ACE HARDWARE

They have 2 cats here!!!! Yes real cats. Friendly people friendly staff. Quite clean. But not much of selection in some areas. They have cats!!! I'm gonna give an excuse to buy something here just to pet the cats.

My friend's package was sent to their UPS pickup location and I got the Proof of Delivery for it. When we went to pick it up they said they didn't have it. UPS was also told the manager said they didn't have it. My friend went back and asked another employee which handed him his package after another employee told him not to in front of him, I'm not sure if this was the manager. I don't know why they lied about not having it, weird and they made the entire process difficult for no reason! ☹️

Friendly service. Disappointed in garden section. Plants were dying and hadn't been watered or taken care. Lots of potential in that area since it's in front of store.

Salesman hooked me up with a very convenient way to modify an existing swamp cooler that is insanely pushing double the cold air then it ever had....And they put my new watch battery in my watch for me....nice

Great service! Amazing staff and wonderful selection of great quality gear and supplies. Very rarely have I not found what I was looking for. Only thing I would note, there is 2 cats who are complete dolls and won't bother you, but if your allergic to cats it is best to not stay for longer than 30 min. At least that's when a friend started to feel off. Other than that it is the best place for all your hardware needs.

In general I enjoy Ace stores, this is one of the better ones in the area. While they don’t have the largest selection it is adequate, keep in mind that Reedley isn’t a huge town and you’ll get why there aren’t ten different brands of every item once you notice the relative slow foot traffic outside. However they do keep all of the essentials in stock so you won’t leave empty handed and it’s the perfect place to make a run for some of those parts you forgot before starting work on your project. They also keep a good rotation of seasonal items so there’s plenty to browse through. This location gets bonus points for its staff though! They’re helpful and attentive but also know when to leave you alone and let you shop!

Ace has a wide variety of all the things I need to maintain my house, feed the birds and decorate for the holidays. The staff is very helpful and polite. Their two in-store cats add a special touch to the shopping experience! Great store!

This Ace is huge. It has a lot of selection and unique items. For example it carries Fishing gear and even bait. Only issue with the bait is... it's all dead! Clerk say they have no control over the bait since it's third party but it's not good business. Every single container of worms was bad, worms had mold on them like they have been dead for weeks. The vendor is DMF Bait Co. I suggest there is more attention to bait because it is a focal point to this Ace. It draws people from neighboring towns for fishing bait and gear. I'll be back and hopefully it's a better situation

This Reedley store is clean and organized. The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because there wasn't an employee on the floor to help me find what I needed, AND they didn't let my kids use the bathroom. Other than that, no complaints ;)

Most definitely, this Ace is the Place. Found exactly what I needed, was assisted by someone who obviously knew what I needed for my project, and then I proceeded to come home and completed my job. I'll be coming back to this place, because I think they have what I really need.And the people are interested and friendly. They make one feel appreciated for shopping with them.

Anytime I have ever come here the staff is so helpful whether it be to get paint, paint brushes, getting new batteries for our car keys. Martin helped us get our car key battery fixed and went above and beyond to not only put in the new battery but to make sure it was working after he did so. Super appreciate and love coming to Golden Valley Ace Hardware Store!

I like cats but I did catch one of the store cats taking a pee on some bags of bird seed. So whoever picks up that bag next is going to have a bad time.. Maybe just get more litter boxes for the store kitties? I was too embarrassed to tell the staff after they told me they were the bosses cats. Otherwise a really nice store, good customer service, and really cute cats who apparently hate birds.

The employees are friendly as you walk in the store they greet you with a smile. If there's something you are looking for there nore then happy to lead a helping hand. Just ask the staff if you can't find something they will help you find whatever is that you can't find, they know where everything is located. They are there to make you have a pleasant shopping experience. I would go back to Golden Valley Ace Hardware and highly recommend to family and friends.

A great place to find what you need for projects around the house. They have a decent size selection of power tools and paints. They had bikes out last time I was here picking up some screws for a small project, and even if they don't have what you need in stock they will check one of Ace Hardwares warehouses and order the item for you
