I love this little pet supply store! They order my dog food since they don’t normally carry it and it’s been such a help. They even carry it out to my car for me. The employees are very kind and always making sure I found everything I need. My two girls are very happy because of them.

They carry the best dog/cat foods. A lot of types, brands, supplies, and knowledge.The food is pricey, but we sat down and did the math once.Our pets ate less of the top end food. It is nutrient dense, so portion control is important. Had we been feeding our previous good department store brand at half the cost, they would eat roughly twice as much. Economically a wash, until you see the visible improvement in health and coat (and less overall poop scooping).Better health for the same money overall? Top it off with good customer service and staff that know their business, and I am sold.

One of the nicer pet supply stores in Redding. I am a dog lover and am happy to say this is a very well stocked pet store...catering to dogs! Great supply of food, supplements and snacks... really great snacks! Just owners just sold and the new owners are really nice. I staff is very helpful and FUN. Go check it out! Its a treat!!!

This is a great store for the discerning pet owner who wants high quality treats, toys, and dog food. I purchase all my dog food - kibble and frozen raw from them. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable and always helpful! Highly recommend.

Been a loyal costumer for the last 10 months. A few days ago, the old man (not sure if he’s one of the owners of this store) said something to me about my dog and they were poor choice of words. He said something in the lines of “your dog can’t come here anymore.” I can understand about the situation with my dog, but the old man could have said it in a more respectful way. Whether he could have warned me about my dog instead of going straight to “your dog can’t come in here anymore” as if my dog doesn’t matter to me. Again, he could have chosen a better way of talking to me; a more respectful way. Also, if given the chance, I’m aware there are many solutions I can come up with so that my dog doesn’t do the “situation” in the store anymore but I don’t ever want to come to this store anymore as he disrespected my loved-one, my dog I adore and love so much.

Today was the first time I've visited the store, the employees were genuinely friendly and helpful and it was a nice experience. Joni (hope I spelled it correctly) was absolutely great to speak with and has a passion for what she does and it shows. Very knowledgeable and truly a pleasure doing business with. Got some boots for my 147 Rottweiler service dog. The sales guy helped put them on so we now can excercize on the gravel road. The staff at the store got a treat of my dog throwing a fit. Couple minutes of puppy push-up he finally relaxed. His sister taught him bad habits. 80 I’m happy even took a goat head and Titan didn’t feel it. We will see how it really works after a couple hikes. That’s to the staff.

For the 1st time, due to the CV, I ordered my dog food on Treat's website and asked for delivery... Not more than 45 minutes later, it was at my door! Awesome service, love this store! Plus, on my receipt, Monte reminded me my next bag of food was a freebie, can't beat that! Milo says Thank you :)

We had four dogs in our car as we headed for Washington. As fire evacuees we were tired, and frazzled, and we needed to restock on dog food. The man who assisted us threw in a four pack of doggy icecream; flavored frozen goat yogurt. Our sweet pups loved every lick, and this kind gesture made our day. Thank you!

Love this place. The were super helpful in finding my picky cat food he would eat. And I love that they save the purchase history so I can send my husband to pick up the dog and cat food and he will actually come back with the right stuff 😂. Staff is always great and helps you get bags to car. Haven’t been back to a big box pet store in over a year and don’t ever want to go back!

This place is great. We mainly go there for the treats. All sorts of things our pup loves to chew on. It's a little expensive but the quality is so worth it. Our dog loves everything we bring back. And I mean LOVES. It's great treats for him. Workers are very helpful and nice also. Great store and we'll keep coming back.
