Every time I’ve come to Paws, they are so helpful and kind! They carry all of the high end brands that are healthy and good for your pets, which is so important to me. I’m thrilled that I found this store so that I don’t have to shop at chain pet stores anymore. They have everything you could ever need for your animals, and then more. I couldn’t recommend Paws more, we LOVE them!

We drive down from Crestline to shop at this store. Super kind and knowledgeable staff. They always say hello and greet us when we come in. They even exchanged our food for us after we accidentally got the wrong formula and our pups had tummy problems. They are so kind to offer samples and their knowledge if you ever have a question! Our pups love their kibble and their treats we get from here ❤️A great place to buy treats and food! We love purchasing Open Farm products locally and not having to worry about them arriving in the mail.

A really nice place for a small pet friendly business. You can take your pets inside and they have an excellent assortment of bulk, natural chews at prices that are reasonable. Much better selections than Petco

I must admit, I really like this pet supply store. They have a great selection of pet food and treats, plenty of supplements, and a great selection of raw food for cats and dogs. Plus the staff is awesome, everyone I interact with there is great. They are my preferred store for my cat and dog in the area.

I went in to this store because my deaf dog had his first grooming appointment and the night of, his eye was filled with blood.I went into paws to look for some eyewash, and was warmly welcomed by Grace and the owner of paws, and had a 10 minute conversation about the incident with my puppy.They both were amazing with their insights as I didn’t know why his eye was filled with blood and recommended me to wait a week to see if it gets better.So the week is up, and my dogs eye looks normal again and they saved me a lot of money from seeing a vet for it!Thank you so much guys you were awesome and I will definitely be coming in for some treats!

I love this place!!!! A locally owned pet store, most of the day to day treats and toys for dogs and cats are cheaper than big chain stores. They have a reward after you buy a certain number of dog/cat foods and they might have it on other things, too. Pets lovers would appreciate this place.👍

Having been customers for close to two decades, we can’t say nearly enough good things about this amazing store! Their prices are VERY competitive, even with online (which is HARD to do as a small independent retailer). Their staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and as long as customers are intelligent enough to bring their own masks (and to not whine about it on here) I can’t imagine anyone ever having a bad experience here!

This shop has consistently gone above and beyond for me (and my dogs) for a few years now. They have a large selection of supplies in stock with staff that provides real customer service. They took my dogs allergy test results and we're able to direct me to the food to help improve his symptoms. Simply stated, they have earned my loyalty and trust by providing value which you cannot put a price on.

Love this place. They have a great selection of premium wet and dry cat foods. The store cats (Lenny, Laverne, and Alice) always greet us with a purr. Employees are polite and ask if you need help without being overbearing and needlessly trying to upsell things. Much prefer it to a bigger retailer. Came in a few weeks ago, asked if they carried a new product I had seen from a favorite brand, and the lady at the counter (giddily! excitedly!) pointed me in the right direction. Will be coming back 👍

Always a good experience. We needed to return some treats our dog didn't like any more. The staff were great and let us exchange them for another product with out any problems. Our dog has a very sensitive digestive system and many food allergies. The staff at Paws are always ready to help us with finding the right foods or snacks

Very friendly and helpful staff. Willing to go the extra mile and order your product if they don't stock it and it's available through their distributor. They sell many variations of animal food. We order Scratch and Peck Chicken Feed and get it at a better price than purchasing through Amazon.

This place is really nice! They have all sorts of dog and cat food. Healthy and high end brands too which is good. Lots of toys, bowls, and treats. FYI, if you're allergic there are multiple cats lurking around the store too!! I own cats so it makes me happy to see them when I go :)

This is my go to place to purchase food/treats for my pets. The people are always friendly and we always have to say hello to Laverne, which is one of the shop cats. She seems to always be right there perched on her favorite cat tree, near the entrance. My dog gets so excited when I bring her here. I would definitely recommend checking this place out for all of your fur babies.

I have spent over $1000s over the years supporting this local business, but when you have to charge $1 for a mask instead of giving a customer one is outrageous. it's not like I was refusing to put one on. You chose your hill to die on today I guess, and lost a loyal customer in doing so. I guess I will be buying my products off Amazon now where they are cheaper anyway.

Definitely the best place for dog and cat supplies in San Bernardino county. Every time I go my dog is treated with so much love, not to mention the staff is extremely knowledgeable. They always have a great selection of nutritious dog foods and treats
