Costco. Need I say more? Great gas prices and nice new location. Great staff too. I was standing by the tvs and I had 4 people come ask me if I needed help and they answered every question I had. Great place to shop. See for yourself!

Great layout. Very large selection (the most I have seen from other Costcos). The tire center is directly after checkout. Staff is extremely friendly.(Photos taken Sunday morning at 9am)

This Costco is nice, its all brand new. Its right off 5, the traffic flows in and out in of the parking lot in multiple places. The lines inside aren't huge and they move fast. Well, the pharmacy has a long line sometimes. There is never a wait at the gas station! It's not absolutely insane and packed all the time like other Costcos. This store is spotless and well stocked. Shut up and take my money

The new Costco Building is simply fabulous! There is plenty of space outside for parking, more than enough gas pumps with workers and customers making sure carts are put back properly eliminating car dings and traffic issues. It is a joyous place to shop with its new expansive warehouse filled with excellent prices and products. Both the entrance and exits are open with great space allowing the flow of customers to be pleasant and moving steadily. The workers are pleasant and helpful.

The cashier was the rudest person I ever met. They insisted I place everything on the conveyor, when I had already turned up the barcode to make easier for everyone.I told them to knock themselves out I wasn't wasting my time picking everything up & placing it on the conveyor.It was real simple scan the items in the basket and count them to make sure thy scanned everything.Do people in Oregon know how to count???

Great variety and low prices! Great service, even in the self checkout! Nice variety of seasonal items. I've never used the Audio/Visual department so can't speak to that. Good prices for fresh flowers, just be sure to check the freshness, most of the roses today wouldn't last too long at home; but the other bouquets and single type flowers looked good. I, personally, will miss Costco being in this location, it's VERY convenient right now for all the other errands we do when in town. They have had a great selection of seasonal plants this year. And a lot of fun summer items.

The day before Easter AND end of month pay day weekend shopping at Costco is about as much fun as walking into DMV without an appointment right after you had a root canal.It just doesn't get much better than that! Throw in having to wait in yet another line so some droob can count your items in your cart and swipe your receipt with a Sharpie. All while he's telling you it's to make sure you weren't "overcharged". Really Bro?

This store is still shiny and new. The employees we encountered were friendly. The restrooms were clean.Other than the above, it's Costco. They are all pretty similar. We stopped here today for gas and a quick restroom break at a convenient stop down I-5.

I cannot renew my membership card if the primary holder is not present. This looks more like a government office than a store. When I think about it, Walmart suits me better with more products and good prices. Goodbye Costco.

Been a member since 2001. Costco always has the best deals!! Love the pizza and the price of it. I can feed a family of four for under $25 bucks! All the employees are always super friendly and helpful.

Hard to judge given visiting on a Friday near Christmas. Parking was a bit challenging. Once inside, Costco had great deals on all kinds of things and while we came for a few items we over spent and left happy with our things. The lines were not bad but there were quite a few people shopping on a Friday afternoon right before Christmas.

This Costco is much better than the older Costco in Redding. It has the gas station as well. The store is huge but laid out better. The food court is for members only.

While in the store which was very clean and the staff really nice. The samples really interesting. Normally samples of chips not done normally the other products becuse a chip is just a chip. The meat area was very nice. I would comment on some of the cheese brands but it may give away those who have targeted me and hacked as well more which is a family thing. I noticed dust on the bottles in the alcohol isles which shows a lack of sanitation in that area. The registers area was very good the self checkout I went to the staff member explained the process which I was very impressed with and more stores should adopt having a lock and employees having to unlock the register for customers to use gives the customer opportunity to ask a questiin or aid if a prosuct was forgotten and the staff will have it brought to the register.

Terrible location. Traffic is a nightmare. Costco has good prices and the gas is usually the cheapest in town. I already stopped going because the risk of getting in a wreck in new roundabout or in other areas near Costco are too great! Pay 5 or 10 cents more a gallon to get gas in a safe location.

