This is why we still need brick and mortar retail!I went in with my old favorite bag, now discontinued and showing its 10 years of constant use and abuse. I've been contemplating and browsing replacements for a while now but found few things like it.I showed off the features I most love in the bag I'm trying to upgrade and was promptly handed the closest current bag in the same brand and a very similar design in a brand I hadn't considered. Long story short, the owner found me what's probably the closest thing in existence to the bag I've loved to death.Then I browsed around anyway, just to see what else was on offer.Also look here for selected backpacking and travel accessories like sun hats for hiking, pocket sized travel towels, rain ponchos, etc.

I had the best experience this week when I came into this store! The owner was so friendly and helpful! I needed a new backpack and they had soo many options available. She assisted me in finding one that was great for my lifestyle. I love it and wear it everyday now!! Thank you!

8 years ago i I bought a beautiful set of luggage, the owner was knowledgeable of the product, and my travel habits (extensive, ans often rural). The luggage held up well, the price was very reasonable, and i would recommend her highly!

Great local shopping experience. My wife chose a dakine carryon luggage bag. You definitely pay for quality over quantity. I will definitely be back to shop for a nice backpack or duffel bag in the near future. Great customer service without pressure. Atmosphere was welcoming and positive.

I have purchased carry on luggage and full size from Zoe's over the years. The quality is absolutely worth the price! Don't settle for less! You get what you pay for! Shop local! It is well worth it!

Definitely do not love their return policy. I bought a bag that has a lifetime warranty but after the very first trip there was damage to it. By the time I returned from the trip it was beyond their seven-day return policy but only buy one week. My trip was two weeks long and they're only answer was that I could turn it in as a warranty claim with the manufacturer. They wouldn't even let me use it as a store credit towards another bag. After one trip obviously I don't want that brand any longer cuz I don't want to constantly have to deal with warranty claims. It seems like they would have done a return for me or should have. It's unfortunate did they operate this way because I won't be buying a bag again from them.

Updated today due to concern over the quality of a $200+ leather backpack my sister purchased here, and has been using for less than two months, is now falling apart! Expensive and very shoddy quality item sold here. Disappointing.

A little on the spendy side but if I was going to travel abroad this would be the place to go buy the good stuff nice sturdy, you just couldn't go wrong, or for hiking there's plenty of supplies for that in this shop also.
