I love bringing my puppy here for her regular routine grooming with Christine W.Christine is so kind and so patient with my puppy. And my puppy always leaves her grooming appointments happy and looking great! I can also say the same of when I’ve seen other dogs come out of their appointments and are being picked up by their owners. I can tell the groomers here are very caring and skilled.(These pictures are of my dog same day after her appointment)

Lilli did an amazing job. She even help us grab a product to help with our shih tzu smelly hair. Super sweet young lady. My dog Liam I know is not the easiest baby to groom but she did the best she could with him and she was gentle. Lilli is definitely one of the best groomers I’ve experienced so far for my two shih tzu. If I had to recommend anyone it would be Lilli.

I have been coming here with my dog for years. This month Sydnee J rescheduled my appointment without my consent or knowledge. She rescheduled it for the same time, but a day later hoping I would not notice, which is honestly very dumb.I showed up for my scheduled appointment and it’s closed. I grab my phone to try and figure out what happened and coincidentally? I had a text from minutes prior saying they were looking forward to my appointment the following day. There was a bait and switch. I opened the the app and saw my appointment had been changed, but I had an email and text message confirming that was not the date I had scheduled. There was no notice. Sydnee J was absolutely and intentionally deceptive.I texted asking what happened? No response. I called later in the day, no one picked up. Left a message. No one responded to my voicemail. I contacted Petco customer service and they said someone would follow up with me, but never did. Because they had no explanation — Sydnee J just didn’t want to show up for work the day of my scheduled appointment, and for some reason didn’t think it was a good idea to call and inform me of this fact. Because of this, my entire day was utterly screwed.I’m sad that I can’t take my dog back here and wanted to write this as a warning to others. The people who work here are sketchy and treat their customers poorly. Why would you trust them with your precious fur babies?

We took our 4 month old blue nose bully for her first groom. We were nervous that she wouldn't cooperate. The groomers were awesome. When we went to pick her up we could see from the window that she was happy and given lots of attention. She was clean, smelled wonderful, toe nails smooth and they put a pretty pink bandana on her. We highly recommend this Petco for grooming.

Petco Grooming's employees did an amazing job of trimming our dogs nails. He normally gets extremely distressed and anxious when going to other groomers but Crystal and another gal were so patient with him and comforting, he had absolutely no problems. Would highly recommend going here for your pets grooming needs.

Courtney was so amazing. I had bad anxiety dropping my dogs off for their first ever grooming experience. She eased my mind instantly. Every time I dropped in to check on them during their stay she was loving on them and treating them like they were her own. She was very personable and it was very comforting. I felt going into the appointments that we may feel just like “another number” but after our appointment I felt nothing of such. I felt thankful and I felt like my dogs were truly cared for and loved while they were out of my care and in Petco’s groomings care. Thank you for having such amazing employees who love these pets like their own while they are in their care.

Ashley did an absolutely amazing job on my little Lyra!! She was a complete mess and is now unrecognizable, in a good way :) and what was supposed to be a 2 hour appt turned out to be over 4 hours!! I picked the pick 3 package but just because she wasnt able to do one of the options I choose (Lyra had just had enough) she didnt even charge me for the package at all which was very cool. We are new to town so I was going to try a few different groomers to see which one we liked best but I think we found the one already! Thank you so much Ashley J. !!! You made our girl look so beautiful!!! If your dogs an absolute mess or just needs a little pampering I highly recommend Ashley at Petco!

I like go there with appt. Costume service is helpful and friendly. Nail trimmed looks good. No damage or bleed. Thank you. Wish petco open same time groom and store open same time because i need shopping while trim. they took 10 min. It perfect for me to go to petco store at 9 am. Grooming dont take dabt card want cash. I have to wait at 10 am open to pay by card from grooming. To causing problem with my plan for the day. Thank you for service.

They have that there store is open at eight and they are closed. Nothing else worst then driving and getting g there and they are closed. You mean yell can't update your websote??? Sad