Watching the night crew feed 100+ people in 10 minutes was actually amazing. Doesn't matter how many people there are waiting, the quality of the food is always great. Genuinely so impressed

The new Redding Costco is an abomination. First off, whoever designed the parking lot should be shot. It is just a nightmare, I'll leave it at that. Going inside. The Bakery is a joke. Half the fun at the old store was finding something positively Wonderful. Now it doesn't have anything that you can't get anywhere else. The meat department, ditto. Again. Nowhere near as good as the old store. I couldn't find one single that I wanted. Aisles don't hardy have enough room for carts to go by each other. It was just a horrible experience. Same people that drew up the parking, must have done the aisle ways too. The only good thing about the store, were the employees. Every one that we dealt with was great. They kept the visit from being an absolute disaster. The person that did the interviewing and hiring should be commended. I think that our last visit to this Costco, will be our last.

When in for a tire rotation and walked away with lunch from the food court in the belly, and food I just couldn't luce without in my shopping cart. Isn't that the normal way when going to Costco? The only complaint I have is no call after tires rotated and balanced. I had to pick when I thought the task was completed even though I was asked for my phone number to facilitate a call upon completion. So one hiccup doesn't spoil the trip.

Talk about "over delivering!" We went to Costco, Redding, CA. this evening. I saw pants that were perfect for my hubby. I couldn't find his size. Rachel, an associate there, kindly asked what size we needed. We checked all the stacks of pants, but no luck. She said to "hold on a moment." Then she and another associate, Chloe, opened some boxes under an adjacent table, went through numerous pairs of paints, then found his size. We just moved to the area from So Cal, and, believe me, we have been to just about every Costco from Paso Robles on down. No other store would do this for us. Rachel and Chloe are true professionals. They personify what makes Costco such a success! They deserve accolades. This is what makes Costco great, quality products and stellar service!

If you know Costco, you know it's a great place to purchase bulk food, seasonal clothing for the family, meats, rotisserie chicken. Don't forget the pizza on the way out or their hot dog and soda deal or ice cream to go.

Good clean, spacious costco. Better than most. The only issue was at the concession register. The order screen locked me out and mandated help. I waited a long time. Finally asked for help. Guy was a real sarcastic jerk and went out of his way to tell me where to go. Totally un acceptable. He needs to find a job more suited for his lousy people skills. I dont want him to lose his job, though. Good luck, sir! You give the experience a fail. Otherwise..best costco I have ever been to. I dont feel that verbally beating up disabled seniors being forced by the register to ask for help is acceptable. However, I felt bad for him.

Brand new parking lot was designed by a sliding block puzzle master. Not enough cart return so people just leave them all over. Inside is brand spanking new. Very busy before holidays. Good part is no Christmas music.

This was our 1st time going to our new Costco. It was great. There were employees working around the store &, helped us if we couldn't find something. It felt like the aisles were wider. When we went to check out, there were so many cashiers & each checkout had a helper. I could not believe how fast we were checked out. It was a great experience!

A slice of pizza for under $5, bulk paper towels and frozen food, and tasty whole rotisserie chickens for $5. A cornerstone of my grocery shopping.The dark rum they have is also really, really tasty when mixed with a cola. Gives it a hint of an almost maple syrup like flavor.

Most Costcos are known for having poor customer service, but going out of your way to make customers uncomfortable should not be tolerated. While using self checkout today I was approached by a male employee demanding to see my membership card. Apparently they verify now at self checkout, that's fine. Once he verified it he stood uncomfortably close to me as I scanned my one item. I asked him if he could not stand so close to me as it was uncomfortable. He replied that he would stand as close to me as he wanted. I asked him if he would do the same thing to the man who was checking out across from me. He had no answer and continued hovering over me. I brought this up to a male manager who told me he did not believe me. I will never go back in this location. I have been a member for 10 years, but I'm really not seeing the value in it. Women be careful and do not shop alone here if you can avoid it.

The new location is a massive improvement, but still unable to accommodate Redding's population. It's the same experience as the last location, just with fuel and better parking. They had a decade to plan this out, and still got it wrong. They should have never closed the original location.
