Wanted to give a shout out to the super stars in the paint department! Madison R. and Charlie are amazing. They are super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me get my color right. Also Madison L. Is super helpful and Gerald is amazing he's super knowledgeable amd experienced. All in all the paint department is top notch. There is one person who refused to try to match something for me even thou i was willing to pay for the sample, but I won't mention her name and also won't let that get in the way of me giving everyone else an A+!

The experiences that I've had, and just had again with home Depot, in comparison to what is generally considered acceptable, and compared to Lowe's, is inferior to what it should be. Home depot never seems to be as clean as Lowe's, and the customer service was poor with regard to returns on two occasions on the same day. Additionally, even though they close at 10:00, they put it into some kind of dusky night light mode right at 9:00, and somebody gets in the loud speaker and starts giving warnings of the pending close - an hour away.Nobody's perfect, but I would advise using other establishments. For the most part, you don't have any need for them. It is nice that you can cut trim by the foot at home Depot.

In The many years I've been going to this store I have Had two thing's that went bad, I had a short wait in line, the return / exchange was easy. This time it was a 4 gal water heater and Tammy in returns was very nice and helpful.

Picked up my 3rd 12 foot skeleton (cause let's be honest, size does matter) and had a great experience at the pick up counter. Then to top it off, a Home Depot employee brought my giant out on a forklift and loaded it for me. Now I just need another 12 foot Inferno.... Thanks Home Depot!

Hardware store Home Depot is usually the very best. At this location, the staff is friendly and helpful; the items are high quality and high price; the over vibe is positive, upbeat, and high energy. The reason for the lack of stars (1) is because of the amount of excellent hardware stores nearby - the competition is excellent.The location is near the mall and other strip malls share the parking lot, it's always a nightmare. There is a signal light just to get in and out of this location.I've been able to get certain products faster, easier, and cheaper at competition stores.Home Depot has its own appeal though.

I was preparing for major garage cleaning and every associate was extremely friendly and helpful! Answered all my questions and walked with me to help me find several items, very impressed!! The best part was during checkout as I chose to not use self-checkout, I met the sweetest, kindest checkout associate, Tatzia. She guided me through the app, helped me so very much. She went out of her way, she did not have to do this but by her taking a few minutes to help me, speaks volumes about her dedication, integrity and commitment to help people who come into the store. Tatzia a perfect example of how a shopping experience should be and her actions reflect positively for Home Depot. I’m planning on full bathroom makeover and I will be back for my supplies and truly hope I see Tatzia again.

I ordered the tru wood siding from the pro desk at home depot and arranged to have it delivered. When it arrived every piece of siding was damaged and I had to send it back. I was in shock that they would try to deliver siding in such terrible condition! I called and spoke to the pro desk and asked them to guarantee me that they will deliver the siding in good condition. The Manager guaranteed me he said he personally went out to the yard and tagged a load of siding and guaranteed it would be delivered to me. A week later they tried to deliver the same load of siding that I jad refused a week prior setting back the job 3 weeks!!! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!! Do not trust anyone at this store.

We always get our Christmas trees here. They are good quality and decent price. They cut the bottoms and wrap it with the plastic mesh. If you want a flocked tree they don't do that here.

While the workers are very helpful when you visit the store, they don't ever answer their phone when you call them and I have tried calling them numerous times over the years! How hard is it to have someone answer their phone for customer service and stock checking? ~That's why I only gave them 4 stars!

Ryan Paulsen they do sell butane it is in the butane and torch section. I don't like how much spider wire they are using nowadays surrounding there tools and batteries. I don't like that they are keeping their batteries locked up in a glass cabinet. I don't like how obvious the LP are inside the stores and how the employees keep following me. Is there still a 15 second delay on the backdoor? Happy New Year!

Car wash brushes great prices. Got two extended pole brushes for the price of one at Auto zone or oriellys. Had two employees ask if I needed help right away.

