I have dealt with this woman 3+ years. I’m stuck at home with a child care of 8 kids, so this should have been a huge blessing. I’ve asked dozens of times to please put me on your schedule for every 8 weeks. Never happened! I cannot count how many times she’s canceled and re-scheduled AFTER weeks of trying to get her to message or call me back! Then wait weeks for an appointment. My dog has been miserable. Hair grown out and nails curling under. I originally referred her to two people who dismissed her instantly because of the run around they got. I’ll find something else that works for us!!! Do NOT recommend.

This place has been the best when it comes to my babygirl Ramona. We have been searching for about a year trying to find the best groomers for my baby. We used to go to Pet Smart and PetCo, Ramona was just not happy. We needed someone who understands her and her needs.I have not had an issue getting an appointment gettin her in when I need too. Staff has been very friendly and kind. If their is an issue I get a call and we discuss what should be done. They are very caring when it comes to my Angel. I know that I can leave her and she is being loved and care for and groomed. Thank you to every one at Paws Down Perfection Grooming for all you have done for our family babygirl you treat Ramona like family. THANK YOU!!!!!
