This is my go to hardware store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They know their stuff too. I found whatever I need is always in stock and ready to go. Ace is not like going to the Big Box stores where you have to find associates on the floor then pull them away from restocking to attend to you. I go to first to save time, money and frustration. Easy in and out is a big bonus too!

I received a gift, but didn't have the box, but had the receipt. Ace said I could return it, however, when I got there the manager was rude, condescending and continually talked Down to me. As I was returning it she made the comment that it was more trash for the landfill, and they had to throw it away because it didn't have the box. I will never shop at that location again.

This is my go to store for most everything hardware related. They have a decent variety of plumbing, irrigation, fasteners, tools, paints and gardening needs. They save me from having to deal with a box store for most essentials. They also sell and service Stihl and Eco. Their repair service is not the fastest but generally beats other local repair facilities. Mk

Always a great experience. The employees at ace seem to enjoy their jobs and helping customers. One of the things that I enjoy, admire and respect about the employees at this Ace hardware is how the employees involve each other whenever I've asked for help. No matter what day or time I've shopped at this store, I become a part of true team work from the time I've walked in right up until I've finished my shopping and walk out the door.

Customer service is horrible. I bought an item and upon leaving the store I realized it was the wrong item and that it wouldn’t fit, so I go to return it and they would not let me unless I gave up all of my personal information for a $17 item that I just paid cash for less than one minute earlier. This is absolutely ridiculous and the policy is garbage, and the manager was not even willing to work with me and give me my money back, receipt in-hand from a transaction that was literally 1 minute prior. Considering how much money I have spent at this store since day 1 of it opening and have even stopped transients from stealing at the store, the way I was treated was probably the worst retail customer service experience I have ever had. I have worked in retail for decades as a manager and understand policy and know that there is always exceptions and taking care of your customers should be number one. In a time where personal information is stolen frequently, handing over my ID to get my money back is 100% unnecessary. This store literally lets thieves walk out but can’t make a simple return for a loyal customer and their $17 item. Your “manager” and employees lack proper training, it’s pathetic.

For a store smaller than some big boxes, this store always has just what I want. This place is my go to for unusual fasteners or connectors. They rent a good range of tools, and party supplies. The cashiers are super nice. Their membership rewards are nice too. Lastly, they have the cheapest propane on the west side.

Nice, clean store with a large selection of items to choose from. I love ACE, but I usually go to another store that’s closer to home and is a bit larger in size. I will go out of my way to come back here simply because of the polite and courteous employees throughout the store. I will say there are a lot of children out front when school lets out, but it’s not too bad just a lot of walking traffic.

Very friendly helpful staff. We needed to somehow get a new light fixture to fit in our ceilling which had been damaged the last time the fixture was changed. We left the store not only with a great deal on the light but a lot of helpful tips from several staff members. Thanks!

When you arrive at the store it doesn't look that great but when you enter the place it has a nice home feeling. It was all organize for easy find. Plus they were having great deals and their employees were very nice and helpful. Great place to go.

Great place with friendly employees. However they do have a sarcastic side and will just stare at you while you struggle to get into the store. They will continue to stare until you realize it says PUSH not PULL 🤦‍♀️ Thank you lovely people for the ego check 😂🤣😂 definitely coming back!

Ally I think was her name and, she was a new Gal, was very helpful. She knew what I was talking about when taking off an old toilet seat that you have to clean the holes of the toilet base seat underneath and all around and disinfect. My regular gal was also there but she had been helping someone else at the other end of the store. All of the employees there have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I work at a competitor store and I have to purchase things at Ace to do my job at the other store. So Ace gives me their pens to put on our clipboards. my store no longer carries several items so we all have to work together to keep our community going.

I've stopped shopping at this ACE hardware because they've always got some reason to reject the maiker coupons. The last visit I made to this location was to exchange a defective product purchased with a $5 coupon. THEY WOULD NOT DO AN EVEN EXCHANGE. They seriously charged me $5 plus tax to get a working version of the item I'd purchased the previous day because my coupon could only be used once.

I've always been able to find everything with the help of the employees. Plus I like the smaller store setting. Home Depot and Lowe's feel overwhelming to me. I like Ace and have no need to shop elsewhere for my hardware needs.

I avoid this place as much as I can.July 28, 2018 they tried selling us a single face mask for $10!!!! #carrfire #pricegauging !!!!!2019 - I walked into the store 15 minutes before closing and the cashiers loudly expressed their disappointment of having customers walk in while they’re trying to close. They are very unprofessional and way over priced. I’d rather drive across town and walk a mile inside a big box hardware store then do business here.

I thought I would need another case of 6 cans of a particular hard to find color of spray paint for our patio furniture, but after painting some more I didn't need the case I had ordered through a nice young man at the Eureka Way, Redding, CA store. Even though he wasn't able to take payment over the phone, I called the next morning to cancel my order. Nellie was amazingly kind in handling my call. I would highly recommend this store!
