I really love this place. They seem to have a little bit of everything, and most of its really high quality. Yes, they can be a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. The staff is always super sweet, and it never takes too long to leave. Honestly, one of my favorite places to go for outdoorsy stuff.

Great store and staff even though I think they need a few more people working.good selection on firearms and ammo, but the lines are very time consuming. Unfortunately it's been hard to find a decent pair of hunting boots that are waterproof and last for a while but that is at other stores too. Overall I love this store.

Been shopping here for a while, usually great customer service, until i tried shopping for a firearm. Waited in line for 2hrs with a ticket in hand while reciving odd looks from the guys behind the counter, before they called my number they skipped for some guy whos been waiting for maybe 20 minutes. Whos number was 2 after me. Dont shop for guns here most of the guncounter staff is rude except one gentlemen who was very kind and polite. But i will be permanantly taking my firearm buisness elsewhere. I read the other reviews before going in and just hoped id have a better experince but sadly no.

Went in to get a tree stand umbrella looked all over could not find it so I went up to the front and asked if they could show me where it was and I was told it should be on the back wall I’m not sure where it’s at and he walked off sick of this store and the employees not doing their job will never step foot in this store again

Sportsmans always seems to have what i am looking for. The staff is always quite helpful and friendly. They are also dog friendly and have treats to give to your fur babies.

I've waited at the gun counter a few times and everyone will address me except Alexis. But my husband can walk by the gun counter and she will go right up to him and see if he needs help. I walk up and she will either walk away or ignore the fact that I am there. Not cool.

I can't say enough about the young man who works in the fishing and hunting section in the back of the store at the gun counter his name is Scott he's only been there like three or four months very knowledgeable sold me a really nice scope for my rifle installed it showed me how to use it was so sweet and kind and nice and helpful and personable and a great attitude and just five star customer service he provided and what a nice guy and my scope works really really good he even told me how to sight it in which I went to the gun range and did that and now I'm hitting my target from 40 50 yards away with no problem thank you Scott at Sportsman's Warehouse you're a keeper they should give you a raise already

Great products. Customer service is good once you get help, but the gun counter and archery are often very busy. Would be nice to be greeted with something like "hey were real busy we'll be with you as soon as possible" But other than that this place and staff are great. Thanks for the tips, guy I met in the reloading isle. Mission success!

Love this place for everything but boots. there boot selection is pretty bad at keeping stuff available. They have boots to see but nothing in stock an never seem to carry a wide boot. But the sportsmans in medford OR or Reno NV seem to always have those wide size boots.

The worst service ever had in my life. I went in to buy a inflatable kayak for $300. It was waiting for me at the counter when I found out there was no warranty wants it hit the water I decided to go look at the other. I had plenty of other employees come up and give me their opinions while I was shopping I ended up walking out spending close to $1,000. The lady that helped me told me I need to get my stuff together before I come in because I was spending too much time there. She was confused of how to scan a coupon off of my phone for giving you my email to them to save 15%. I didn't complete the questionnaire so went outside to complete it when I walked inside she has said that to me it completely blew me away the manager did step in and told her to go away as the lady kept running her mouth, I said I don't want to deal with her anymore and the manager had to tell her to stop and go away. I had no help carrying my kayaks out to my truck but there is plenty of salespeople on the floor that could have helped. The manager didn't seem to take it very seriously I had called corporate office and waiting now to find out what will happen next.woman needs to be terminated immediately. There's no reason anybody should be walking into a store and spending as much money as I did and be treated that way or any bad way for any reason.

This store is about what you'd expect. It is geared toward fishing, hunting and camping. Their prices are reasonable for the most part.Their selection of firearms varies. On my last visit there they had a wide selection, with plenty of options. In the past I have found the selection to be sparse. Their prices on ammo are competitive. They have a good selection of accessories and gear.Their archery section is minimal - I suggest using the local archery stores. The Bow Rack comes to mind.If you're a fisherman you'll find they have a wide selection of gear and accessories. Their prices are on the high side on some of their gear - mostly the high end poles and reels (as you might expect) otherwise they're very competitive.Their camping/outdoors dept has a good selection of gear and accessories. Whether it's chairs and an ice chest for tailgating, a BBQ/Smoker, tents, sleeping bags of all types & sizes or ultralight gear for wilderness excursions they probably have what you need.They have an extensive selection of knives at very competitive prices.The staff are friendly. Most are knowledgeable and familiar not only with the products, but the local area and conditions as well.Overall, it's a nice store with nice people. I enjoy shopping there.

With only one person working the gun counter and waiting 40 minutes to get shells that are all locked up. Not customer friendly. Now checkout up front was fast friendly and helpful.

Not the cheapest place in town to shop for outdoor sporting and hunting equipment, however, it may be the best. Excellent selection of hunting equipment. And the finest selection of sporting apparel I've seen. They have great quality products and also some great prices. They have it all.I think that it is fare to mention, concerning my comment about Sportsman's Warehouse pricing, that they will price match any product that they carry against competitors add, with a valid coupon or online price. Further more, their customer service is outstanding. The perfect place to find exactly what your looking for. I give them 5 stars only because there is not 6 to rate them at. Very pleased with their service and selection of quality products.

The last three times I was in this store, they were out of the items I needed. Mostly camping cookware and RV accessories. It's not that they did not stock them, they were just out of stock and when I asked, I was told, "Not sure when they will be back". I do appreciate how they support our local Veterans by allowing them to fund-raise on site. Thank you for that!

I was very disappointed in the service or lack there of while shopping for a bow and accessory’s for myself and my daughter. For one I was standing there waiting for someone to assist us for more than 30 minutes so at that point I just went and asked for some help just to find out that no one that worked in the store knew anything about archery or the products they were selling. I went into the store ready to spend a few thousand dollars on everything I needed but walked out empty handed because of the lack of service and knowledge of the employees in the archery department.

Customer service was bad. After looking for the product to no avail, I went to the car looked it up online. Site said they had it. Went back asked gun counter. He sent me to several spots still no avail. Went home ordered online. Received text saying it was there. Call store get hung up on three times. Go back to store and manager was rude about it. Yelling from the back "Do you have id?" Rotten attitude...

Card machines were broken finally ended up working with another machine! Girl with curly hair working Cash register at 4:09 07-29-23. Kept saying I didn’t have enough fund on my card was very judgmental! Definitely won’t be coming to the Redding sportsman warehouse again!

Excellent customer service as soon as I walked in to pick up my order or somebody who was already at the door. Asking me if I need help with anything great customer service as always and great interaction. I know if I can't find any of my hunting stuff on Cabela's or Amazon, I'm always looking here

They have a great selection. Only complaint was that there was only one checker for the line that they had. But I really didn't mind the wait.
