Went for cathart shirts. Not a great selection but not the stores fault due to availability. Lots of parking spots. Tons of dog toys and treats. Lots of mowers to choose from. Clean store. Great customer service.

Didnt answer the first call, second call a guy picked up and was rushing me. when I asked what brand of puppy shots they have he said he 'didnt have time to check'. Then I dont have time to shop there bud. Called jones feed and they picked up the first time. Went through all of the puppy shot options and prices. Thats good customer service and how you win a long time customer.

This tractor supply is the worst location I have experienced yet. They are rude, unhelpful un structured and it’s a chaotic feel. Save yourself a bad time and just drive to Anderson. They are much more of a tractor supply experience that customers should have. I have lived in many states and been to many and this one is below standards.

Large selection of about everything. Clothes boots toys. Hardware bolts, nuts, nails. Pet supplies of all kinds. Chicken coops,. Kyacks, quads. Garden supplies. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Plenty of parking and easy access from I-5.

Good store with quality items & a fairly helpful/friendly staff. HOWEVER, the store alarm goes off RANDOMLY. Yesterday while I was at a store across the street, the alarm went off for over 15 minutes! I waited in the truck for my husband to come out of the store we were at & TS alarm is just going on & on with no reason for it. They have got to be the worst business neighbors EVER. Not to mention there are homes scattered throughout the area who must be annoyed. How annoyed is the mom be who just got her baby to sleep? How annoyed is the guy working night shift & just got to sleep? This problem has been ongoing FOR YEARS. I can't imagine no one, anywhere can't fix it. LAZINESS doesn't pay. Needless to say, if the store is too lazy to address the problem, I'll spend my money elsewhere because they're not using my money to fix any problems. Annoying doesn't even begin to cover it :/ DO BETTER TRACTOR SUPPLY

We were looking for a space heater, but everywhere in town was sold out. I really like this store though. They have all kinds of good stuff and if I can't find what I'm looking for I'll end up finding something else j did need. Otherwise I love this store. It's to bad that with inflation the prices of everything are sky high..

This is home to some of the worst customer service I've received in YEARS. I went to buy a 5 gallon gas can and was shocked at the price. Doing a quick Internet search to see if their price was high or I needed to reset my expectations of what they cost, I found the same item at a local store for $6 less. I took it to the front and asked if they price match. The rep at the front said "no", followed by "well, only our own website". I then pointed to the giant banner right above her head stating "We'll price match any local competitor" and she replied "you'll have to talk to a manager about that" with no intent on calling one. Until I asked her to, which she begrudgingly did. The "manager" (who was maybe 20) came over and looked at my phone to see the price, said "oh we can match that... Wait - we don't match sale prices, only regular prices.... You almost got me" as if I was trying to con her. Then she just walked away.I've checked the policy online. Bullet point by bullet point, this was a valid request. For $6 you let a $40 sale walk. That's bad business.The staff should read the giant banner hanging over the registers. One is for a price match guarantee. The other is for a satisfaction guarantee. Neither of those things were anywhere CLOSE to being accomplished.

I purchased a bag of Victor Professional dry dog food and was able to return it for a full refund. I have a large breed dog and noticed some joint issues with this food. Well Victor does not list the calcium percentage on the bag which is 1.7 from their site. That level is to high a big jump from 1.3 when you have a large breed dog. I was able to get a refund and buy a bag of Diamond Premium Adult with perfect percentages for a large breed dog. Happy customers..

I usually like this location but it’s on the small side and that may be the reason behind the reason I’m rating it so low. I went in for string trimmer line and in the garden section, two or three aisles in corner, it was blocked off by bbqs and garden tractor trailers and such. I looked around to ask what’s up but only two ppl I saw looked busy so I shimmied my way by only to realize the item I was looking for was on the aisle that was filled with bbqs. They had displays on the grills so I didn’t want to ruin those by shutting lids to shimmy some more so I was stuck with the only two I could grab and chose the cheaper of the two as it was pro grade twine and I just need some residential grade. I could have waited or went somewhere else but I made the trip for that one item at that store nearest my home to use the daylight before the sun had set. Also inventory is very limited even for the size. Open space on racks could be utilized for more selection, for boots especially and sizing for pants. My size seemed to not even have a place on shelf with some brands but did with others. Of course not the brand I would have liked tho. Go figure.

