Come often for pet supplies great place to get what you need.Often the customer service here is lackluster, while hunting for items for my pet was ignored by everyone except the cashier, who had people she needed to cash out.Still cheapest in town for most pet treats.

Friendly help who know where items are. More geared towards, obviously, ranchers/farmers, but nice place to pick up bird seed, pet food, etc. Do have clothing and some sporting goods (kayaks, ATVs, etc.), plus the esoteric like a large metal rooster statue.

I took my kids to get pet chick's. They had so many to pick from, and they even had ducks. They were all soo adorable! It was very exciting. The customer service was good. They have all you need for your pets. We also bought cat food and toys.

It saves me a trip to Chico or Redding, they have most everything you need for a "country/rural/farm" life. They are much cheaper (still kinda expensive, compared to a Walmart or Costco) than my local Corning Ace Hardware store for animal supplies.

Personally, my number one reason for liking this store is the fact that they are the only Local store that stocks items that can be difficult to find elsewhere. Of course they have ranch supplies, but they also have a wide variety of parts, tools, and materials for the needs of the average homeowner with a yard, garden, or pets. They also have a good selection of rugged heavy-duty clothing that you don't see other places. With a knowledgeable friendly staff, it's worth checking out if you've never been there.

As usual TS was great. The checkers were masked. Most customers were wearing masks. The store is big enough that maintaining 6 feet distance was easy. I was met as usual by an employee who directed me to what I went to buy. All around positive experience.

Went in there looking for dog mussels and wasn't sure on the right size I needed and Austin Garcia came to help me find the right ones I needed and also helped me by lifting and taking a big bag of cat food to the counter and also to my car. He was very polite and was willing to help me with whatever I needed. He made me feel very comfortable and welcomed in the store I will be sure to come back more often because of him.so thank u Austin.

It's great to have a store like this on the south side of town. They have a pretty good variety of home improvement products as well as lot of truck/trailer supplies, animal feed, and gardening supplies. Staff have always been friendly and know where stuff is. Prices tend to be a bit higher than other places, but I'm happy to pay that for not only the convenience, but the helpful staff.

Wow! This place has gone downhill in the customer service department. I was in there today and the employees are so rude, they didnt greet me or even tell me my total. I had to ask which isle to check out on because the girls Were standing around. One was waiting on some electronic handheld to load while the other was folding some shirts and ignoring the fact that i was ready to checkout. There were others in the back of the store just standing around talking... Just bad service, Ill find another place to buy my supplies. These employees need better training and supervision.

Went in not sure what dormant spray to use on my fruit trees. I got good advice from two ladies that work there. I get great service when I need it. I think the Tractor Supply is one of the best merchants in town

I just bought my new BBQ this week and was impressed that it is made in the USA which is important to me. It came assembled and immaculate and the guys loaded it in my truck for me! The customer service has been another thing I like about this store, they greet you when you come in and are knowledgeable about their products!

Good place. Welding, animal feed, fencing, and decent work clothes if you catch the name brand stuff on sale. Don't bother with the Blue Mountain brand. Their house brand work clothes have pretty much gone downhill. A gal named Rebecca works here. If you have any problem finding something, ask her. She won't make you wait for ten minutes trying to find stuff

Always an interesting place to visit. For the most part, everyone is quite friendly and helpful. Was a little disappointed that we couldn't find even a sweatshirt to combat the unseasonably cool weather. Every place in town had their summer stock including TSC. Understandable, but not helpful when you're needing something warm.

Great store, great crew and great products. The clearance isle is the first isle I'm going to. Although Tractor Supply is a chain store I still feel like I am shopping at Mom and Pop's rural country store. They still inventory products that the big box stores discontinued, like pulley's for electric motors. I hope they continue to do what they have been doing.

Went for dog vaccination. Waited, no one showed up. People there were rude and unhelpful. I won't go to this store in Red Bluff any more this happens every time I visit there...NO customer service at all. I'll go to Chico or Oroville. Very sad.

Bought a chainsaw from this place. Purchased the extended tractor supply warranty protection plan. The cashier went over the plan stating that it starts day 1 of purchase and that if it stops working for whatever reason they will fix or replace it no questions asked.Fast forward 8 months, chainsaw starts having issues and isn't starting. I contact tractor supply regarding honoring the warranty that I spent extra on. I'm told they won't honor the warranty until after the manufacturers warranty expires. When I explain to the lady on the phone that I was told by the sales person that their warranty started on day 1 she snapped back saying "that's not how it works, you have to go through the manufacturer first".In the end, she blatantly said that they were not going to honor the warranty and that if I wanted the chainsaw fixed to contact the manufacturer.I've always shopped at tractor supply. But if this is how they treat customers whom try to use their warranties which they charge a good amount for. I'm convinced at this point that your warranty plans are nothing but a scam to get people to spend extra money on protection plans that you will never willing honor.I will NEVER recommend this, or any other tractor supply location to anyone

Who doesn't like tractor supply, is a feed store mixed with a clothing, hardware, nursery and even toy store all in one. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful not to mention knowledgeable. Great deals great products with great staffing.
