The absolute best place to shop for your salt water aquarium. Everyone that works here is a genuine amazing person. Plan on staying a while because you won’t want to leave. There is also a very good variety of corals and fish.

Starting out with a saltwater aquarium, went in on a Sunday morning, and met with Brian, huge help as we are still learning processes, very helpful, even when our skimmer broke out of the box ( no one’s fault, bad motor out of the box ). We called and Ocean Aquatics reached out to their rep and helped expedite the return, should have it next week. Overall great customer service, we will be definitely going back when it comes time to purchase fish and corals!Thanks again!!!!

Five star store!Here is my explanation.I spent months looking for an octopus and couldn’t find one until one of my local coral friends told me about Ocean Aquatics. He said, they are the best in Southern California. I was skeptical at first until I checked them out and explained what I was looking for and I was given great customer service like no other store I’ve been too. I was treated with the level of respect to a good friend 10/10. Then there’s the price, throughout the time I’ve been doing business there I know for a fact it isn’t about the money for them, countless times I have seen prices for products I have never found anywhere else and I mean it’s shocking for the Quality. Anyways as far as prices go , I definitely give them a 10/10. Then there’s quality of product. Now I’m not going to say any names but the biggest fish store in my area has cheap sick products so they can sell large quantities, then there’s the closest store to me which all their product it’s contaminated with ich , so I know by far the quality of Ocean Aquatics fish are in fact the The best in town! No diseases, quality fish, that’s 10/10 for product. Summary 5 out of 5 gold stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. without a doubt the best fish store in Southern California. I wouldn’t refer anyone anywhere else.Pics of my favorite pet octopus ❤️

The guys here are phenomenal. I started my first saltwater tank this year with them and they were so helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed and have helped me every step of the way, even when I neglected my tank for a period and ir started crashing. Very patient guys, smart, and care about you and their fish.Tons of variety, and they can get you whatever you want if they don't have it in store. Love coming here!

My wife and I traveled about 65 miles to check out Ocean Aquatics as I am trying to find a business that sells Quality Saltwater Corals and fish at a reasonable price, we found it here with them. Absolutely worth the drive, We will be returning for all our future purchases. Outstanding customer service, I was like a child in a toy store with the large variety of corals and fish on hand. Wow! These guys are awesome. My wife and I just started a new Reef Aquarium and the guys here have been amazingly helpful. The tanks and facility are super clean. They have a great selection of corals and fish. I live 20 miles away but I will continue coming here for all my fish needs.

On 11/24/23 I went to the store. Ken sold me a package setup, which I was informed would have everything I needed to get started. I would think everything I needed to get started would be: tank, stand, pump, sump, and lights. Told him I wouldn’t need a light so he could remove that from the package. Told him I would also need water and was told they could bring it out when they delivered. I agreed to the price without any hesitation or negotiation. Put down deposit of $800 and left the store thinking I would be getting: tank, stand, pump, sump, and water. On 11/30/23 I had 2 more charges. One for $1513.72 and one for $536.25 (I ended up buying the lights). On 12/14/23 I was asked what return pump I would be using. I was confused because I thought it was included. Didn’t make a big deal out of it. I agreed on the Varios 4 for $339.99. Bryant said he would give me a 10% discount. On 12/19/23 I was charged $364.64 for the Varios 4. Doesn’t look like I got the 10%, but oh well. Finally took delivery 12/20/23 after numerous delays and poor communication. I noticed there wasn’t any water in the back of their trucks so I asked if they brought the water. Bryant told me they didn’t and he didn’t think any water was included. Bryant did the setup and installation quickly. When he left he told me he had a guy heading in this direction and he would bring me out some water. Ken texted me after Bryant had left and told me the water wasn’t included and said sorry buddy. I responded back with my displeasure. I should have got everything in a written breakdown. They were all nice and smiles upon purchase and taking my money. Ken immediately called me after I texted him and basically right off the bat started ranting and asking what I expected. The way he talked and questioned my expectations was in an insulting manner. It almost sounded like he muttered if I was delusional. I told him I paid for everything without any hesitation or question. They provided no receipt of the breakdown of what was bought. He said he would get the receipt and go over it with me and hung up. After he hung up, I texted him and told forget it and this would be the first and last purchase I make with them. Basically, to sum everything up, make sure you get a written breakdown of what you’re buying from them.

The owners is there all the time and is super helpful and he actually helps people out. I live over an hour away and he gave me a discount just because of my drive! Now their selection is amazing! They have it all tangs, torches, cheap frags, rare frags, rare fish etc they have it and if they don’t? They’ll order especially for you! The only LFS you need is Ocean Aquatics!!!

And speaking of family, the owner was nice enough to give my nephews a in depth tour and explanation of all of his animals! He went above and beyond for us.They take amazing care of the animals. Tanks are clean, fish are happy, and the place smells clean!I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get good information and quality products for their aquarium.

Love this place. I was starting a nano reef coming from 18 years of freshwater and they guys there have been a mainly helping in navigating coral selection. They have a great selection of corals to chose from, and even time I dip the corals, nothing comes off them :) Definetly worth stepping in and checking things our at a minimum if you're a reef keeper!

I have been coming here for 2 years now. The guys who run it are good guys that have great customer service. Clean tanks, great selection of healthy fish and coral. Also, they always have a lot of eels and a big leopard shark which my kids love. Check them out.

This is the place to go for your Marine addiction! I have been to quite a few aquatic shops in the Inland Empire and as a reef keeper this place has me coming back time after time. The shop has the most diverse collection of corals and fish I have ever seen with the best prices. The owners are both knowledgeable and very friendly which is a hard thing to come by now days as I have experienced. All of the tanks and livestock are well maintained and the store is extremely clean! Whether it be you're interested in starting your first marine tank or your a hard core enthusiast I highly recommend checking this LFS out!

These guys are the best! I had several bad experiences at local fish stores in the Inland Empire, but these guys are the best. They carry the best livestock and products. There is always something rare or hard to find in their store. Everything has thrived in my tank and their advice had helped every time.