The store is ok but the people aren't very friendly and they tend to treat the customer like they are a burden taking up their time if they ask for help or advice. The website is awful. There are items that are on the website for sale and every item I wanted to purchase said it was not available in any stores and not available to be shipped either. Why have stuff that is not available listed on your website for sale? That is false advertising to your potential customers and after so many items they try to purchase saying that item is not available to ship or at the store the customer gives up and takes their business elsewhere. If the items are not available to purchase then you should update your website and remove any items that are not available so that you don't end up losing customers.

The staff is always friendly, the facility is always clean for a farm and garden store. The staff are always available to help their customers, even on busy days with only two registers and one self check out the cashiers can definitely keep up. However, I have been in line a time or two and heard other customers talking about the line and witnessed some customers out right rude to the employees. Everywhere you go you have to wait in line, and that is why they taught ya'll that in Kindergarten. So, to the adults who want to go out of their way and be rude to these employees SHAME on you. They are there working to earn a paycheck not to be treated like a doormat. Anywho.... my overall experience has been great. And Kelli the Manager was very helpful and nice too.

Assistant Manager Brittany's customer service was above and beyond. She helped us with a difficult return and managed to find a good exchange product for our needs despite it being very heavy and up high. Thank you Brittany so much for taking that extra step to find the right product. I would highly recommend coming here.

The employees here are not the friendliest. Also, they stack fence posts and other items in front of the propane tank outside so no one can get to it if an emergency happened. I even offered to help move all of it, and they told me they would do it later. A month goes by and there is even more in front of it. I can't wait till OSHA shows up to see it as they have will have a nice fine comming their way. I asked them what about your neighbors if this tank has a leak or god forbid a fire. Their response was " oh well, it happens"! Great management here! Smh.

Such a fun store! They have something for everyone. While the selection is not extensive, it still has a good smattering of competitively priced items. I didn't even think about them for dog travel carriers or crates, but they have various sizes at good prices with outdoor kennel options. It will be a regularly visited store for us.

I wanted to take a second to thank Charlie and Theresa so much for helping me today with my chicken drama! Some of my hens were bullying our new egg layer. Charlie pointed me in the correct direction of Theresa, who has specific knowledge of how to treat chicken injuries. The two of them gave me some great suggestions and I am thankful for their assistance. Every time I go to Tractor Supply Co. I am greeted and tended to. Thank you and I hope that you pay your employees well, they are a special group. :)

Update : corporate and the managers delt with the situation so I'm very grateful about that. The manager was very nice about it she left me a voice mail.I'm very dissatisfied with an employee name Bradley he was very rude and disrespectful I will be giving my services to tractor supply in Anderson now.

I went in today to get a puppy vaccine and some other items. Everyone I spoke to was really nice and informative. The lady in the back came out and unlocked the cabinet and took the time to give me step by step instructions on how to care for my pup and also what follow up shot would be needed. If I could give ten stars I would!

Clean and well organized. Staff is always very helpful. They run programs like animal vaccination days that are always well staffed and serve the community in a very practical way. Great stop for yard and garden supplies, but they also stock farm clothes, cute decor, and pet products.

Usually when I go to Tractor Supply Co., everyone is more than willing to help. This time Ron at Customer Service was not of any help. He just got done chatting with some customers about their pet dog. My mother and I just asked if we could have help buying a 6ft welded fence. He looked at us like we were crazy and said he works back there so he don’t know what happens out there. So I asked him do you work here? Wouldn’t you be able to direct us to someone who does know? Because it’s not my first time here, i didn’t mind but if it was my first experience, it would have been my first and last.

Great selection of animal supplies. Great selection of everything actually. I used to come here a few times a week just to blow money on cool items. Walk around for an hour and ONLY ONCE did they start following me and acting like I was fixing to steal stuff.I love this place.. I highly recommend it.

Nice place, people are very helpful there and easy-going shopping experience. Some prices are very high, some are lowest in town.If you're looking for tools and outdoor equipment you may or may not find what you're looking for. Animal feed and the like, they might have it when no one else does.
