Called yesterday to ask about vaccinations. The person who answered the phone asked how they could help me. I stated I was looking to get my pet vaccinated they said, "I'm sorry, how can I help you?" After repeating my question they said they have a clinic on Saturday. I asked if they could see my pet privately during the week(my pet is fussy) and they hung up.I would never trust my pet to an organization that doesn't treat people well. It only goes down hill from there folks

Very upset that on my follow up visit for my Ruby I was 12 min late and they would not see us. I drove 40 min in traffic when normally it takes me 25 min to get there. I do not like to be late but I did no know an accident would make me late. I will not bring any of my pets or recommend this location. I also plan on canceling my vital care membership.

The doctor at this location would not give a booster shot because it was a day late. Several other locations said it was ok to be even a few days late. When asked for policy from vetco she printed out her policy and a "recommendation" from vanguard. When i booked the appointment, the location i called they were aware about the 1 day late and said it wouldnt be a problem, But it was to my surprise. I personally think its about an opportunity to make more money and has nothing to do with my buddies health.

It's total worth the monthly investment. You get 5$ back every month plus 25% off any item in store. Look at it as a partnership. You invest in Petco, and they reward you with discount for being a member. If you love your pet and are general buying goodies for them... SIGN UP. It is a one year commitment but it's worth it...

I made an appointment for my baby to get her vaccines updated and not only was I shocked that the staff were super sweet but the prices were not bad at all! Thank you to everyone in the vet team that took care of my baby girl Jenny! 💖 Glad to know I found a nice vet place cause it’s scary finding new vet care places when you move to a totally new location. 🙏

Got a good impression at first visit. Vet and vet tech and front desk all were pleasant, patient, and knowledgable. When test results from a cyst said possible cancer, I agreed immediately to authorize cyst removal. But the first available surgical date was two months away, and with a possibly aggressive cancer, why wait two months? Two years ago my beloved 5-yr old golden retriever died if lymphoma, 2 months after we found the lump.Communications with Vetco Redlands are not ideal. I had an upcoming appointment with the same vet for a second dog a week away, so I hoped to get my concerns aired then, but Vetco Redlands cancelled that appt and the next open appointment is another two weeks further out.The online scheduling system seems helpful but I got texted to confirm the appointment Vetco cancelled. I get phone calls after using text confirmation and texts after using phone confirmation.Overall assessment, good people in a bad system. I am looking for alternatives.

Unfortunately my cat, my baby Smudge, passed away suddenly at only seven years old. I took him here because it was the closest place to home. The receptionist was very kind and compassionate. I had never been here before and she got all my info, and the cost was very reasonable for community cremation (I don't get remains back). But I am getting a personalized paw print back. RIP Smudgey. ❤️❤️😢Thank you kindly Thrive.

Things didn't start out so good. I was always being left in a room while they saw people that came in after I did. I was there for 2 1/2 hrs one time. But, because of Vetco Premier I can see the vet & it costs nothing & I am a Targeted Individual & being made to wait is a big part of the battle plan against me. And it doesn't matter which place I'm at.So, I no longer sit in the room & wait. I take a walk, sit in my truck, & go shopping. They've been awesome though because they track me down when their ready & I come back. And it costs nothing but time. Sometimes.She had a surgery that cost over $1,000 & that was cheaper than the other quotes I got.Overall, Vetco has been worth the time and Vetco Premier has been worth every dime. I'm going to keep using it.

Excellent service was given to our pet. We love our Vet Dr Abigail and her staff, they are knowledgeable and loving, we recommend them to anyone who is concerned about their pets health. My Molly suffers from anxiety and she loves her visits and everyone who works here!!

Had horrible customer service. I booked an appointment for my dog to have his renewal rabies vaccine just called to ask a few questions at the Redlands Petco (vetco). The guy that answered wouldn't let me speak. He was so annoyed that he just gave me a 1877 number to call and didn't even look up my info. Then I called the 1877 they said they are 2 separate things mobile and store. Wouldn't confirm which one was which or my appointment. How is one suppose to pay you over 100 dollars for something your not looking for. I ended up going with a regular vet that did our vaccine the next day and only 28 dollars. I hope your team can learn to be patient and polite to their customers.

I took my dog to Vetco and had a positive experience. I went in as a walk in and I was able to get my pets needs met the same day. The only reason I rated a 4 out of 5 stars is because it was a little pricey. All in all, you get what you pay for and that was top quality care.

I've only been there once for my cat Biscuit (tortoiseshell) for her shots and to see how old she is (6 months). They are really nice and professional Biscuit liked them as well😊😊😊. It is pricey depending on what service you want however this was the closest availability for me.

It was a great experience. My puppy was nervous since she’s attended the store for all her shots, but this was our first time actually visiting the Vetco clinic. The doctor was very kind, and I could tell she really enjoys her job.

