Every time I come here in the afternoon there is always only ONE cashier and a long line of people waiting to check out. If it's gonna be this way there needs to be an extra cashier available or implement self checkout. Ridiculous.

I go there a lot because it's the closest one to me, but what I don't like is that it doesn't have the refrigerated or freezer section for food like the other Dollar Tree stores in Redding that I've been too. Sometimes I end up having to go to another Dollar Tree because I want to get something in the freezer section.The employees are nice but not always well trained and there is a manager there that is very rude towards customers and very nasty attitude towards the employees. I will be getting her name and reporting her. I don't know her name or I'd let everyone know. All I know is she is an older woman.

Great, as they all are, but no frozen or cold food section. Their staff is funny, in a good way. Oh, but they won't let you use their restroom. The story, apparently, is that they found some fellow taking a bath in there. Made quite a mess, I guess. At any rate, their staff is their saving grace. Really nice people. Or, so it seems to me.

Nice store staff are super helpful and nice. Not much variety but fine for a quick stop for paper products. The one thing is staff are great there , close location and always has paper products when needed for picnics or whatever you needs are. I go in day time night gets a little hairy in the area. Parking lot not well lit at night

Update 1/23 I'm impressed at the improvement of this store! New mgnmt makes this place one you want to return to! All staff was hands on for the betterment of the store. Shelves are stocked, neat and clean. Friendly, effective staff, Wow! 5*****

Really good for snacks for get together evenings and candy for movie nights with the family. The staff are friendly enough and rarely fail to welcome you into the store.However, because of the location you get plenty of homeless and generally people you don't want to share the isle with.

Its a good dollar tree if you are already in the area or live close by. I live close by so I tend to go there more than the other ones. But I way rather go to the Athens or lake blvd. locations because those locations are so much bigger, with way more stuff. Also this location doesn't have the refrigerator/freezer section.

As usual, staff is friendly and cordial. Quick service, quick to assist. The floor is kept clean, and most merchandise is stocked fully. Great deals, and they even allow you to use coupons as long as it matches the brand and size of the product.

I am super happy that they brought Dollar Tree to the Westwood Villiage Shopping Center, the only Dollar Tree on this side of town! Staff/Employees are excellent, as they are helpful, very very friendly, and always greeted coming in the door. A positive that each employee on the floor, has asked me whether I need any help and/or if I am finding everything I need as I am browsing. Very helpful.

I am a disabled navy veteran, today is Valentines day and my mother's birthday. I went in with 7 dollars, I came out with more than 10 bucks worth of stuff all for my mom, the clerk ,(thanked me for my service) and gave me a few extra dollars, help with finding good balloons for both celebrated events today, she was out of her way with help and super awesome friendliness. Touched my spirit with tears, for her selfless acts and words of praise from her to me. top notch help thank you

Smaller Dollar Tree with no refrigerated section. Prices are still reasonable, even with the price raise on certain products. Friendly staff.

The Dollar Tree us the cleanest I've seen. All the employees are really nice, helpful, and they all say "welcome to Dollar tree" to every person that walks in.

The fun place to go every once in awhile and find something you really don't need but for only a dollar a it's a fun place . Clean, we'll lit, organized and friendly staff.

As soon as I walked in the store I felt a bad vibe and the lady working that morning didn't directly follow me but did keep an eye on me the whole time which made me uncomfortable.

So they only have 2 people working,one manager and 1 register person.manager doesn't work and register person don't know his way out of a wet paper bag ,3 people an myself just left ,so horrible
