Impatient and in a rush to get me off the phone. Had a simple question about a prescription & I have rarely had to deal with pharmacies. Every question I asked, I just got an attitude like I was stupid or asking something I shouldn't. Told them I couldn't get my prescription asap bc Kaiser is closed today, & tells me to call kaiser to have the prescription transferred. I've already called & confirmed they were closed prior to calling CVS, but if I was REALLY stupid, I'd be confused. In the past, pharmacies have called my provider and confirmed the prescription for me, & I don't know how to get a hold of kaiser when they are closed (although, I believe the pharmacy could, as I had a digital visit with someone through kaiser, so there is people there).
