The pharmacist that helped me today, 2/21/2024, made a huge positive impact on my day. I went there twice, once with a screaming baby in need of antibiotics for an ear infection, and then later for my own meds for sinus infection. The young man seemed to care that I was so sick, as well as my baby, and rushed to fill my prescriptions pretty much as soon as he received them. I appreciated this more than I could explain, as I had made two urgent care visits and two pharmacy visits after zero sleep for several nights with a sick baby, and did NOT want to be there waiting. I did not get his name and cannot find it on my paperwork, but I thank him from the bottom of my heart for helping me today.

Pharmacist refuses to fill prescription even when the customer was told to contact insurance company and then the customer was then told to get a new prescription for the amount of pills that was not the full amount the doctor prescribed in the first place, then again the pharmist refused to give the customer the few pills that were represcribed by doctor and okayed by insurance. I have always used this pharmacy, but I will never use them again because of that one pharmist.

The employees at Rite Aid, (located on Court Street and Eureka Way), are always welcoming the moment you enter the store. Its very friendly and overall a good shopping experience

Normal pharmacy and has a gnc in the back. Interesting crowd gathering around of the homeless variety at night. Staff was great and helpful.

Scheduled appointments here at the pharmacy for my mother and grandmother to receive a COVID vaccine, when they drove across town for it and arrived they were told that the appointments were “no where to be found” in their system. Ridiculous. When we provided them with the appointment confirmation numbers they still were “unable” to do anything. Won’t be doing business with Rite Aid on Eureka way again! Waste of time and gas.

Came to Rite Aid because of excessive wait times and inefficiency at Walgreens - and I was so glad I did! Not only do I typically find a very short or no line at all when I pick up prescriptions, but the pharmacy always texts me when it’s time to for a refill. Such marvelous service!

Everyone is 1). Very friendly and personable and2). Knowledgeable.3). Service is outstanding4). I use the drive-up pharmacy 90% of the time and waitingtime is minimal. If there seems to be a bit of a wait Irealize that the customer may have a question/issue andthat it is being addressed. If it was me (or you) we wouldwant the extra time as well. Waiting in any line is bearable. Ifnot then that person should leave a bit earlier. It's notanyone's fault that you're impatient.Rite Aid is great!

Staff is barely competent. When I went to pick up my 'script they included the wrong medicine. I picked up the correct part of my order then the pharmacist tried to consult with me. Unfortunately, she speaks heavily accented broken English and is very difficult to understand. I really couldn't understand anything she said, but I made the mistake of telling her that. Then the pharmacy clerk said, "Have the kind of day you deserve." When I asked him why he hostile he told me I was rude. After offering me the wrong medicine and then providing me with a person who does not speak intelligible English - Am I the *hole?

I use this place. They deliver my meds. They're very nice answering questions, and they made the transition from my old pharmacy smooth. They seem to have a broad assortment of goods, at reasonable prices. I find friendly helpful staff. All in all, a very nice pharmacy.

This Rite Aid is disgusting inside. There is dirt, dust and cobwebs everywhere near the pharmacy. Heard an employee say this was due to people not wanting to work due to COVID-19 but, that seems like an excuse to me. Basic cleaning near the pharmacy, at minimum, seems medically necessary.

Terrible service. Ran my insurance. Said there was an issue. Made me wait TWO HOURS calling all these places trying to get my insurance “fixed”. There was really NO ISSUE. They literally just ran it wrong repeatedly. So frustrating. Time is precious and apparently some people don’t understand that. Wouldn’t use this pharmacy again if it means I have to drive an hour to the one closer.

Store carries all your pharmacy needs. Nice store shop during the day. The area is sketchy and not to safe at night. Full pharmacy for perscriptions. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Store well lit inside and fully stocked

This is my neighborhood Store fo Pharmacy and most other things. Always clean and neat. Staff are friendly and willing to help in any way they can.

Not cool ..... they have this radio talking about how this year ! He will not have the flu???? Like wt....fudge why do you get the flu every year ? Because you keep getting a flushot.....Laughing inside......And right now I keep hearing none stop.... commercial right now.... lol......104.3 if your not a doctor...yet you have this guy speak this yr he will not have the flu.... So lying to the public........ and I guess this store supports it. ???? None stop commercials to get a flu shot....... lmao.....

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Unhelpful, incredibly rude and had the phone slammed down twice without being able to finish my question. Not sure if the person I spoke to was taught customer service skills or not but WOW!

Took way too long too many excuses ive been here since 11am and its going on 2pm horrible service here. Too many homeless steal from this store. Horrible location. Needles in the parking lot with dope left in them homeless sleeping on property.
