They did an excellent job we had 3 pups that are 4 1/2 mo old and needed a flea bath and nail trimming. It took a couple hrs since they was booked for the afternoon but they was very respectful and sweet kind gentle with our pups. They also told us how long the wait would be until the pups are ready and that they would call us. As such, a couple hours later they called us said the pups are ready for pick up and when we arrived to pick them up we was greeted very politically with smiles told the pups did very well and are well mannered for pups. We really like the way the pups turn out they are happy playful itch free pups and we do plan to come back not just for those 3 pups but also with our other dogs as well. The prices are good low and affordable and they do have different specials for the summer at low prices for all animals as well as decent prices for almost any of your furbabies needs/wants that's affordable throughout the store, they even have pup/dog training to help those that are new to being a pawparent. Thank you for the good experience and we do plan to return for more services thank you.

My son works for Petsmart so I know how they operate somewhat. The associates are knowledgeable about their animals. The store is stocked well. The store is clean and their animals are well taken care of. A very great place for your pets needs to be filled.

This is my favorite local pet store and my favorite local PetSmart. This is a large PetSmart that stocks a lot of items that my pets need in the dog and cat departments.When I purchase cat food or dog food now or during the pandemic, I can always find what I need here. They have a really good selection of cat and dog food, so if your pet is a picky eater or has health issues, you can pick up a small bag of food or a couple of cans to try out a new brand. They also have a good selection of cat and dog toys that I like to browse when I have extra time.I use the free PetSmart treats membership a lot here, because there is usually an active coupon that I can use to purchase items on nearly every visit, and the discounts don't require a large minimum purchase to use.Lastly, the employees here are very friendly and helpful. This store also has pet grooming and training services, which I've seen other customers using on nearly every visit.

This has been our main Petsmart location for 2 years. The employees are all very friendly: "Tell your fur-babies we said hi!" The cat adoption center seems to have a good turn around, as we go once a month for our cats supplies, and there are always new kittens, which hopefully means they all got adopted! They also offer, "adoption," for fishes, hamsters, guinea pigs, lizards, birds, and chinchillas! And of course, the whole right side of the store is devoted to doggos and offer dog gromming! The bathroom code is 3101. You're welcome!

This store has everything you need for fishes! We were able to get all the items we needed to start up our first fish tank. The employee that helped us was very knowledgeable too. We will back for more supplies!

This place has everything you need for all of your pets and they have it in stock, the store is clean and inviting unfortunately they lost one start because the customer service is horrible, there is no one in that store to help when you need assistance with a product location or information.

The store in Redlands is a good store. I get what I want without problem. To my surprise , their grooming service was goo, and my paw baby had no skin issues, unlike terrible experiences at Rancho Cucamonga pet smart.

Very nice store, new, super clean and we'll stocked!They have an Adoption center, Training area, grooming store in the front, also Hollistic and Natural pet food Options.Well stocked on pet beds,dishes, leashes,collars, toys food and treats for both cats and dogs.Very nice and we'll stocked area for reptiles. Beautiful fish, crickets and refrigerated fish and reptile foods!The adoption center has 2 rooms to see and play with cats before you decided to adopt.Greeted and asked if I needed assistance a few times while shopping within the store.Dogs welcome to shop with you, plenty of pet stations in the event of pet accidents.Clean restrooms! With 2 drinking fountains.Handicap parking right up front!Pet stations located outside as well!Can also rent carpet shampooers.Machine by the front door to get your pet ID tags personalized! Very convenient!Location is right off the 10 freeway ( exit Eureka Street ) with two easy access points.Overall a very well thought out and organized store. Pleasant visits everytime!

Unlike the PetsMart in San Bernardino this location customer service is Terrible! Here at the REDLANDS location the level of Customer Service that you expect from PetSmart does not exist...and I have been here several times...I absolutely enjoy, love going to PetsMart because of the attention they give to me and my pets. Sadly, this PetSmart here in Redlands has none of the PetSmart values in genuine service to its customers...The level of service to me the customer is absolutely deplorable!

I went in on Monday because my frenchie is having some allergy problems and was in extreme discomfort.I was wondering around the store like a lost puppy before I found the nearest person with a PetSmart shirt.I fortunately reached out to McKenzie who apparently works in the Grooming part of pet smart and when I asked her a few questions she helped me narrow down potential problems and recommended a solution.I ended up getting some probiotics for my Little guy and the swelling in his face and paws went down about 90% and is back running around, smiling.Thank you McKenzie for taking the time out of your day to help me make an educated decision on my little guy and getting him back to normal!!

Salon staff is nice and welcoming. I have been taking both of my dogs to get groomed here and Jennifer has been amazing with them! She is patient with both of them and is great at grooming. They both get super anxious and it took some trouble shooting to find a good schedule to avoid coming in on busy days. I am so grateful we found Jennifer. I truly appreciate her patience with both of my fur babies. I definitely recommend this location.

Avery a sales person truly very kind and caring i called before coming in and asked about red alge in our 180 gallon Salt water tank .when I arrived I ask the cashier if she was the person I spoke to she replied No she directed me to 2 isles that may have a product that might help and the next thing I knew Avery walked up to me and asked me if I was the person that has red alge she recommended a product and helped me read the label and helped me know how much I would need .I truly know for a fact she went above and abound for me . We take our dog for grooming every month and the staff is wonderful. He always comes home nice and clean. They treat him so great and he loves to go. Also the store has a good selection and usually some good deals our dog likes to pick out when we pick him up.

Love the new location! Shelves are fully stocked and animals are ready for adoption. Plenty of choices from food to the healthy products taking care of your pet. LIMITED parking and is hard to find spots at this location so don’t be disappointed if not parking. I do recommend this store for all pet products.
