I've been a customer of Centinela Feed since I moved to the South Bay in 2015. As a senior, I appreciate the great sales prices and variety.But I have to say that I will no longer be a customer of your Redondo Beach location.Why? Because almost every time I go to pick up an online order in that location, a woman (sometimes the manager) treat you like a thief.This evening, around 5pm I went to pick up one item. The manager (woman with long dark hair) went to get my order. I pulled out my ID. When she returned she said, "Now I need the last 4 digits of your credit card."I did not have the credit card but logged on to your website using my phone and looked at my order, then gave her the last 4 digits.Then she said, 'Now I need to see the credit card." I informed her that it is a virtual card that I use specifically for your store and that I do not have a physical card.She then stated that I needed to show the actual card. I again told her virtual means not physical. She eventually gave me my order and said next time I needed to show the card. There won't be a next time.(When purchasing with a debit card or credit card, you need not show anything).Is it your intention to make customers feel like thieves? I said this to her. That is exactly how I felt trying to pick up one item that I ordered.-Show order number-Show your id-Show last 4 of credit card-Show credit cardWhen leaving, she said in a condescending way, "Have a nice day."As black people, we frequent places where we're not profiled and also treated with respect like everyone else. This Redondo Beach location profiles and does not treat you with respect. (Although when a male is working behind the counter, they have customer service in mind and treat me with respect.)I will not be going back to this location ever again.(PS Torrance location is the exact opposite and treat their customers well).

Great go to place for my dog food. Small store and limited on treats. They just did a remodel and I do like the new vibe. Dry dog food prices went up considerably. I will shop around to save money. Thanks Centinela.

I came into Centinella feed today mistakingly thinking I placed an order here when I actually placed it at another store. I was greeted by Yvette who patiently looked for my order and after looking at my email on my phone realized I was at the wrong store. Her patience and kindness will not be forgotten and it will be the first place I shop in the future for pet related items. Thank you Yvette for an embarrassing experience which you made a positive one. Job well done!

Always genuine, great staff attitudes, with full product knowledge and if they can't truly answer your question they are not afraid to involve other staff so you always leave satisfied. Their email notification sales ads occur multiple times a week, are a very reasonable pg or 2 and really save $.

Fantastic customer service.My animal requires food that is only sold here after our local Health Food market doesn't have what she was eating. Since the change, any flavor that wasn't satisfactory by said pet could be swapped out.Small Batch Frozen foods. Easy to thaw and use.

Best experience and customer service we have had in a pet store! We drove from Texas with two pitbulls the sales associates were professional and understanding. Kaitlyn was very helpful and knowledgeable about suggesting products for our road trip back home.

They stole $12.01 from me. Went to buy a bag of bird seed. Asked a question about their courtesy card. Couldn't answer that question. Put my debit card in and it asked a signature. I asked why it was treating like a cc trans. and not a db trans? She couldn't answer that question. Left the store without the merchandise and receipt. When I got home, I found that the transaction had been already been debited from my account. I called the store and they refused to cxl the transaction and even said I needed to bring the items back that never left the store. I asked to speak to a manager. She said they couldn't do anything till Monday. So I called my bank and the sale went through with no cancellation. I asked my bank if they could've cancelled the purchase when I called them. The bank.said yes they could. I know have the sale disputed with my bank. Whether the pet store will cancel the sale is yet to be known.

Used to love them .members enjoyed.20percent off$50 purchase ..went to $60 now $70No monetary reason to shop thereI can find discounts at chewies...Target ..that are better. they dont have wet food at case price..in order to use the 40percent off coupon..individual can only.Dry food gets discount but I need wet.And chewys delivers.....

They took away the 5 dollar gift cards they would hand out after purchasing $75 or more. They claim their stores have replaced those gift cards for in store discounted offers. Liars! I've never benefited from those "discounts" I am going elsewhere

Update your hours on Google. Watching 2 workers bring in outdoor displays and lock the doors as I pull up at 6:19 pm on a Sunday. Another customer pulled up shortly after me and we were both confused as to why doors were closed.

Helpful staff. Great leash products, especially the vest harness. Large feed variety. A lack of choice on other items and no high quality pet bowls and accessories, etc - no material grades nor ratings on e.g. no certainty of food safe grade materials.

I used to spend about $300 a month on pet food for my work. Now I avoid because they carry such limited items and rarely have stock of what I need. When I asked why they quit carrying so much stuff, they said they are cutting back on slow moving items. Ok, but now I will elsewhere to spend our $300-400 a month. See ya...
