Absolutely astounded. 120 Doberman I dog sit is NOT a fan of water. Staff gave me all the time in the world. I waited for him to calm down. About 30 minutes in, one of the staff, Sophia, came in and helped calm him down and he was all washed up just ten minutes later with no fuss. Great place.

This is for the dashers and instacarters that needs to learn how to park. Taking up 2 or more spots is ridiculous.Some of us customers has to bring our dogs in for baths.

I love this place. Not only do they have a huge selection, the staff is so helpful and accommodating I can't even begin to tell you. I've gone through hell this last 6 months with losing my job and I have really picky cats, the staff jumped through hoops to if the cats didn't like it they exchanged it with no questions asked. It might be a little pricey but for me even without work it's completely worth it! And they only carry the only toy that's catnip that my cats go bonkers for!

I go to dog training classes here and they are super accommodating. When I buy things, the staff is super nice and asks to give my dog treats.

When I entered the store, Scarlet asked if I needed any help right away and she helped show me what I needed and I got the things she recommended for my puppy like dog food, toys and snacks. My puppy is super happy with what he got. The customer service Scarlet provided was great! She was really genuine. I’ll be coming here again for the great service and verity of pet needs in such a clean and organized store!

I love this store location and the staff. They are beyond thoughtful! I had picked out some treats for my kitties. And they were out of stock. So they reimbursed me for the treats they did not have, and included a free bag of treats that were similar. They loved them! It was amazing customer service.Thank you Pet Food Express for taking care of me and my kitties.

We go there for the dog washing facility, which is excellent, and convenient. It costs $18, all inclusive - aprons, shampoo, blow dryer, as many towels as you need, even treats! Each tub has two short anchored leashes, and they loan you a plastic collar so you can keep Fido secure and the regular collar off and dry. Elevated tubs provide easy access to your pooch without having to bend down.

Love the staff, place is really clean and it's right next to the post office, hardware atore and art store. Just wished they had a better selection of dog toys, there's not much for bigger dogs generally speaking

Staff here are incredibly nice. They greet you as soon as you walk in. They ask if they can help. They thank you for waiting in line and they smile and chat while I'm paying. It feels good to shop here. Staff seems happy and that makes me happy, which is good during these times. Thank you!

I never write reviews but these guys rock for delivery. Just had the driver unable to find my house, and the store manager called to redeliver and make sure I got my dog food by end of day. Great customer service, I’d highly recommend

Very enjoyable pet store. Dogs enjoyed visit... Had free doggie food samples at door. Found the dog toys we were looking for. Friendly staff alerted us to sale on toys, so we were able to take advantage of that.

This place has great customer service. They are always friendly and you can return almost anything if you're not satisfied. They're a little more pricey, but the service is so nice that I am a dedicated customer. They also have a good place to wash your dog.

Love taking my big fluffy Bernese Mountain Dog, Mowgli, here for a bath. Service and staff are excellent. Water pressure could be better, but not a huge deal. Place is very clean as well.

Large open and well stocked pet supplies location - easy to park and shop! VIP vaccine clinics weekly are also very organized and well run, with great customer service and support from the staff.

My favorite Pet Food Express in area. Terrific staff. Friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to help. Example: One of the staff fitted my old dog’s pick me up harness to her, even though it was not purchased there. Pet Food Express does so much for dogs, like sponsoring the annual Fall pet adoption fair where over 1,500 pets are adopted over weekend. Although I occasionally buy Chewy or Amazon, I do most of my dog shopping here or at the other RWC location. They also have self serve pet wash and you can save via there 3 for 4 deals: buy four but only pay for three.

Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They really go out of their way to educate customers on pet nutrition and make sure you get the best for your cat or dog. They genuinely care about your pet's health. Corporate places like Petco and Pet Food Express don't invest in their employees, only care about their sales numbers and sell mostly unhealthy garbage food full of grain and unknnown animal byproducts.

My favorite pet store. Love the self service pet washing stations. They also sell high quality and safe food and pet supplies. And the service cannot be beat...always friendly and genuinely caring.
