I absolutely love this store and carl! He's been a family friend for years. He has the best of the best fish, his tanks are beautiful and he has a wide variety between salt water fish and non salt water fish. We get our koi from him and any other supplies we need.

Carl, the owner, is the greatest person around in the aquarium business. He takes pride in providing quality marine and freshwater animal and supplies. the store is mote favoured with freash water than saltwater but, if you talk to Carl Im willing to bet he will special order almost any reasonable request, weather it be coral, tropical fish, etc. This is the the same guy that back a few years ago he owned the Fish store on the corner of Victor and Cypress for many years before selling his business to a guy that ended up running the place into the ground and going out of business. Im happy he opened up another store, and its nice to support local business.Picture contains a few fish and coral from this store.

It's so refreshing to see Carl and to know he is back doing the thing he loves most.Just stopped by to get some red Worms, & check out the new fish he just got in.His store is the best place in Shasta county to get your fish. He also sells custom fish tanks.Made to order. I have a 135 gallon tank. With a custom stand. It's quality work solid no complaints, go check out his store you will be pleasantly surprised. Carl is a super knowledgeable and friendly guy. Sure he has business to run and needs to make his money, but he doesn't just try to sell you something, he wants to educate people because of his love for the hobby. My wife and I are brand new to the saltwater scene or to any aquarium scene really and he makes us feel very comfortable and relaxed about jumping into this hobby. SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE! Helped me with absolutely every thing I needed to start my tanks both saltwater and fresh water. He Cares about fully helping his customers unlike the other aquarium stores in Redding. Carl (store owner) has crazy good deals on everything aquarium related and has/or can get all the major brands if needed. One of the best locally owned and operated businesses in Redding excellent prices healthy fish and excellent prices it's worth mentioning twice cuz you will save a lot of money shopping here. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and and if he doesn't carry what you're looking for or looking for particular fish he can order those for you at very reasonable prices.
