I'm only giving them 3 stars because of the new gal that just started two days ago! She was very sweet and very happy to help! Usually people aren't very nice and they don't know much about anything! They are way too expensive for a small town,not everyone has a lot of money nor can they get to Eureka where things are half the price!

I give them 2 stars because they are stocked quite good.. Although I am not yet very into the matter I found it to be very expensive. Also either I couldn't understand their labels or they don't have prices on them at all.. I went in my car with a purchase which seemed quite expensive.. So I checked online and I found the same items 4 times, that's 400% cheaper.. So I went right away to return them and I was told all purchases are final. Has to argue quite a bit that I haven't even left the shop yet and I have paid like exactly 2 minutes ago. At last they refunded quite reluctantly. Though the labels, prices and no refund policy are connected. Won't go back. Better go to Eureka.

Awesome place. I got my baby ducks their today. My first time in. Great service with a friendly smile. They have a little bit of everything. They even have pets. Fish mice hamsters rats pet food aquariums pond supplies garden supplies at a decent price

Only place anywhere close to alderpoint with hay. They take full advantage. Some of the worst hay I’ve ever seen including a few weeks ago lost of it was moldy. Still charge insane prices and gouge the hellOut of the poor people here who don’t grow. Working on a trailer so I can get bulk elsewhere. To boot the are absolute crazy about the stupid mask. I hope they go under

Purchased a Lincoln Grease Gun. I trust the brand. Got it home, put the grease canister in and bled out the air. Attached it to the zerk fitting. Grease came out all over the place except in the zerk. Finally it popped off the zerk and started spewing plastic bits. The chuck that holds the zerk is plastic. This is a toy, not a tool. Cleaned it up. Took it back w/proof of purchase. Return denied...no box. A very cheap lesson to be sure. I vote with my feet.

If I could post a half a star I would. Marsha is the best worker there. I get a lot of fish from her. Apparently they have no manager and when you ask for owner you get nothing. I spend a lot of money there. But won't go back until it's properly managed

I have never had a good experience with redway feed! I'm writing this review because of an order that I put in two weeks ago there was supposed to be in within days of me putting it in. After a week of waiting I sent my wife up because they said that my order had come in, when she arrived they said that they made a mistake and that it would be a whole nother week before my order came in. It's been over another week and I called them this morning to ask if my order had come in, they said that it had and I gave them all the details to make sure that it was the right material that I had asked for, they confirmed. So I sent my wife up again to grab it and when I got there it was the wrong material completely. Their response was that they can put in the order for the right material but it would be a whole nother month that I would have to wait to be able to get it in!!! Absolutely ludicrous and insulting to have this happen to me when I'm trying to run a business and keep my small farm going!!!! I'm never going here again and anybody who asks I'm going to let them know how horrible of an experience I've had with these people, completely insulted!!!!

I'm a teacher. I came in to get a few packets of seeds for my class. They had recently cleared their seed shelves, but got the bags out, dug through them to find what I needed, and gave me more. Very kind, helpful, and respectful!
