Pam won my dogs heart and was able to trim up my very hairy white German Shepherd dog. She had a play day also. It was a fun experience for her there. I am so happy with the whole result of taking my girl there to groomed for the summer.

They are always amazing Pam is so sweet they have been clipping my puppy's nails Pixie since she was old enough. My older lady Chihuahua Tinkerbell has been there a few times both love going there and making new friends. They gets loves and we feel welcomed everytime. Thank you for all that you gals do!! This is my pup after a bath, and a nail trim an ear clean and all deshedded, after she left Puppy Love. They did a wonderful job she came out super clean and smelled good. Huskies are known to be extra hairy because of their second coat of fur, but they took on the challenge and did an amazing job! Definitely making them my number one groomer from now on. And she has a funny face because they gave her a treat at the end of it, hence her funny face from chewing. :)

Update: I am revising my review from 2 to 4 because things have improved and I am now receiving calls back in a timely fashion. Glitches happen and I'm grateful to be back using them again as they do a good grooming and my dog seems well cared for.(Original Post April 2022) Unfortunately something has happened here...no longer in business maybe? Have left multiple messages over past 2 weeks as a repeat and happy customer but no calls back?

I have 4 dogs, one of which is a very large puppy. They are able to handle all my needs gently and with love. Their prices are very reasonable. I also am allowed to be there during the grooming, which is so important to me. All my dogs have special disabilities that the groomers have to work around, which they do wonderfully. Thank You Puppy Love for your unique care.

You can't go wrong with" Puppy Love". I called today to get my dogs nails done, I was taken back when I was told to come right now. Usually you have to set up appointments at other groomers days in advance. They took her right in, ten minutes later she was done. Lola was happy, not terrified as I've seen her come out of other groomers. I'm thrilled that I was told about this GEM !!!!!!

We love our puppy to death, but we’re not blind and we know that when it comes to grooming, he’s a complete nightmare! We’ve taken him in several times now for grooming at Puppy Love and although we know, and they also know, that this is going to be an ordeal, they are always so happy to receive him and he’s getting the best treatment ever! I can’t recommend Puppy Love enough! They are all absolutely amazing there!!! Amazing service for incredible price and the customer service is unbeatable!

Extremely friendly and inviting staff. We feel at ease when leaving our pup for a few hours as we enjoy a little shopping in the Redding area. Great prices and a place for our dog to learn some socializing skills. Our dog yelps with joy when arriving. A customer for life :)

I did lots of research before we chose a groomer for our 6 month old Goldendoodle. After reading tons of reviews, we went with Puppy Love and I'm so glad we did! Pam is wonderful-- the dogs are allowed to play with each other before they get groomed, allowing for lots of peace in the process. Pam even lets our puppy stay longer so he can socialize more.We are so thankful for this business and will continue coming back!

I have only taken my dog here once because I usually do my own pet care. They got me in right away and my dog was very clean and smelled great for much longer than my home shampoos!! If i want to pamper my pet (and myself with some free time) i will definitely be a repeat customer of Puppy Love.

I've been taking my dogs to Puppy Love to be groomed about 8 years now. Pam the owner and her assistant are very gentle with my pom's Cricket and Sammy. They always come home with silky hair, bandanas and tasty doggy bone treat ! Happy dogs make a happy home.

My cat is a difficult dude. He is very scared and his reaction are aggressive. The love that I received is amazing, the owner was so patient, she tried to groom him, she received scratches and bites and she didn’t give up. She is the most sweet person. You can tell how much she loves her job and our pets.

First off, they were open on the weekends,and didnt tell me they were booked out for two weeks or more, and they do free nail trimmings in-between grooming visits, just a heads up though, they do not kennel your pet, so if your pet is not friendly with others, this may not be the place for you. Only cost 40 bucks for the works, brought in my 65 lb lab

Best people here, always take great care of my dogs. I have a puppy german shephard, older lab and used to have an old stubborn shephard and they always love on them and my dogs leave happy and super clean. Great prices too!

They gave my pup an excellent haircut and he was unstressed when I picked him up as he was allowed to play with the other dogs while waiting rather than being stuck in a kennel like at the big pet store chains. And a great price too!

Did not inform us, that our dog would be put in a kennel with a giant industrial fan blowing inside it to dry him off. This kennel is in the back of the store and when you walk in the front of the store the sound is extremely loud, so you can only imagine how loud it is trapped right next to it. Our dogs hearing is now damaged, when a dog's hearing is roughly 4 times stronger than a humans. You can understand why. Then when we went to pay, we gave the lady a 20 when the price was 15 then she just looked at us like the 5 dollar tip was just hers and in no way offered us our change or receipt. My dogs ears are now damaged every time he barks he shakes his head like his inner ear is damaged. Will never use this groomer again or recommend them to anyone. did I mention the place is filthy and smells absolutely terrible. In addition I dropped my Boston terrier off at noon and couldn't pick him up until 3 pm, was late for work.

I took my two year old mcNab hear and they where excellent. Not only was I happy with the price, they where very friendly and had the utmost customer service I've seen in a while. Definitely will be bring my dogs hear from now on.