Do not order carpet from this location. Took more than 3 weeks to get the quote for my carpet order, then noticed that they didn't include the removal, even though it's supposed to be included. Talked to a manager and they "fixed" it, only for him to increase the price by more than $700. My family is living in a trailer in the driveway waiting on these clowns.On the day they came to install, home depot didn't include the furniture moving, which they advertise, and wanted me to pay another $400. Then, the guy dented my fridge in 3 places, said they'd fix it, and didnt.

Decent deals on things but I feel like I'm In a oversized warehouse not a man's wear house. Smells like a medicine cabinet and cool employees usually early 20s or late 40s, the only employees I'd recommend avoiding are the older ones they are a little bit to much if your a light hearted person, most of them smile though. Talk to the employees who smile or give you a head nod they are the chillest people there and I won't bash them

After my experience with online and with in store of redding ca I will never go in to the location or order online again. I purchased 2 wall mounts for my kids televisions for a party they have coming up I was told the latest day was the 13 so I scheduled a company to install that evening well shocker my package never came no update on tracking sense the 9. After the first call they hung up the second attempt the online person had no desire to help and told me it was the store I needed to talk to so they sent me to them after a 30 min hold they tell me online orders or not handled by them so I call again and finally got someone to reach out to the shipping to get a update they were told it will be at the store later today so I wait and nothing so now im out the amount I paid to have a company put them in being this was not there doing. So now the next day I get the email there ready so I go and there is only one box I speak to a person in store they tell me that online messed up and didn't send two they only sent one so I had to call them after calling they again transferred me to the instore saying its there problem so another half hour wait I'm told that they don't have it and it should come with in the next few days but now there is no tracking being they said I received both when I didn't and now I have to go out and get a new one and pay last minute installation because of all this after the lack of answers I have been given and lack of them trying to rectify the situation I will never be coming back

Do not let anyone you know, especially a senior family member, purchase an appliance from Home Depot. Especially from this store. They sell junk and don't back up anything they sell. They will encourage you to purchase an expensive extended warranty, that sounds far too good to be true then blame you when you discover they lied and refuse to honor their own agreements. #Lame.Use any of the other options.

Home Depot SUCKs!! After buying $300.00 worth of stuff.they would not sell me 2 plants that the sign said 2 for #12.99. was $14.99They aqusid me of puting the sign on the hanging plant area. Even tho I am in a wheelchair. And my female caregiver could barely reach the bottom of the hagging plants.Horrible customer phone service at credit card.My card didn't work. So I ordered a new one.They put a hold on the card. I've faxed pictures of my drivers license. Two weeks ago still blocked. I know they got it .What is the problem.if you don't want my business say so!!

Home Depot always has what I need! I think their supplies are expensive, but I think that's true everywhere. Bottom line: if I need something, they've got it and they're close to my home. Recommend.

On Sept 12 I had a delivery issue with some kitchen cabinets I had ordered. They were supposed to be delivered 3rd party which ultimately was not successful. I contacted Home Depot's general customer service number to get assistance with my order. They ended up contacting my local Redding store and relayed back to me that a manager would figure out what the heck happened and would be contacting me very soon. Within 1 hour I got a call from a gentleman named Drew, in the store, who figured the problem out and offered a solution. As part of our agreed solution I came to the store to pick up my items and Drew was there to help me in the customer service area , went and personally and retrieved my item and then even helped me out to my truck to load the product. Drew displayed amazing customer service, solved my dilemma and was so cool, calm and helpful during this mishap. Drew thanks for making stuff happen!

Home Depot has always taken care of me as a client, all purchases have been great and if a return was necessary, they absolutely took care of me. I recently tried another business in town and I assumed they would take care of me like HD, well I was wrong. HD is the place to go!

Damaged goods again!! Box had obviously been dropped or smashed by equipment. Should have known better not to completely remove product from box, leaving huge mess of styrofoam particles in their store. Top damaged, drawer crooked and sticks, cabinet doors misaligned.Same story all the time when ordering. Last year they ordered me 5 porcelain bathtubs, one at a time, all with heavy damage. Had to obtain elsewhere.

We were picking out paint to paint a bedroom and we got to meet your paint gal, Madison, and she was super kind and helpful and was such a pleasure to talk to and she went above and beyond to help mix our paint several times to help us find the perfect color. She is a true gem to this world and to your store.