The Doctors and nurses there were very accommodating, understanding and professional. The receptionist was also extremely kind and understanding. My dog had an accident while we were leaving and she was more than will to help clean it up. Thank you SO MUCH!

Every single time I request for refill of Simparica for my small dog they want to take blood from him (45$ extra charge for the visit) and recently asking for a “wellness visit” before that (61$ charge). Why? Per lady in front desk, this is a rule! Charge or manager never available to investigate more. It doesn’t make sense.

I truly appreciate the Dr. I believe Dr. Alley I’m sorry I truly forgot but she was the best and took her time with me and my fur baby. Jojo was the best as well she is usually in the back but she was in the front when I came in and she did a great job with us. Outstanding customer service. Lil Niner and I love it here.

This office have no respect to loyal clients!😵💫 Its insane, I scheduled my appt way in ahead and confirmed 2 times! Today when we came with my dogs for vet exam they told me - no, all appts are canceled, because they suddenly have training in the office!🤯 Why no one notified me??? I urgently needed a vet exam for my pet, and I just lost the entire day because of irresponsible office staff. ☹️

I took my dog for yearly shots. Everything went well. A little pricey.When I went back for her booster, I was surprised to have to pay another $85.00 I was under the impression that I had already pain in full. Not that big of a deal, I just wish they had explained it to me on the first visit! 😊

I took my two dogs in for dental consultations. The staff was very attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable putting the care of my animals in their hands. The only downside to the visit was the exorbitant cost proposed for their dental cleaning services.

They don't have the resources to do their best work. Seemed short staffed. Waited an hour after my appointment to be seen. During another visit, my appointment was canceled and I was forced to visit another Thrive location. Plus, they forgot to send me pet records multiple times. The vet and vet techs however, deserve some praise. They did the best they could with the resources on hand. They were also very kind. Too bad they don't have more support.

Beware of the this place if you are a young woman of color. Their vet Dean said the b word in front of me and my mother not even bothering to introduce himself when arriving in the room we waited for him in claiming aggression from me and my cat. The mysongy in itself is atrocious. I only knew his name based on the courtesy message sent before my appointment. That's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to overall rudeness of him and his staff. I only had my cat given shots here once and never again!

One of the best vet experiences my baby and I have ever had. I was shocked at how affordable their prices are (I had been afraid the $25 exam fee was just a gimmick to get people in the door and then tack on a bunch of other fees, honestly, but that's absolutely not the case). And their employees really do treat you like family, not just another customer. I really can't say enough good things about my experience here. Would give this place 10 stars if that were possible.

The staff and Dr.Peggle are awesome! They really care about your cat and make you comfortable with the payment and treatment. Big kudo to their customer service. They are easily reached out by text and phone. Very satisfied with the whole experience and my cat fully recovered from chronic diarrhea now!

I took my cat Oolong into Thrive because he has been a bit lethargic and running a fever. I chose Thrive because it’s near my home and its affordability. I didn’t have an appointment, but the entire staff there was so nice and able to take my sick boy in. The entire experience was overall wonderful and I would definitely come back for future visits. Not only was the staff there very compassionate, they did a great job at explaining what was best for my cat and they were very patient to give him the best treatment. My cat was able to go home with some medications, and I’m happy to say that he’s up eating and running around the house again. Thank you to the Thrive team, you’re much appreciated.

The service and care is amazing and very thorough but unfortunately it is very low staff and for a simple routine check up it took more than two hours just to get done. It should not take that’s long especially when you have an appointment.

My new permanent vet clinic! I absolutely love Thrive! My Beagle Belle got spayed & a dental cleaning through Thrive a week & a half ago & she has healed perfectly & fast. The vet office is clean, professional, & the staff are incredible. They are all friendly, transparent, & take every possible precaution for your pet. I was very picky about where I was going to take Belle to get spayed & I'm so glad i found/went through Thrive. They truly are affordable. I couldn't be happier, I look forward to taking our new Beagle puppy here for her future checkups & spay surgery. Thank you, Thrive!!

I've always loved Thrive and their service when I take my cat in. I've been a part of their VIP program for almost 2 years and have had no problems, love the benefits.However, my cat has a prescription diet and hasn't needed a refill for a while. He also needs his rabies shot.I called and they 1. Are booked through the end of the month 2. Don't have any doctors scheduled for the following month. How am I supposed to keep my pet healthy when they can't be reliable for appointments? I have to call back in at the end of the month and *hope* they have the schedule and that it's not all bookedConsidering cancelling the membership since it's useless if my cat can't be seen.

First time here after trying 2 other vets. At the most recent vet we were quoted almost 1k for teeth cleaning with possible extractions. Here, for teeth cleaning, 5 extractions, and special food, we were charged less than a third of that! Every single person we dealt with here was very nice and took their time to explain things to us. Melissa and Linda even signed a little message in a get well card for our Rambo😊 I look forward to bringing our other pets here as well. I know they will be treated with love and care❤️
