Attended a puppy training class here with Chris as our instructor. We couldn't have asked for a better, more patient teacher who was able to bring out the best in my pup! We are definitely looking forward to taking more classes!

I took a dog training class from Chris years ago. She made it easy and fun. Since then, when ever I am in pet smart, she always asks about my dog and is there anything that she could help me find.

The cashier,#766242,was apparently not wanting to be at work. I told him the item rang up at a higher price than the shelf tag said.No response at all. It was 99 cents difference. I just paid it while he looked through me as if I didn't exist. Terrible customer service 😑
