Left my doodle for grooming. They asked what length they wanted and they went the shortest all around except her ears. She has multiple bald spots like the one by her eye (gladly she wasnt hurt), and went for zero on her belly. Very disappointed, unless you want your dog to be quickly fully shaved with no attention, I would take my dog elsewhere.

I HAVE A LARGE ALASKAN MALAMUTE, ZIKO. HE IS A RESCUE, HE IS 7 YEARS OLD, 165lbs AND DOESN'T TAKE TO GROOMING WELL. JUSTIN IS HIS GROOMER AT THIS LOCATION. HE IS PATIENT WITH MY BABY WHO CAN BE DIFFICULT AT TIMES, THE OTHER GROOMERS THERE ARE OK, BUT JUSTIN IS WONDERFUL !!! I MAY HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT, BUT SMALL PRICE TO PAY FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR MY BABY

They had what I was looking for in stock and employees where pretty good in helping locating my item. I probably will not go to this location but will go to one near my house. ( near my house was out of stock )

Petco is okay. They carry the standard foods and products. They are a little more expensive than some other stores especially if you can find some of the same products at Costco. ( Kitty litter, flea medicine to name a few)

I own cats & have owned dogs. This is the first place I always shop, and it never disappoints. I have purchased cat/dog toys, pet beds, bowls, pet food, combs and brushes from this location. It's well stocked and the employees have been very helpful.

You guys are not very good at keeping employees are you? I mean I keep seeing you guys hiring but honestly you guys need a better way when it comes to the hiring process. And I honestly I wouldnt have mind working with you guys if wasnt for the fact you do not trust in someone like me who can actually do the job.

This place is not managed right. Most of the time, stuff that they normally have in stock is not available for a few days so my pet tarantula has to go without or I go to another pet store that has crickets and cricket food.

The person that helped me. I believe she said her name was Cortney, was AMAZING. She answered all my questions and then some and guided me to great items my daughter and I could buy for our new puppy. She was so helpful,and thoughtful. We felt very taken care of and heard.

The groomer provided the absolute worst haircut of my dog’s life. I would give a zero star if I could. The groomer should be fired. He shaved her face after I told him NOT to cut the fur on her face. He left blotches of uneven fur with random bald spots.

I ha ve had a problem with one of my aquariums for quite awhile. The cashier person recommended a product to use and told me he uses it himself and this product would work in clearing up my tank. I went home and tried it, and it was the best solution to my problem I have ever had. I am really grateful that he took the time to both recommend and explain how it works in his tanks.

This is such a convenient location, I loved stopping here quickly for essentials, driving through the area. The parking is huuuge, this is in a shopping plaza with several other retailers around, so very time saving. The people are always sweet, they have everything you can think of, this was for a long time my go-to when I was in the area. I love it!

I realized I didn't have enough money to pay for what I had and I was splitting it between cash and credit card. Unfortunately when I asked them to void one of the items the register froze because it was a split payment and they would have had to close down the register and start all over and it was at almost at closing. This should not happen. There should be a way to void an order or delete 1 item even if there's more than one payment type. Very unimpressed. Petco needs to update their cashiering system. Also unhappy about the fact that they're carrying very little of the cat food I need. All the stores should be carrying all the items even if they're in smaller quantities. I am tired of having to drive 20 minutes away from my home when my local Petco is 4 minutes away but they don't carry the items I need and apparently Petco does not allow a system for special ordering customer requests and keeping the items stocked in the store. Good way to lose a customer.

We came here for some supplies, store seemed very outdated and kind of run down . We did our exchange and the girl in a red shirt latina was probably not having the best day ever. She was rude to the customer before us and when she got to us she was annoyed we did a return . I hope she wasn’t a manager because if she was kind of sad because all this time her customer service SUCKED. No one was walking to see if we needed any help, no one was nice in other words . Parking was a bit challenging but manage to find a spot .

The living conditions of the reptiles is horrible. And of course the employees have no clue what they are talking about and are only there to sell higher priced items. The pamphlets are also spread misinformation and encourage you to buy higher priced items.If you can want a reptile, go to Animal Lovers! They are knowledgeable and are happy to take care of reptiles and birds :)
